- Rebecca (5/5): - The beds were comfortable, the internet was consistently fast, and the washer and dryer worked quite well. It was very challenging contacting the office. Neither of the numbers in the email were current. And the person I did reach complained about receiving calls. By halfway through the stay, two breakers were flipped, and I couldn't find a breaker box. There was a picture on the wall offering extended stay with a phone number that also didn't work,. I finally found a number through the website.
- Junlee (1/5): The WORST stay in my 30 years of worldwide travels and stays - Nothing is right about this property, specially the attitude of the management Parking was terrible coz most times someone else's car was blocking my car. AC didn't work properly since day 1 and no one came to fix it. Most terribly owner's staff had illegally entered the property and handled and moved my property for the sake of cleaning the unit even after confirmations were made by phone that I was going to be 20 minutes late for their very unreasonable 10am check out rule. They treated me as if I was forcefully 'evicted' for being 10 minutes late to confirm that I will check out in the next 10 minutes!! AWEFUL!!!
