• anna (6/5): - Struttura carina e accogliente, con una posizione davvero comoda sia per i pullman che per la metro, ideale per chi deve spostarsi facilmente in città. Purtroppo la pulizia è un aspetto da rivedere. In particolare, la prima sera abbiamo trovato dei capelli nelle lenzuola, cosa che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi. Anche la pulizia del bagno potrebbe essere curata meglio. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato discreto, ma con maggiore attenzione alla pulizia l’esperienza sarebbe decisamente più piacevole.

• Minjae (9/5): - Very clean, Spacious, cozy space for 1-2person. The neighborhood at the next door was noisy little bit at night but after midnight was quiet. The location is quiet far from the center, I had to transfer a lot.

• Sufian (7/5): Good location, clean apartment but the late check-in surcharge made the experience sore - Decent location. Very close to a bus stop and about a 11-13 mins walk to the Afiori metro station which was of great convenience. Also, Nico, who was the contact point for this property communicated well. There was a late check-in surcharge when I checked in night having already communicated to them at the time of the booking, all while my booking was non-cancellable and paid upfront. Just made the whole experience sore. Note: this property is managed by a third party, and in their fine print it might have been mentioned of this as a policy, but as ridiculous as it sounds, it wasn't clearly communicated.
• Valentin (7/5): Studioul este confortabil, aratos, intretinut, comunicare destul de rigida, dar transparenta. - Locatia este excelenta, e amplasata intr-o zona linistita si frumoasa, cu parcuri in apropiere. Sunt 4-5 statii de mers cu metroul din gara centrala, sau 15 min cu taxiul. Sunt 15 minute de mers pe jos pana la metrou. E un supermarket la 10 minute distanta. Exista un pat, o canapea foarte confortabila, se pot spala haine, bucataria e utilata cu tot ce e nevoie. Locatia e plasata la mansarda, cu fereastra in acoperis, care se rabateaza si poate fi si protejata de lumina, pentru cei care doresc intuneric. Nu exista un birou si veti fi obligati sa va incarcati documentele de identitate online. Nu sunt acceptate alte modalitati de inregistrare, deci, daca aveti vreo problema cu asta, cum am avut si noi, mai bine sa va ganditi dinainte de a rezerva. De asemenea, sunt furnici pe jos, in zona bucatariei, insa pe noi nu ne-a deranjat asta. Ni s-a rupt cheia in broasca, am transmis asta, dar raspunsul a venit a doua zi. Deci, daca intampinati vreo problema, fiti pregatiti sa o rezolvati singuri pana primiti raspuns. Am fost insa ajutati de ceilalti locatari, care ne-au inlesnit accesul in camera, fiind foarte intelegatori.

Javier est sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. - La localisation de l’appartement : Proche métro (10 min à pied) 30 minutes des lieux d’intérêt en metro. Le quartier n’est pas terrible… - la société de prestation qui me demande de payer des frais supplémentaires pour obtenir une facture.

• Lilou (4/5): lieu agréable mais gâché par de gros problèmes techniques - L’emplacement est super, la décoration ainsi que le balcon également. Nous sommes arrivés avec une panne de wifi dans l’appartement qui n’a pas été réglé de tout le séjours, donc pas de télévision non plus. Puis une panne d’électricité uniquement localisé dans notre appartement qui nous a fait perdre tout le contenu du frigo et nous a empêché de pouvoir prendre le train car plus de batterie dans le téléphone. De plus il faisait 30degres et nous n’avions pas de clim.
• Daura (6/5): Podría haber sido mejor! - Me gustó el apartamento en si, era pequeño pero acogedor, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. Y tener parking era un alivio para nosotros. El metro estaba a unos 12 minutos caminando. El piso estaba sucio, limpiaron el sillón el día de nuestra entrada y lo dejaron tan mojado q me moje el pantalón completo La puerta del parking no funcionaba desde adentro y no nos lo explicaron, si no llego a preguntar no podemos sacar el coche ni entrarlo. No funcionaba ni la wifi ni la tele pero lo peor es que se lo comunique desde el mismo día, lo avise al día siguiente y no obtuve respuesta. La verdad que la atención del personal deja mucho que desear. La cama está hundida, no es muy cómoda. Una pena que el servicio de atención sea deficiente.

Good location, 7 minutes to metro We don’t have internet during our staying, the property left not enough toilet paper, shampoo for 6 day for 2 people.

• Gheorghita (8/5): Our stay - It had everything we needed. We could cook at the property. Park was near, so we walked a lot. Panoramic roof is awesome in the night. But in the morning, it disturbs the sleep. Better think about a blackout.

• Dejan (7/5): Nice but not very clean. - The apartment was relatively nice and quiet with private parking and a 10min walk from the metro that can take you to the city center in 10-15min. The bed was comfortable. The place was not clean, there were stains on the sofa (on large one), the bathroom wasn't really cleaned, one of the carpets was just turned over, probably to cover the stain on the other side. I don't think the whole place was cleaned properly in a while. We saw a few ants, nothing major. The internet didn't work, we stayed there for three nights and we couldn't do our work online nor talk to our family at home (we got a 30 euro refund for the inconvenience).

Easy accessibility to metro. 30 mins away from city centre, but there is good connectivity. You should try to come back from the city centre by 12:30 as the connectivity is greatly reduced after that.
