- Moraes (4/5): - Gostamos da localização. Muito próximo da praia e do comércio em geral ( restaurantes e lojas) O som muito alto de música nos restaurantes localizados no entorno do Condomínio. Barulho permanente, principalmente à noite , iniciando às 21 ou 21h30, até 1h30 ou 3h30 do dia seguinte. Tmb destaco a precariedade de alguns utensílios de cozinha .
