You needed it you get in and out of everything including the swimming pool and spa area and lift. Swimming pool and spa were lovely Only having one fog to get into everything. Fold out bed on floor in lounge wasn't comfortable

• Debra (9/5): Beautiful apartment ideally located to everything at the Entrance - Beautiful 2br 2bath apartment with lovely waterviews. Spacious, very comfortable beds and stunning art. Short walk to beach and town centre. 1. It says heated spa but it did not heat up. 2. Sauna was not operational 3. Food in fridge was old. I cracked 2 eggs and both ran out like water. Would have been better not to offer food rather than leave food that is expired.

• Sunly (10/5): We loved our beach getaway with spectacular water views and a gorgeous pool - We absolutely love this beachside apartment!!! We took our kids and parents for a quick beachside getaway and loved this gorgeous accommodation. The views are spectacular, the balcony was charming, the decor with the artistic photography and the thoughtfully stocked kitchen. We even had a quick dip in the gorgeous pool and spa. Kira is lovely to communicate with and neighbours were wonderfully helpful. Nothing at all.

• Erin (9/5): Lovely apartment with stunning waterviews - Excellent location with gorgeous waterviews. The views exceeded my expectations. This was the highlight of the stay. The pool and sauna were lovely and made us really feel like we were on holidays. Exceptional communication from the host. I would definitely stay again. The beds were a good size and very comfortable. However, having two single beds in the second bedroom would be a great idea for travelling families or friends.

• Janet (1/5): Health and safety was my concern - Turned up to stay three nights to find out the dishwasher and oven wasn’t working and the place was infected with cockroaches ! On the night we arrived I sent an email to booking.com to advise of the issues and that we were leaving the next day. When we left I rung the host to advise we had left the premises due to the conditions. Several days later I rang Kira the so called host to request a refund and was refused because I apparently hadn’t given time to put other guests in there. Who wants to stay in a so called luxury apartment with a broken dishwasher oven and cockroach infestation ! I’m disgusted and for this reason will not be booking with booking.com again as they were also unable to assist. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way.

• Meredith (8/5): Spacious little hideaway - an absolute gem - Amazing space, especially for last minute booking. Didn't get to utilise all facilities, but that means having to come back again. Everything about the property was fantastic. Did have some buggy issues with the Booking.com app not letting me see or access any messages so had some trouble with accessing the lock box because of that; however once up in the property, that was all forgotten.

My experience with this apartment was frustrating and disappointing, marred by the apartment responsible person's rudeness and lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns. Initially, I requested a cot for my child and was asked to pay an additional $50. However, as we had rented a two-bedroom apartment, I decided to use the other room for my child, which seemed reasonable without paying the extra charge. On the day of our rental, I arrived about 30 minutes early. I encountered an issue accessing the apartment's mailbox to get the apartment's key from the mailbox, which required an access code. When I called the host to request the access code, she inquired about the number of occupants. I mentioned "only me and my family," meaning my wife and child. She insisted I hadn't paid for the extra cot/bed, despite my explanation that I didn't need it as I had rented the entire apartment. Shockingly, the host refused to provide the access code, displayed a discourteous attitude, hung up on me, and ceased responding to my calls and messages, leaving us stranded without access to the accommodation. From my experience with this apartment, I would advise everyone to avoid it so you will not put yourself in the same situation.
