• Fabienne (6/5): Assez bien passé - Bien passé dans l’ensemble , appartement très bien placé . Lit confortable sur la mezzanine Une odeur désagréable dans la sale de bain , manque de vaisselle . Lit canapé pas très confortable.
• Salvatore (5/5): - Posizione La mia esperienza in questo B&B non è stata purtroppo positiva. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare: polvere evidente in alcuni angoli, bagno poco curato e lenzuola che non davano l’impressione di essere fresche di bucato. Anche la struttura in generale necessita di maggiore manutenzione: arredamento datato, dettagli trascurati e spazi comuni poco accoglienti. Con un po’ più di attenzione e cura potrebbe davvero migliorare, ma al momento non lo consiglierei a chi cerca comfort e ordine durante il soggiorno.

• IchbinIchbinIch (8/5): - Ein kleines, schönes Zimmer, allerdings für vier Personen schon sehr eng. Zu zweit aber dicke ausreichend und sehr schön. Das Doppelbett war gut. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls gut und eine Bushaltestelle sowie die U-Bahn Station fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter haben sehr schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert und waren jederzeit erreichbar Die Schlafcouch hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt und war sehr unbequem und laut. Leider war auch der Abfluss der Dusche total zu, so dass wir die Dusche eigentlich nicht nutzen konnten. Allerdings war unser Aufenthalt auch zu kurz, dass der Vermieter reagieren konnte, denn auf unsere Meldung hat er gleich eine Behebung zugesichert.
• Kariboo88 (8/5): Really great option in Milan! - It was a good location, not too far from the central station and other stuff. Great transport links (bus, tram and metro!) The studio flat was very cute and well done The communication with the staff were really good. It's a great price option with possibility of cooking etc. Really good! The bathroom kinda smelled like sewage on a regular basis (clearly known, with an automated room spray). It's not awful but it's not great either! The second bed (couch pull out) was very uncomfortable with a super super thin mattress, my friend could feel all the metal bars underneath and very squeaky
• Poppy (5/5): Basic accommodation, particularly uncomfortable bed :( - The owner was quick to respond when I needed help to access the property. The isola area which is about 10 mins walk is great. I don’t like to complain or be negative, but unfortunately I can’t recommend this accommodation. I have heard Milan is expensive and I know design week makes it more so - perhaps this is part of the reason that the value seemed so low. Aside from price, I still wouldn’t rebook. The location is not great in terms of the immediate area, which is a bit rough (think late night kebab shops - I wouldn’t recommend it for a single female especially) although it’s close to Isola (although still a 10 min walk to a more comfortable area) and transport in Milan is good so you can get into the other areas quite easily. The access was tricky with a key box that was very hard to open attached to a street sign on a busy road - clearer instructions were given regarding the jammed lock quickly - however I was still out the front for half an hour before managing to open it to get the key and get inside. The bed up in the loft was uncomfortable and the second night of my stay I hardly slept at all. I was also one person but paid for a double room (no change in price for 1 or 2 people) and the owner had therefore removed a pillow from the bed so that there was just one. I like to read at night and so this seemed a bit mean - also given that the pillow was rather flat and uncomfortable. Finally despite the shutters a lot of light comes in in the morning so a sleep in isn’t really possible (see second photo around 7am). Overall the place was tidy but very tired - in need of painting throughout. The bathroom has been redone and looks much fresher than the rest of the place, however there is a smell of mould that lingers (despite the air freshener pump that is on auto every hour or so). Finally, the apartment is in a complex (of which there were no photos on the listing) which I okay, but not nice.

• Kryštof (9/5): Great stay and even better host. - It is worth the money. Good accesibility by public transport. The host is super nice and helpful. When something unexpecred occured, she was always on whatsapp to help you. The best host I have ever had. Little problems with AC. Otherwise everything was working and clean.
• Sarah (7/5): Good location for public transport a short trip. - Andrea was amazing. Very good with communication and very helpful when we needed help. Location is decent. Metro stops Zara and Maciachini made getting around really easy. Bus 90 into central is right outside the apartment also. The bed was really comfortable. Washing machine also. Good wifi Staying mid November - was actually quite cold in the apartment. The stairs are quite steep so you must be able if you choose to stay here. The smell from the bathroom was quite unsettling as some other people have mentioned also in their reviews. It’s not the apartment I’d say it’s the system in the drains due to this being an apartment in a complex.

• Sama (10/5): Exceptional - Apartman was clean and comfortable. AC was working perfectly Only thing there was no iron for ironing our clothes just consider this but it didn’t creat big problem for us
• Aparjeet (10/5): Comfortable, well equipped kitchen. - The place was clean with a well equipped kitchen, had a washing machine, coffee machine, microwave and enough cutlery. The loft beds were good for me as I am used to bunk beds. This is a double bed on the loft. If you think you can’t climb the stairs (shown in the pics) you can use the sofa cum bed in the living room. The owner responds promptly to messages. The place has a good security arrangement with three gates. The neighbourhood has restaurants of different cuisine like Sri Lankan. A 24 hour grocery store is around the corner. Metro stations are 7-8 mins walk on either side and the bus stop is right opposite. The room is in a quite and peaceful complex. Nothing really.

• Inna (10/5): Exceptional - Nice experience near the metro station, quick wifi, comfortable bed upstairs, very quiet flat. The owner is very polite and hospitable. Just mind the stairs :)
• Kristóf (9/5): Atmospheric apartment - The place was close to all important transport facilities, you can get into the heart of the city with tram or metro in a matter of minutes. Also the place has a 0-24 supermarket nearby, so you can fill up on resources at any time. The internal garden has a great atmosphere. The quality of the beds were a bit meh, they are fine for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't wanna risk my back health with anything more than that. Basic kitchen supplies were somewhat lacking with a cutting knife not being available for instance. The shower has a bit of a sewage smell to it, which combined with the small space can be a bit distracting.
• Thalita (9/5): Nice and well located flat with good value for money - The property corresponds to the pictures, it’s a cozy space very clean and well located. Easy access via bus or metro and with market, tabac shop and restaurants around. Check in easy and convenient. Andrea is very friendly and responsive. Nothing to highlight except the stairs to the mezzanine are narrow and low ceiling of the mezzanine requires attention to not get injured.
• Katerina (9/5): A decent, clean and quiet apartment close to the center - The apartment is in a quiet building in a neighborhood with everything that you need. Between two metro stations you can reach the Duomo Center in almost 15 minutes. There is a big supermarket just around the corner and many mini shops. Also a few restaurants to buy some food. The owner is very helpful and he does not neglect to ask you if you need further help or if everything is all right. I had a good quiet sleep for two nights in the upper bed. I don't know about the sofa bed and I am not taller than 1.65. Also the neighborhood feels really safe and I was walking outside almost until midnight. There are middle east people who are very kind, If you are not a racist you have no reason not to choose this area. It was also very clean and in a decent price. It is not that I didn't like something. Just to mention that this is an apartment organized and ruled by a private owner. If you are looking for luxury hotel room or a 24 reception this is not for you. Also the upper bed is not for everyone. Old or tall people cannot use the stairs, but there is large sofa in the ground floor which is also a bed. At last there is no lock room for the luggage if someone needs to leave it for a few hours. I didn't ask but I didn't see any.

• Elene (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal place for a couple, but still bery good for a group. Apartment has everything one can imagine, location is perfect- close to everything- 15mins to Duomo and 10 to the central station. Host was so cooperative and easy to communicate. I am even sorry that we had only one day in this beautiful apartment!
• Kiril (8/5): Very good - price is much better than most of the flats in Milano. The neighborhood is bad , there are many people not from Europe. The flat is wasted, On the level 2 there you can push your head into the ceiling. However, it is worth it for the money only if you decide to sleep there for a night or two.
• Gabija (9/5): Excellent place and a very helpful host - Comfortable bed, good shower facilities, good airco, friendly host Electricity went off a few times but it’s because we had too many appliances plugged in and the host sorted it out within the minutes. The location does not feel very safe but we wanted to stay close to the concert venue so it was ok.
• Sofia (10/5): Everything was nice, we was feeling welcomed and the host was nice and communicative. He responded very quickly to all M - Very nice, comfortable with cute tereace. The bathroom was excelent. It was a bit cold there.
