• Esther (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio. - Está a unos 15-20 minutos de las principales atracciones turísticas y a 10 de la estación principal, lo cual es cómodo. El apartamento está muy bien en general. Es perfecto si no quieres dejarte mucho dinero en el alojamiento, ya que está limpio y cumple con todo lo básico. Muchas facilidades en la comunicación para el check in y cualquier duda que surja. La ducha se hace bastante incómoda al estar sobre el suelo del propio baño, ya que hace que se empape todo.
• Dariana (9/5): Nice - The communication of the staff was very nice - a lot of details were sent to us a week before the arrival and it felt great. Probably the most communication that I ever had with the host. There were all the necessities- the stove, fridge, shampoos, toilet paper, towels, even hair dryer. Location is not bad either - 15-20 mins to all the attractions, there were cafes and canals nearby, so quite comfortable and pretty in the area. Everything was very clean and prepared, so in general a very nice stay, thank you. It could use a bit of renovation - floors were quite cold, and in general there were a lot of heaters provided but they had to work most of time otherwise it was getting quite chilly. The electric plug was popping out of the wall, the paint in some places had some stains and cracks. Nothing to really bother you, but still visible.

Agente super disponibile e appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. odore di umido e un po' di muffa (immagino sia normale in un appartamento al piano terra a Venezia). qualche zanzara di notte se si lasciano aperte le finestre (non ci sono zanzariere). bagno un po' scomodo (doccia a pavimento con tende laterali, gestione degli spazi particolare) ma va benissimo per passare solo qualche notte a Venezia.

• Evalynna (10/5): Great stay and even greater location! - Had a great location in San Polo. Additionally, the host was very communicative and her associate provided great recommendations for local Venetian fare. Furthermore, the facilities themselves were clean. The apartment is decorated in IKEA furniture, which can be simple to some, but economical and useful when it comes to usage. I've slept the best in my visit through Italy on the bed here. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a homey feel. Toilet seat was broken prior to arrival. Be made aware that you will need to adhere to San Polo's trash disposal and collect your trash and dump it at the nearest collection site. Luckily, the site is right next door to the apartment.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Great location for daily travelers spending time sighseeing, using place for rest mainly. - Great location - close to Piazzale Roma (10min walking distance), 7 min from vaporetto S.Toma station, surrounded by small cafeterias and restaurants, still quiet after 22. Kitchen equipped - fridge, dishes etc. Bathroom was quite surprising - traditional Italian style where shower is in the middle between sink and toilet separated with plastic curtains. 1 bedroom - double bed very comfortable. Kitchen had extra bed - 1 person would be comfortable, more would not leave any space in the kitchen. Air condition in both rooms was very helpful. Bathroom standard

It was close to all shops , restaurants & center as everything was a walkable distance from it . The apartment was really worth the value ! Only when you have many heavy baggage , you’ll suffer with the stairs !! We were ascending & descending the stairs multiple times so that was only my issue as the apartment was 11 mins walking distance from the city center which is not a big distance but not actually with sooo many heavy baggage, too hot & humid weather :((
• Fournarou (8/5): A pleasant stay in Venice - The location was excellent! The apartment was fully equipped (air conditioner and fridge). Generally, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had not a separate space for shower, something that led to a mess every time we used it.

Cute little coffee/bar in the piazza around the corner. Cold showers twice - small hot water tank means we had to spread out our showers, bed not very comfortable - springey. When you have a shower the toilet gets very wet.

• Victoria (9/5): Perfect for a few days sightseeing although the apartment was a little off the beaten track, which we didn’t mind but so - It was home from home , all amenities there, small but perfect for a short stay in Venice Nothing!
• Inga (9/5): Fantastic stay - Excellent location, close to bus and railway stations. Pretty much central location, but to get accross you either have to walk to Realto bridge or Academia, or if you’re brave enough take traghetto :D Restaurant just beside the restaurant. All the amenities to cook your own meals too. Everything was clean and well maintained. Had a small interent connectivity issue, but it was resolved by restarting the router.

She let us leave our bags here a few hours before check-in and have an earlier check-in because we arrived very early. She was very communicative. The apartment had every single facility you want, especially if you want to cook. There is a very nice restaurant nearby with fine prices. The apartment is located literally in the centre of Venice, and is amazing value for money. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had everything you need. We had a hair-dryer, an iron, air conditioning and heaters that were turned on before our arrival. The place was very warm. The place was a very good catch in the sea of Venetian overpriced apartments! If you are able to stay here, you will be having a very pleasant stay with affordable prices and an amazing host. Thank you very much Eleonora. There were so many mosquitos. We had a mosquito repellent plug provided by Eleonora but the mosquitos were still there. I recommend putting up some mosquito nets in the living room also because they were indeed in the bedroom. It's located in a tourist attraction area, so you will sometimes hear the luggage of others, but if you don't want it go stay in Mestre.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely perfect location. A ground floor, on the street unit on a little side street. It makes you feel as much 'a part' of Venice as you can be when you are just visiting. Such a beautiful part of town close enough to everything but still away and hidden from the main tourist crowds. Lovely little restaurant just on the corner too. Compact three room unit with everything you need. A decent kitchen and shops nearby if you want to save some money doing some of your own cooking. Very efficient host and the option to self check in and out with ease. Excellent value for money.
