• Kian Keong (7/5): - The photos do not match the actual unit at all. The place looks old and poorly maintained. It was advertised as “Instagrammable,” but in reality, it was very disappointing. The curtains, pillows, soft toys, and sofa are yellowed, dusty, and dirty. The pillows even had an unpleasant smell. Several power sockets were broken and unusable, which was very inconvenient. As a responsible host, I believe proper management should include regular maintenance and upkeep of the property. Simply relying on an “Instagrammable” label while neglecting the actual condition of the unit is misleading and unfair to guests.
• Missqiah (10/5): Memorable. - almost everything from location’s to facilities..very convenient. A bit smaller than I expected .
• Khairunnisa (1/5): Horrible. The replacement accommodation was no where similar to the initial booking. It’s like i paid for a student rent - NIL PLEASE READ. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! PROCEED TO BOOK IF YOU LIKE "SURPRISES" I had booked Dooga Instagrammable L47 Sea view projector way beforehand (1 month beforehand) and my booking shown confirmed. Payment has already been made. On the day while i was making my way there, i texted the owner (at 7 am) to check with him on the check-in information. No prompt reply. He replied me at 10 am but information on check-in details was sent only at 11.19 am. The process of check-in was very complicated. At 4 pm when i reached the place to my horror, the keys are not there and there is someone else staying at the place! Called the owner but he did not answer the call! And when i managed to talk to the owner he said the place was overbooked and he asked me to cancel my booking! He said he will refund me. I was furious as i was already there with my boys (4 yrs and 3 month baby). How can he even allow 2 different bookings at a same time?! Since i was already there, i demanded for the owner to find me another accommodation. I waited for another 1 hour to settle in to another accommodation. There was no call of apologies from him. All he asked was is the replacement accommodation was ok for us. I have no words to say because it was my birthday and i got this “surprised” from the owner. I was running late for my birthday dinner because I had to wait for his arrangements. During check-out, I texted the owner again to ask how is the check-out process. There was no prompt reply for him. We had to wait 1 hour for his reply before we can check-out and leave the place. I was quite mad and even wanted to leave the access card and keys at the security post instead if there was no reply from him.
• Nur (8/5): Very good - The airbnb was great same at the picture ! Love the vibeeee. the system to collect the access card at mailbox too far from the pickup’s parking.
• Lim (10/5): Exceptional - The design of the unit was as what it was presented. Very nice Stay-Over. Clean and detailed to care. Thanks for hosting us. I wonder if some of the lights could be changed to "yellow" lights instead of all white. The balcony's fairy lights were spoilt too. Otherwise the night view would have been splendid.
