Important Information
Having a pool requires regular maintenance to conserve optimal water conditions for usage. There are plants that need to be watered in an even shorter periodicity.
The pool cleaner comes usually every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, in the morning or afternoon.
If possible, he will also water the plants for your convenience. Otherwise, another staff will come to do job. Clients cannot take the responsibility of watering the plants in their place.
** Staff will enter and proceed with the regular tasks, regardless of client authorization or escorting. By experience, we know that postponing it will either bring inconvenience to the current client, to the next one or the owners. There's no need to worry, but in case you'd feel more comfortable, the bedroom door has a key that the staff do not have access and you could lock it up if desired.
** If available, the jetted tub may be heated.
** No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1200 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it)
* No visits are accepted in the apartment nor the building.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- LUCAS (7/5): Parece que vicê está em um quartinho de pensão. - A vista e a cama são muito boas. A madeira do deck da piscina oferece gtsnde risco. Além de estar com algumas madeiras estragadas o alçapão que fica em baixo do chuveiro está em falso. Não há interfone o que tirna a chegada de um delivery um sufoco. Uma queda ali pode causar um acidente fatal. A casa faz questão de ter tantas regras que faz o locador se sentir em uma pensão. Há exigencia de calção de 2 mil reais em pix e houve a cobrança indevida de um cesto de lixo plástico que por já ficar exposto diretamente ao sol já estava ressecado. O sentido de alugar um espaço inteiro privado seria se sentir em casa, o que nao ocorre pois há exigencia de prévia autorizacao do administrador (e não do hóspede) para a entrada de qualquer vidita, mesmo que rápida ou que esteja na companhoa do hóspede. O swntunento em geral é que o espaço nao está real.ente disponível para a locação, sendo mais um "puxadinho" de cobertura.

Muito bem localizado! Várias partes do apartamento cheiravam mal, parecendo que esteve fechado por muito tempo, principalmente as madeiras, incluindo a mesa da sala, com cheiro forte de velho/sem circulação de ar. E as TVs estão velhas/deveriam ser trocadas. A da sala está com uma grande faixa pixelada, que dificulta assistir as coisas, e a do quarto apesar de grande é um modelo bem antigo/não compatível com Netflix (tem Globoplay e youtube, mas não tem como instalar Netflix).
- Theresa (7/5): It’s OK - The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the pool on the hot afternoons when we would come home to rest. The security of the building was good. The host was quick to communicate.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood, but requires a taxi to go almost anywhere. There is a small Coffee shop, a small grocery store, and a sushi restaurant nearby within walking distance. The apartment could be so much more comfortable with a few minor improvements. The water pressure of the faucets in the bathrooms was very poor, maybe related to the mineral build up in the Old faucets. The sink faucet gave no hot water. The A/C is only in the bedroom, which is ok. However the A/C is noisy and vibrates, making it difficult to sleep.
The place was not very well-cleaned—dirty bathroom mirror, grimy kitchen drawers.
- Gieliton (10/5): Amazing views - The apartment has an incredible views, private pool and garage. The street is calm and there is a delicatessen nearby.
I would highly recommend it.
