• Jovan (9/5): - Dobra je lokacija, ima sony za zabavu, prostrano je za druženje sa porodicom. Zgrada je stara miriše na hlor. U stanu prozori nisu oprani, u kupatilu smrdi na buđ, jedna vrata od toaleta se ne zaključavaju, parking je teže pronaći.

• Anelia (3/5): Без сън,студено и не бихме повторили. - Трите спални . Не беше почистено добре отгоре отгоре позамазано има какво да се желае. Имаше два климатика който не биха могли да стоплят апартамента изобщо. Слаби.Усещането е за много ползвано ,не много чисто и студено място.

• AnastasiaBabin84 (5/5): Ужасно и дорого - Прокуренная квартира. Постельное белье и кровати воняет сигаретами. Подъезд старый, лифт старый, находится дом у дороги слышно приезжие машины, шкаф в одной из комнат поломанный. Душевая вся в плесени. Не стоит этих денег.

• Willeke de Jong (8/5): Prima locatie om het centrum van Sofia te bezoeken. - Fijne locatie dichtbij het centrum van Sofia. Prettig om over een parkeerplaats te kunnen beschikken op het parkeerterrein een stukje verderop. Schrik niet als de auto helemaal ingeparkeerd komt te staan. De beheerder regelt dat je eruit kunt wanneer je wilt. Het centrum van Sofia is met ov en te voet prima te doen. We merkten weinig van de drukke straat waar het appartement aan gelegen is. Ruime slaapkamers en mooie keuken - zitgedeelte. Snel reagerende host. Playstation was leuk voor de jongste! Er zijn veel slaapplaatsen beschikbaar. Een beetje meer bestek (twee reguliere messen) en variaties aan borden was fijn geweest. De toaster werkte niet, er werd een nieuwe geregeld.

• ivančica (7/5): Sofija - Lijep, prostran stan, zajamčena privatnost Buka s ulice, potrgana slavina u kuhinji te što smo same morale pripremiti 3 kreveta ( potražiti posteljinu, jastuke) i pripremiti pomočne krevete bez obzira što smo platile i najavile dolazak 9 osoba-za 6 je bilo spremno a 3 ne..
• Akiva (10/5): - We visited Sofia with four children. EThe apartment was completely renovated, clean and well equipped! We watched movies on the smart TV's (connected directly to our Netflix). We enjoyed the Xbox and the many other features of the apartment. Check-in was super easy as the instructions were clear. We had one small issue, we contacted the owner and he responded within a minute and resolved it! Everything was as expected.
• Emanuel Mihail (5/5): With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this apartment could be much nicer. - The host was very kind and helpful, and the apartment is in a good area. However, we found that it wasn’t the best fit for our stay with two children. The bathroom had a noticeable smell, and we also came across cockroaches in the kitchen, which made it difficult for us to feel comfortable.

• PICHIE (5/5): Si può fare di più - La posizione è buona, vicino al centro ma tranquilla. Il parcheggio compreso, anche se un po' distante, è un buon servizio. L'appartamento non è ben tenuto. Molti arredi sono rotti, i letti non sono molto comodi. Con un po' d'impegno può diventare molto meglio.

• Sandrine (5/5): Au centre de sofia avec parking - L emplacement était top. Le parking gratuit pour un véhicule aussi. Le propriétaire a répondu à mss nombreuses questions très rapidement. La propreté du logement laissée à désirer avec quelques cafards croisés dans la cuisine. Les lits n'étaient pas confortables du tout et certains sommiers étaient cassés.

• Robert (9/5): Great choise for pleasant stay in Sofia - The location is great—just a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral and city center at a relaxed pace. Public transport is easily accessible, with tram and trolley stops nearby. The area is well-served with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, exchange offices, and even meat stores. We really appreciated the free, guarded parking. My son especially loved the game console—it was a fun and unexpected surprise for him! Communication with the host was quick and smooth, and we were pleasantly welcomed with complimentary water and cookies. The entrance and elevator may give a poor first impression, but the apartment itself is amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. A small suggestion: leaving some coffee for the coffee machine would make the stay even more pleasant.

There is also a small supermarket across the road for essentials. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable Nothing, this is a great property

• Daniela (10/5): Perfect place in the center of Sofia - Perfect location. Good price. Nice, clean apartment. Parking is a big plus. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but the owner was very helpful.
• Jasmine (3/5): Poor - To leave it There were two bathrooms and both were very smelly. There was a strong smell of sewage. We left the doors open all night and the ventilation worked and that didn't help either in one of the two bathrooms the toilet seat was also not properly installed on the toilet only one of us dared to shower in the shower then all the water overflowed. We knew we weren't arriving at a luxury hotel, but it doesn't meet the minimum either... in short - we recommend avoiding it

• Levent.kara (10/5): Very nice house - I think we were the first guests to stay in the house. That's why the price was reasonable. The house is very nicely designed. There was a wine and Oreo cookies on the table. This was a very kind gesture. The elevator and entrance of the building are a little scary, but I loved the elevator system. I definitely recommend the house. There is a large private parking lot behind the house. It would be better if the wifi password was written on a piece of paper and left on the table.
