• Francine (6/5): Appartement bien situé accessible à tous les transports et commerces - L’appartement était très bien situé près de la gare centrale, du métro et du super marché La literie était très bien et confortable. Appartement au premier.avec ascenseur. Appartement pas de soleil, sombre et humide. Planchers n’étaient pas propres et poussiéreux et voir en dessous des lits… Peu d’outils de cuisine ( pas de grille pain, bouilloire inutilisable et très petite cafetière pour 4 personnes . La porte de la douche de la chambre du fond ne ferme pas bien.

• lucila (7/5): Buen piso pero podría mejorar - El piso esta bien ubicado y es muy cómodo para 5 personas. Hay varias opciones de supermercado por la zona. A 10 minutos andando de la estación central. Le falta mantenimiento. Una ducha cogida con cinta y una sábana agujereada. No hay suficiente menaje (3 vasos y una copa ) es una pena!!!

• Prodanova-Kamenova (9/5): - Местоположението е много добро- на 10-15 минути пеша от централна гара и непосредствено до метро станция Лорето. Домакинът беше много коректен и любезен. В апартамента има всички удобства за кратък и продължителен престой. В близост има голям супермаркет, ресторанти, пекарна и други магазини. Препоръчвам го.

• gaurav (2/5): - Apartment was big and on the first floor with elevator, located next to loreto station and supermarket. The apartment had no ceiling fans or air conditioner . broken table fans were kept in the living rooms and bedrooms.we checked out of the apartment same night as it was very hot that day. the host did not help us in changing our apartment . they only reply to watsapp messages and don't take up any calls. the keys came one hour after we were standing on the road in afternoon . in all 600 euros were wasted .

• manana (10/5): - I really liked the apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The location is great and quiet. Close to the metro and 10 minutes walk to the station. We had a wonderful time. The host is very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
• Nina (8/5): Good value for the money and super location - The location is great and the appartment very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Also loved the balcony even though it isnt summer anymore. Also the person meeting us was great because we were late due to the plane and then the train beeing late but he waited for us without any complaint. Liked that there were some basics like salt, pepper, oil etc. The sofa not very comfortable and some rather small fixes could be done in the bathrooms. Toiletcover was broken (not attached) and the showerdoors also didnt want to stay in place.

• Lukas (6/5): - The location was great. Close to the metro. The equipment was poor. The kitchen lacked normal knives and glasses and kitchens towels.and pay extra for late check in. and yet the keys are in the box. You just need to change a few things and it will be fine.

• Kati (10/5): On a quiet street yet steps from everything you need! - SURPRISINGLY large apartment with gorgeous windows that let in the most beautifully refreshing breezes! Comfortable beds, literally steps away from restaurants, cafes, and stores - yet on a very quiet street. The beds were comfortable, the finishes are lovely, and could not be more excited about TWO bathrooms! The host was pleasant and amenable when my family had trouble with connectivity issues and registering.
• Melanie (8/5): I’d stay there again. - Great location near the metro and central train station. Good size, comfy beds and hot powerful shower. Also near a supermarket, restaurants and shops. Just needs some washing up essentials in the kitchen.

• Ann (4/5): Cute photos but in reality the place was not somewhere we wanted to spend much time. - The BRs were cute We had to wait 45 minutes to get the keys on a very hot day. The apartment had a terrible smell (like dirty diapers) when we arrived. we ran fans which helped but that was not ideal. The balcony looked out on piles of neighbors garbage.
• Macarena (10/5): Spacious, cozy apartment with a perfect location! - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Milan! The space was huge and perfect for our group of 5, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The cute balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The location was unbeatable – less than a block from the metro, making it super easy to get around the city. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan!
• Nives (8/5): Satisfactory stay - The apartment is located in a nice building that is well maintained. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment and the layout of the rooms. We were a little disappointed by the darkness of the apartment, it faces the inner courtyard, where there is not enough light and sun, so we did not use the balcony, although we chose the apartment because of it. The location is good as the subway is a few steps away from the building. There are shops and bars in the immediate vicinity. There were enough kitchen utensils, but there were no kitchen towels and sponges for hand washing, and there were also not enough garbage bags (only 1 pair). Given that we were in the apartment for 9 days, there was not enough toilet paper either. The beds were fine, but the sofa definitely needs to be replaced. We found a lot of dirty towels in the closet in the hall, if you are already using it to store dirty towels, it would be a good idea to lock the closet. Hoping that the flaws are removed or fixed, we would probably choose this apartment again if we came to Milan again. - darkness in the apartment - not enough kitchen towels, sponges, garbage bags, toalete paper . worn and slightly dirty sofa - dirty towels in the closet

• Agnes (7/5): Good - Big flat, close to the metro station. Big advantage that it has 2 bathrooms. Toilet paper holder broken, toilet seat instable.
• Ninutsu (8/5): Very good - Good location, spacious apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortably beds in both bedrooms. Clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped. Sofa bed in the living room makes noise every time someone turns from side to side. Impossible to sleep on.

• Svetlana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is ideally located at the corner of Buenos Aires Boulevard, just a 40-minute walk from the Cathedral, with a metro station right next door and the central train station only a 10-minute walk away. There's also a supermarket conveniently located across the street. The apartment itself is spacious and furnished with new and refurbished pieces. It would benefit from better maintenance and the cleaning staff should be more thoroughly trained. Unfortunately, the apartment lacks air conditioning and would greatly improve with a clean sofa in the living room. Addressing these issues would certainly raise the overall rating.

• Chih-chin (5/5): Passable - The location is fantastic and the apartment is very spacious. The host was very friendly. The management cancelled my booking one day before our families and friends arriving Milan so they can rent the place to another group with a higher price. And booking could do nothing about it.
• Sameeksha (8/5): Very good - Great location. The apartment is close to the metro and there are a lot of restaurants in the area as well. The apartment was very comfortable for a group of 5. For a large group, It would have been helpful to have 2 set of keys to the apartment.
• Charcy (7/5): Good - Location to the grocery store was very nice. We enjoyed the space and had plenty of availability to spread out. Location from the train station was very accessible and the neighborhood offered many amenities. Meeting up with Nico to get the keys was a challenge as he had multiple facilities to clean that day and we did not have easy phone service. Additionally the location in account to main attractions was farther than anticipated, however the walk was nice in the sunshine. Our smoke detector also started chirping in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the apartment up until we could find where it was located, I might suggest checking those batteries on a regular maintenance schedule
• Lili (5/5): Passable - Apartment located a short walk from Loreto metro station provided you get out from the correct exit. Thus it is rather convenient for you to catch the metro to various part of the city. Apartment is accessible by elevator so you don’t need to carry your luggages up and down the stairs. Apartment is not as bright as the photos showed even if you choose to open the windows. It is facing inside courtyard which you may not want to open the windows anyway as not very plesant scenery. The heaters in the bedrooms and toilet are controlled centrally by the building so if you happen to visit during period that central heating is turned off and the nights are still chilly, you’ll not have heating in the rooms. A miserable tiny kettle is provided and if you’re making hot drinks for more than 1 person, be prepared to boil water several times. Owner was slow in responding to our enquiries after they passed you the keys to the apartment. Some of the towels had stains on them.

• Darekc (10/5): Perfect stay for Monza Formula 1 Weekend! - The location is perfect - well communicated with a lot of free public parking places around. I left my car for 4 days and used only public transport. The apartment is also great - nice design, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was not well equipped - there were only small, chipped, and dull knives, two wine glasses, one pot, and worn pans. Easy to fix!

• Vicki (7/5): Good - We likes the size of the apartment, and the fact it was close to the metro. There was no air conditioning or fans, minimal drinking glasses. We were also disappointed the host Nico advised to message him with anything we needed and when we did he did not respond at all.

• Samantha (9/5): Great, comfortable, spacious apartment with easy access to places of interest! - Good location, very close to metro station and around 4 stops to the Cathedral. Just round the corner from the long shopping street Buenos Aires and supermarket. Ry spacious apartment, photos don’t do it justice. Good mix of historic charm and features and modern furniture etc. Lovely comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. Each bedroom has a lovely bathroom. Suited us really well as a family. The only point for improvement is that the floors could have done with a better sweep as we could see our socks picked up some dirt. Everything else was perfect and would gladly return!
• Arindam (7/5): Good but can be Great - 1. Huge Apartment with Living Room, 2 Bed Rooms and 2 Bath Rooms 2. Very Clean 3. Location - Very close to Loreto Metro Station - 2 Stops on M2 line from Milano Centrale Station. Else a 15 min walk 4. We had requested for an early check-in which was provided, Thanks to Nico, the Manager of the property. Nico was also very helpful when we were unable to open the main door to the building on our first evening 5. Nico was also helpful by reaching out to us prior to our arrival and providing us the required links to register ourselves 1. Certain small things which differentiates between good and great. These wouldn't cost the owner much but would go a long way to build up a good will (i) Washing Machine and Dishwashers come with one tablet each - meaning that if anyone stays more than 1 night, they would need to make their own arrangements for the same. Needless to mention, one has to buy a full pack though they may need a small quantity. Nico did buy for us some dishwashing liquid suitable for hand washing the dishes. Also, appliances like electric kettle and microwave could not be operated as the nearby wall socket is not suitable for these. It's evident that the host doesn't really encourage the usage of appliances (ii) Consumables like cooking oil, tea, coffee etc. not provided (iii) Very small quantity of toiletries provided - 2 thin soap tablets and minuscule shampoo bottles. Not enough to last for our 3 nights of stay (iv) Only one set of garbage bag provided. Had to use make shift ones for disposing our garbage 2. Shower area is small with the shower orientation not allowing a comfortable shower. Provided with only a hand shower which is inconvenient for a tall person 3. A bit low on Maintenance (i) Seat near the shoe rack is damaged and caves in if anyone sits on it (ii) Toilet seat on one of the WC damaged (iii) Leaking pipe on one of the showers 4. No provision of luggage storage should one arrive prior to the check in or their flight is late. One has to depend upon paid storage in Milano Centrale Station

• Santa (8/5): Very good - We liked place and apartment was cozy. All things was prepared better than we accepted. We really enjoyed staying by your place. We thought just one thing about kitchen - cooker hood wasn’t stable up to ceiling and for apartment where stay family’s you need bigger choice for plates. There wasn’t paper towels or even salt, pepper what should be lefted.
