- Salim (5/5): Not good stay for family at all. - Only location - no proper AC available, only standing unit, but still hot, did not work properly. Add to that you need to open the window to put the AC hose outside. - no reception available, if you need any thing then you only communicate through booking message. Not convenient. Water Heater tripping, you need to send message to booking then booking send to the agent, they will send you somebody next day. So you have to skip taking shower or you take very cold water. - worse thing the bed, the mattress are very old, you can feel the steel in the bed. Maybe better to sleep in the ground. Curtains are small compared to window. So early morning at 5 am light every where. Difficult to sleep.

- Karan (5/5): Outdated apartment for the price paid - The location was good as everything was available down the building. Near the marbl arch station. The place is good and spacious. Bathrooms have jet spray and air conditioners are there in the rooms and living room. The furniture is outdated and the sofas spring could be felt. The beds were really uncomfortable. Be ready for some back and neck aches. I wouldn't recommend this place for a long stay.

We had an issue with the hearting and sofa cum bed which was promptly taken care of. The only issue was with the bathroom shower in the unattached bathroom. It took time and fiddling with the taps for the water to come. And there were no dish washing pods for the dish washer which was a little inconvenient. Minor issues actually.
