• Hardie (1/5): Finding a blowup doll has scarred my young children (9-11) for what was meant to be a child orientated weekend. You can& - Great view, could sleep many if needed. Convenient to get to shop as Woolworths is downstairs. We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately left feeling extremely disappointed, especially considering the cost of over $4,300 for the stay. To start on a positive note, Jonathan from booking, was helpful in arranging for a cot to be dropped off as discussed beforehand, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition and presentation of the property fell far below expectations. There were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the home. The vent in the main bathroom was not working and appeared not to have been cleaned in a very long time. Multiple PowerPoints throughout the property felt unsafe or unusable, with switches in the bathroom pushed into the wall and PowerPoint covers falling off completely. Several of the glass doors and mirrors throughout the bedrooms were dirty, and the sliding mirror door in one of the bedrooms barely functioned. The dining chairs were peeling badly, adding to the run-down feel of the property. Additional issues we discovered during our stay included: * A broken fridge door compartment, limiting usable fridge space * An oven handle that completely fell off when used * Heat appearing to escape from the top of the oven * A dryer that repeatedly switched itself off and required constant resetting * The lint catcher repeatedly falling into wet clothes during drying * A dirty duvet insert on the bed, although the sheets themselves appeared clean * Lights not functioning properly in the ensuite bathroom The most uncomfortable and inappropriate part of the stay, however, was discovering an inflated adult blow-up doll hidden in one of the cabinets while searching for the portable cot before it was delivered. It was wearing a wig and had a ping pong ball in its mouth. Unfortunately, our children found it first and began asking upsetting and awkward questions about why there was a “naked doll” and why it had a ball in its mouth.

• Matthew (2/5): Very disappointed in standard of accommodation and host but excellent location. - The location was excellent. The host was impossible to contact. We had a number of issues that we wanted to bring up with the host to give them the opportunity to put things right, but they have completely ignored us. Issues included: a sex doll in a cupboard poor water pressure All crockery was unclean and broken toilet flushes not working properly.

• Thick (10/5): - A really good place and good view and the property owner were really good and accommodating even lets us check in 1:30am in the morning when we landed. Nothing I didn’t like about the place.
• Troy (5/5): Great location and view however there is many maintenance items and it’s not great value for money. - The view was exceptional. Great to stay in a 4 bedroom spacious unit. TVs in every room. Close to everything. We feel the property was on the expensive side and could do with some TLC. There was numerous maintenance issues on the property and the aircon is extremely weak and does not cool the unit down enough. The morning sun makes the rooms very unpleasant and hot. Overall it was very disappointing considering the hefty price tag to stay.

Dishes were very dirty (see photo I took - this was a pot from the cupboard I pulled out as soon as we got there to boil and egg), I had to wash everything before using. There was no body wash, no dishwashing detergent, 2 x 10ml shampoo isn’t enough for 9 people. They keys were very difficult to locate, the map would not load. We had to pay for parking to go collect the keys, this was inconvenient and hard after a long drive.

• Valerie (7/5): Yes I recommend - Beautiful penthouse, beautiful view, good location, above a block of restaurants and grocery shop. Some beds were comfy, others complained about theirs. Handy washing and dryer. Sauna and steam room amazing as well as gym and arcades. Rubbish chute best thing. Good free parking provided. Each room had their own TV definitely a bonus. Good aircon. 12 people with only 2 showers and only 2key cards. Penthouse was very dusty and the floor was really dirty wear socks and your socks become black we mopped ourselves but mop provided was old. Pool was ice box freezing could not enjoy it, indoor pool was lukewarm could be warmer for the kids. Only 2 toilet paper provided and only a few towels.

• Charles (9/5): Beautiful all round apartment! - Perfect location and size for our group! Everything was great. The only thing we wish we had was a couple more fobs and keys.

No spa pool besides the one in the ensuite that was really nice but would be cool if there was a bigger spa with the pools downstairs. Correct me if im wrong and there is a spa downstairs...

Pillow stunk of sweat and unsafe PowerPoints. Dust so thick on the tables we could write in it, couch covered in food crumbs under and on it. This apartment doesn’t get cleaned inbetween stays
• Belinda (10/5): Perfect family-sized unit, ultimate Surfers Paradise location - This property was the perfect property for our family and a short stay over New Year’s Eve. Talk about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! You are in the heart of Surfers Paradise right on Cavill Avenue which, is the epicentre of the Gold Coast. The 4 bedroom layout was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed having a full size kitchen and the large full living area with huge l shaped couch and double sofa bed… not to mention the views. They would have to be some of the best view on the coast. The beds and pillows were super comfy which meant a great nights sleep. Circle is centrally located to everything you need including beautiful patrolled beaches. We also used the onsite pools and playgrounds for the kiddos. It was also great to have use of two full car spaces included but we didn't use the cars as everything was so close. The management team were super friendly and helpful and check-in and out was really easy. We are definitely planning a trip back. Thanks for a great stay. 🙏

Lived up to being a penthouse with fantastic views The shared bathroom did not have a lock. One of the fobs were not working but we found a spare in the kitchen drawer. The floor was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned
• Alma (9/5): Perfection on the 52nd floor ! - Property was superb, fabulous for large group, we had family from Germany, Adelaide, Melbourne, Newcastle & Brisbane. The apartment’s position & size was perfect for us, so much so we stayed in with takeaway dinners and enjoyed the spectacular view ! The only issue was we needed another shower, but we managed. A couple of improvements could be more toiletries, two extra toilet rolls are not enough for 9 people, sharpen the knives and a couple of the frying pans are probably past their best. Live to air TV we missed because the Olympics were on, but apart from that, I will be recommending this apartment to all my friends that have large families. Sorry we had to ring a couple of times as we didn’t know the car park number and the key card wouldn’t work…but our questions were answered quickly and with great customer service! Thank you very much ☺️

• Alese (7/5): Beautiful area and lovely views. - The property is beautiful. It has amazing views and excellent location for the easy access to food and shops and other activities. Parking was also a benefit. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were lovely. The property was dirty when we arrived. It had a broken vacuum and broken dryer. The property is beautiful, however, the cleaners who came through before us did not adequately clean through. Multiple pieces of crockery were also chipped, which is not sanitary.
