• Michael (10/5): Easy, simple and convenient - Can’t get a better spot and value TV had no sound but managed to connect the Bluetooth speaker they provided
• Deborah (2/5): Great house but with too many maintenance and cleanliness issues for the price . - Great house in a wonderful location but dirty under equipped and some serious maintenance issues. It is an excellent house, but for the amount outlayed there were just too many things wrong to leave it without comment. 1.The upstairs bedroom fan is so dirty we did not use it 2.The metal door handle from the upstairs bathroom onto the deck falls off 3.Both upstairs wooden door handles have failed. People were locked inside these rooms twice - lucky they had their phones! 4.There is no cold water in the upstairs sink and the shower is partially clogged and leaking in the corner. 5.Plumber visited when none of us there - not acceptable security. 6.Downstairs shower well overflowed on first use - we had to unclog it of a massive amount of hair etc - a truly horrible job 7. Coffee pods and tee towels promised and not delivered; the latter you would expect at a basic rental. 8. The TV volume only works when paired with an external speaker, no instructions, and inferior tech for the cost plus there were no batteries in the remote control. 9. Overall the ironing board cover is not very good and there is a sticky blob on it which nearly ruined a shirt. 10. The property would benefit hugely from fly wire being attached to the front metal door, allowing airflow. 11. Quality of the saucepans is not great and the frying pan and some utensils were dirty. 12. On arrival both the rubbish bin and recycling were full. The rubbish bin was emptied during our stay but the recycling was not - these should both be empty at the commencement of a weekly rental. We requested a partial refund given the extent of the issues - this was declined .
