• Cristina (9/5): Excelente relación calidad precio - El apartamento esta un pelín alejado del centro, pero no es nada exagerado y se sigue pudiendo ir a todas partes caminando. El anfitrión fue amable y explico de manera clara las instrucciones para poder acceder a la vivienda. Estaba todo limpia y el apartamento estaba bien equipado, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Si estuviese un poco mas céntrico el apartamento sería perfecto, pero por el precio que pagamos y siendo Viena, me parece mas que razonable. Nuestra estancia fue muy bien y repetiríamos.

• Nazarii (9/5): - Everything was great, warm and cozy inside and incredible views outside on the old street of Vienna. Location is so comfortable for moving between popular facilities. We noticed some damages on walls and chairs. Maybe owners can fix that.

• Alessandra (5/5): - La struttura nel complesso non è male se si cambiassero i letti perché ha comunque il necessario Il letto era davvero molto scomodo, così come il divano letto, andrebbero cambiati entrambi, reti molto ma molto rumorose appena ti muovevi, il divano letto era instabile e inclinato, mentre il materasso del letto aveva pendenza al centro e bozzi, sarebbero stati entrambi da sostituire perché per nessuno dei quattro è stato un buon riposo. Poi va aggiunta una tenda alla finestra della cucina perché chi dorme sul divano letto ha la finestra di faccia ed essendo al pian terreno non è molto piacevo

• DONCHAK (9/5): Поменять кровать в проходной комнате - Расположение очень удобное, транспорт рядом, магазины. Приятно было , что нас впустили раньше по времени, чем было положено, правда пришлось немного понервничать, потому что не могли понять почему не открывается дверь(. Хозяйка была на связи и пошла нам навстречу. Так как нас было четверо, двое спали в проходной комнате, в которой была очень неудобная кровать и при каждом повороте, сильно скрипела. она похожа на двухспальную раскладушку(

• Zlil (3/5): Will not recommend at all!! - It was close to the U6 It smelled like perfume trying to hide the smell of dampness. Every wall was dirty and each piece of furniture damaged. The bed was uncomfortable the sofa was very noisy and the sheets had actual stains on them.

• Kaya (10/5): Konumunu, dairenin temizliğini ,metroya yakınlığını sevdim. - Gayet güzel bir yer ama ben yaz ayında gittim kış ayında nasıldır bilemem. Konumu çok güzel metroya çok yakın çaprazda bir market var kolayca alışveriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Temiz bir daireydi. Her şey dört dörtlüktü.

• Mari-ali- (8/5): Good for the money paid - Everything was as expected, or as I have read in other reviews. Yes, the couch in the living room made a lot of noise, the table and chairs were a bit 'loose'. We liked the size of the apartment, the location...it was clean, quiet, had its own heating plant. We found enough towels, extra blankets, dishwasher tablets etc. We didn t like the closing/opening system...and the fact that the contact person always wrote the messages in german, although I wrote them in english. I find it very unpolite...even the message containing the instructions about opening the doors was in german...I do not think that she couldn t have translated IT in english, with google translate. Why do I have to do it?
• Christabelle (9/5): Airy bright apartment - Very roomy and spacious. Location was good. Good connections to tram lines. Lots of light. Nice that there was a separate bathroom and toilet. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Just a spoonful of sugar, could have made our holiday sweeter. (a little bit of salt, sugar, washing powder)

The host was very cooperative... provided us with accurate instructions on the whereabouts of the apartment. InterSpar is just across the road. There are shops and bakeries nearby.

• Kovshar (3/5): Poor - The only advantage of these apartments is probably their location. As for everything else, I was extremely disappointed. The photos do not match reality. Honestly, the place needs renovation, and all the furniture, especially the beds, should be updated. Dampness throughout the apartment. Broken beds. Everything was dirty (it felt like the bed linen hadn’t been changed after the previous guests). All the furniture was outdated and needed repair. Unpleasant odors in the bathroom and toilet. Very cold. The sofa creaked so much that it was impossible to sleep. Cobwebs everywhere.

• Lautaro (9/5): Good location and great value for money! Friendly host - Great location close to public transport and aroud 20 minute walk to the city centre. Clean and comfortable flat - the two bathrooms were a plus. It fits 4 people easily and it provides everything you need for a short stay. The bed in the livingroom wasn't that comfortable and made some noise when you move but it wasn't too anoying. Also the pillows would benefit from a change/having more.
• Lautaro (9/5): Great place and value for money - The location is good, close to public transport that gets you everywhere. You can also walk to the city centre is like a 15/20 minute walk. The property fits 4 people easly and the two bathrooms is a real plus. In our specific case we had a second stay after one day away and we had to call the host to get a new code to get into the flat. However it was a good surprise to see they had clean the flat.

• Anonymous (8/5): Nice flat, with all the needed equipment. I suggest it for a short stay, comfortable and clean apartment. - Easy to enter the flat; well equipped. The flat was nice and clean. Cafee mashine is installed with capsules. Also hair dryer, iron and a big washing mashine can be found The sofa bed was not comfortable: noisy, old one - should be changed.

• Melisa (9/5): Superb - I highly recommend this apartment. The moment I entered, I was struck by its spaciousness. With high ceilings, and abundant natural light, the apartment exuded elegance. The bedroom was cozy and well-appointed, and the kitchen was equipped with all appliances. Easy access to transportation and nearby attractions, and easy to enter the building and apartment- by the app! One hour before we were moving out (official check-out) cleaner was waiting for us in the territory of the house and behind our door making us feeling unfocomfortable.
