Diana (7/5): In general not to bad . - All the kitchen ustensiles were there which is good as we allways ate breakfast home. Good location ,not far from the beach. In general was clean . Important things were missing ,such as “iron”. It would be good if you add some cloth hangers in coridor and also in bath for the towels. PLEASE BEFORE YOU GIVE THE ROOM CHECK THE HAIR DRYERS,when I put it in the socket the smoke and flame started to come out and scared me lots! I was also late for a birthday because of this. The building itself is very cold ,and bit sad . Maybe some art on the walls or something needs to be added .

Hana (2/5): - Lednice. V pokoji byla vidět i cítit plíseň, rovněž v koupelně (viz foto). Byt v suterénu, foto neodpovídá skutečnosti. Cena nepřiměřená za tuto kvalitu ubytování. Název cave by mohlo napovědět, ale mysleli jsme si, že je to z důvodu vizálního stavu.

Veronika (4/5): Dobrá poloha hotelu, ale pokoj děs! - Dobrá poloha hotelu, blízko pláže, restaurací apod. Byt prostorný, vybavení pro nás bylo dostatečné. Komunikace s recepční/majitelkou v pořádku. Nic nám takhle nechybělo. Obrovské ale obrovské mínus bylo - jak je psáno několikrát v jiných recenzích - je umístění pokoje v přízemí - resp. ve sklepě, kde je vlhko, zatuchlo, smrad, plíseň. Nic Vám tam neuschne (naštěstí řešeno pračkou se sušičkou), nelze pořádně vyvětrat, ani klima v tomto případě nepomůže... Věřím, že pokoje ve vyšších patrech můžou být v pořádku. Ale tento nedoporučuji, je to fakt šílené. Chodili jsme tam pak jen již na pár hodin jen se vyspat a rychle pryč. Několikrát sem se na toto informovala před příjezdem, zda je to opravdu tak hrozné, že máme sebou malé děti!! Vyjádření k tomuto žádné... Takže z tohoto důvodu tento pokoj určitě nedoporučuji, bylo to jediné ale velké mínus na naší dovolené v krásné Albánii.

Kahina (8/5): Notre séjour s’est très bien passée ! L’emplacement est super ainsi que la propreté du logement, le seul hic était que n - La localisation et la proximité avec les commerces et la plage. Étant au sous sol l’appartement manquais de luminosité et était humide.

Sandor Csaba (4/5): If you have children definately do not book this!! - Pros: - It is relatively cheap - Close to the beach (around 100m) - The owner always replied soon and she looked correct - Air conditioner worked well - The living area size is ok, also the beds quality (however they were also stinky, probably mouldy inside) Cons: - Mouldy, stinky basement accomodation with confined air. When we booked this accomodation looked allright however we were suprised after arriving as it much run-dow would need a renovation. The air was stinky which became worse day by day even though the windows were open all day long. There were lots of mould everywhere. We have three children and we felt they health are in risk, so finally we left the accomodation 1 day earlier and looked for a second floor room in different place. I recommend if someone has children, never book this room, also not if you are keen for clarity. - Also a big cons you are not able to park near the accomodation is July as all the paeking facilities are full. And if you somehow find a parking place your car will be in risk as the streets is narrow and huge amount of cars coming all day long searching places. We have seen lots of cars were damaged because this reason. So we can't bare to leave our car outside and finally found an area where you can leave your car for 10 euro per day. It is next to the building with a guard (15 years old boy) - Would need more kitchen equipments (like stock-pot) - The batrhroom's air is horrible, we always had to leave its door close, as it was sooo stinky! - Because the so high humidity, your towels just not could dry, They will be wet all time long. Also The toilet paper became inside wet. We bought some roll, but after 1 days all of the became wavy wet
Gugalli (9/5): Very enjoyable, would choose the property again - It was very spacious and very clean . It was close to the beach and newly renovated Nothing in particular,but it was very hard for clothes to dry inside

We actually got upgraded to two bed apartment, so a nice surprise ❤️ Very clean, presentable, comfortable and professional and had a hotel feel and look to it. We felt even better as the apartment allowed for my two kids 5 & 3 to run around freely before bedtime without us worrying they are disturbing other guests 😅. Very close to the beach. This is our third summer trip to Durres beach and this year was even better 😊. Nothing with the property. ❤️ We did find the parking can be a bit hit and miss in busy times but we found parking fairly easy when we first arrived and didn’t move the car for two days.

The apartment in basement was humid and wet. Since self made falling apart. Bad air. Not recommend that type of rooms.
Sadiku (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the hospitality of the staff, they were very nice and welcoming. I asked for some pictures of the flat and they sent them to me immediately, the photos were real not fake and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely book again here. I kinda wish it was cheaper for one night but definitely worth it. Everything was as expected, nothing was bad.

Reuben (10/5): Great hotel, with clean, well kept facilities and very accommodating staff. - Great location, right on the beach but not right in the city if you like it a little bit more quiet. Very nice feeling/ wealthy area with good looking hotels and restaurants. Stray dogs around can be naggy, if you’re not a fan of dogs then not great for you.

Martina (10/5): Nice stay in the -1 floor in Kavajë. 20 min by car to durres - The apartment is really nice and clean Besides the clean apartment and great kitchen utensils, however, the apartment is in the -1 floor, so there is no view and it gets really stinky if you don’t leave the upper window open all the time. To go to durres by public transport, you will take more than an hour, and by car 20 min.

Vadym (10/5): First visit in Albania - I think it's the best place for that money. Nice girls who work in reception are always trying to help you and make your accommodation easier. Good location with a few shops in walking distance and of course sea! I didn't have any problems

Amalkrishna (1/5): Racist and very bed staffs - So. We got to the property and a lady welcomed us abroad. And gave us the keys . It was fine until that So. Once we entered the room. The bed rooms were not made and it was like a mess. We arranged the mattress and made the bed. There was no blanket or sheets. We went upstairs to get them. Then the washing mechine stopped working and the flush was not working. We informed it to the lady infornt and she told us she can’t help with that. And she asked us to use the cleaning bucket to flush the toilet . We asked for an other room because it was clearly not our fault. But she said she will charge an extra 20€ for that. She was so arrogant and racist. So we decided to vecate the room. She stole half of our money also. Bad experience ever. No body should go there

Adriana (8/5): All you need for a beach holiday - Good value for money, very close to the beach, shops and good restaurants. The host was very polite and helpful. Great response time. The apartment as well as the towels and linen were nice and clean. Washing machine with dryer and a hairdryer were super helpful. The apartment is in the basement of a building and the air circulation is not great. The road next to the apartment is noisy at night.

Sabri (1/5): Bad - Nothing good Unfortunately, I didn't like anything of it. When I first made the reservation, it said 25 euros. When I went, they added extra taxes and charged me 45 euros from 25 euros. The extra taxes did not appear on my booking page, but they were hidden somewhere. The cleanliness and facilities were very bad for that price. In booking they show that there is a parking place in the facility, but when I asked, they said there is no parking place and they answered that you should park wherever you can. In addition to the price difference, I had to pay 4 euros for private parking for 24 hours. I recommend you to think twice before going to this apartment.

And the apartment was also bigger then I expected which made it very price worthy Maybe it’s a little to close to the highway but I had no troubles sleeping so it’s not that bad.
