• CARMEN MARIA (3/5): Ni una más…. - En líneas generales estéticamente estaba muy bien, después se descubrió el pastel No se ni por dónde empezar, limpieza muy mala, alfombras llenas de pelos y pelusas, las sábanas y nórdicos muy viejos y sucios también, el sumier del colchón estaba roto, dormí dentro en un boquete, la mesa del salón rota, la ventana no cierra bien, suelo de tarima que parece que arriba vivían dinosaurios, la alarma sonando la primera noche y sin instrucciones para apagarla y búscate la vida… en fin si queréis descansar búscate otro alojamiento

• Elkielein (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Wir durften das Gepäck früher abgeben. Der Vermieter hat immer super nett und freundlich geantwortet. Das Appartement war dann 1,5 Stunden früher fertig und wir durften früher rein. Die Türen haben dermaßen laut geknackst, dass alle wach wurden. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil nicht sauber und hatten Flecken. Am Boden im Wohnzimmer lagen überall schwarze lange Haare. Der Küchentischfuss war kaputt. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher. Die Bettwäsche war verkehrt aufgezogen. In der Küche gab es keine Kochutensilien wie Schöpfer, Reibe, Schäler etc. . Eine grosse Küche, sber keine Utensilien. Es gab keine Möglichkeit zur Mülltrennung. Das WC-Paper war zu wenig. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen! Auf den Stühlen und im Bad auf der Tür sind überall Spritzer drauf, sehr ekelig.

We contacted the owner, who told us they would arrive the following morning. Since we only got them by 1 PM the following day, we were forced to buy towels to avoid wasting more time from our 3 day trip…

Il bagno non era pulito, capelli e peli ovunque, addirittura vicino al lavandino c’erano dei capelli arrotolati azzeccati. Le lenzuola erano sporche e l’unico telo disponibile per la doccia, era macchiato da entrambi i lati. Polvere ovunque. Assolutamente pessima pulizia.
• Cezary (7/5): Pobyt uważam za udany, ponieważ przyjechaliśmy pozwiedzać Miasto, a nie siedzieć w mieszkaniu :) - Najbardziej podobało się usytuowanie obiektu. Wszędzie blisko metro, sklepy, bary. Ostatnia noc była słaba, bo słyszeliśmy sąsiada, który chodził piętro wyżej, a że jest podłoga z drewna to pół nocy nie spaliśmy. Nawet lampy na suficie drgały…. Mała łazienka….

• Sara (5/5): - Lokacija je super, dobra izhodiščna točka za ogled znamenitosti, takot peš kot z javnim prevozom. Lastnik se je odzval na naše prošnje/želje glede dodatnih brisač. Prispeli smo v poznih večernih urah v zelo mrzlo stanovanje z dvema otrokoma, ogrevanje je bilo izklopljeno (januar). Predhodno nismo dobili nobenih informacij, kako se ogrevanje vključi, ravno tako ne za kuhinjske aparate, ki jih je bilo potrebno vključiti s stikalom na hodniku,lastnik pa se tisti večer tudi ni takoj odzval na naše sporočilo. Smo se na srečo znašli. V kuhinji je bila stara oguljena gobica za pomivanje posode, kuhinjskih krp ni bilo na voljo, ravno tako ne detergenta ali tablet za pomivalni stroj. Brisače izejmno majhne za vsakega člana po 1 kos, torej nič viška za brisanje rok, obraza. Te smo sicer potem na željo dobili dodatno za vsakega 1 kos. V kopalnici ni preproge oz brisače za izstop iz tuš kabine, ploščice pa zelo mrzle. Vzmetnica v spalnici absolutno potrebna menjave. Ko smo prišli, je na skupnem hodniku piskal alarm in tako je bilo celo noč, zelo se sliši v stanovanje. Tega smo po "sreči" izključili sami naslednji dan. Ravno tako so okna zelo slaba, skozi njih uhaja mrzel zrak in pa, ko se v nočnih urah zbirajo pod oknom, se sliši, kot bi govorili v stanovanju zraven tebe.

• Rosalba (7/5): - L’appartamento è piccolo ma carino, noi eravamo in quattro e per soggiornare un paio di notti è andata bene. È ben posizionato, a cinque minuti dalla metro e inoltre la zona è piena di mini market e cafe. A 16 minuti a piedi si può arrivare tranquillamente fino ad Hyde park. La sera la zona non sembra tranquillissima ma nonostante ciò, io e le altre tre mie amiche non abbiamo avuto problemi quando tornavamo la notte tardi. Noi tra l’altro abbiamo soggiornato a dicembre e i riscaldamenti funzionavano benissimo infatti consiglio di portare una maglietta leggera per la notte perché dentro casa fa davvero caldo. Dalle foto l’appartamento sembra molto più grande, specialmente il bagno che in realtà è davvero piccolo e stretto e per questo risulta abbastanza scomodo. La pulizia è da migliorare, l’appartamento era davvero pieno di polvere e c’erano un po’ di ragnatele, inoltre sarebbe opportuno dare qualche asciugamano in più dato che queste non vengono cambiate e sarebbe opportuno mettere a disposizione sapone per le mani e bagnoschiuma

• Filip (7/5): útulné ubytovanie s pohodlným napojením na dopravu - obývacia izba bola pekná aj vybavená, internet fungoval bez problémov, kuchyňu sme nevyužili, ale vybavené bola dostatočne, postele celkom pohodlné, mali sme deti, ktoré spali na rozkladacom gauči, ktorý bol vopred pripravený, blízko na stanicu metra, obchodu aj reštaurácií. malá spálňa, bez skrine, návlečky nejak divne opraté, boli na nich také malé biele žmolky, dvere sa nedali nechať otvorené, stále sa automaticky zatvárali, odporúčam majiteľovi kúpiť zarážky do dverí. Mali sme menší problém s otváraním okna a so sprchou, ale všetko sa vyriešilo.
• Graña Gómez (9/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación, excelente a menos de 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro edgware Road, que conecta con el centro a 4 paradas solamente sin trasbordos, además de poder conectar con otras líneas. El piso está a 37 minutos andando del soho, tb es viable. Ubicación excelente, no se puede reprochar. El baño era muy estrecho. Muy justo para cambiarse. La ducha bien, pero es muy estrecho, como 1metro aproximadamente y se hace algo incómodo, aunque bueno, no es para vivir indefinidamente.

La finestra della camera non si chiude bene , rimane uno spiffero di almeno mezzo centimetro. Le lenzuola sono pulite ma lasciano molti pelucchi sui vestiti.

Water was leaking from the washing machine and water leaked all the way downstairs. Handyman was in and out of the unit but still unable to fix the problem.

• Tina (1/5): Health and Safety concern, lack of amenities, faulty lock, broken promises - The location Lack of amenities and faulty lock on the bathroom door that had me trapped in a small, hot windowless room. We stayed here for 2 nights in a heatwave in July and before travelling I had requested 2 fans to have beside the 2 beds. I was told this would not be a problem. On arrival there was only 1 fan. There was no hand towel or bathmat in the bathroom and no drying up cloth in the kitchen. With a slippery tiled floor we were having to use toilet roll to dry our hands and to mop up the water every time we stepped out of the shower.... extremely dangerous. I contacted the mobile number provided and spoke to a man who said he would sort things. We never got any of the items. Later that day, I used the bathroom and the lock jammed, it was a very hot and wet environment and I was trapped inside the room, it was very scary. My partner had to find something to open the door from the outside to let me out. I complained to the property via their messaging service telling them of the faulty lock and also asking again for the missing items and they replied saying they would look into it. Nothing was done and we spent the rest of the weekend not being able to lock the door in the bathroom. On our return I complained to Booking.com who forwarded my complaint to this property but they did not bother to reply even though I had it in writing that they would look into things. The location of this property is good but they are clearly only after your money and are not at all bothered about the health and safety of their guests nor are they prepared to supply the items as advertised in their advert. Also there is a cleaning charge but as the photos show, the property is not cleaned very well as there were cobwebs everywhere

I normally see some “extra” in rental units, such as body wash, paper towels etc, but there was nothing on this one.

• Tania (8/5): Excellent location - Situated in a quiet but very accessible area. Close to tube station with very good connections to Central London. Buses also very convenient. Flat very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a sofa which served as a bed for the 3rd adult in our group Shower/toilet quite small. The sofa (although quite comfy) could be replaced by a sofa bed to make the flat more adequate for 3 adults. The mattress lacked a proper cover or fitted sheet, the sheet we had was a bit small.
• Senturk (10/5): Perfect location. - The flat’s location is excellent. It is very close to Hyde Park and centrally located. If you enjoy walking, you can reach everywhere on foot and save on taxi costs, which you can deduct from your accommodation expenses. The house was very clean, and the host was kind and attentive, which I especially appreciate. The house is equipped with almost everything, but there was no shampoo for showering and no hairdryer (or we couldn’t find one). If these small details are added, it would be a fantastic place to stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the accommodation I booked through your platform. Upon booking, I received all the emails and confirmation while I was on a flight. My journey was long, lasting more than seven hours. When I arrived at my destination, I had no internet connection and no local phone service, so I struggled to find the property and access it. I was unable to open the emails as I had no internet and had no way to figure out how to enter the property. We had to ask someone nearby to help us contact the property owner, but when we called, we were repeatedly told that all the necessary information was in the email. Unfortunately, we had no internet to access the details. Additionally, my husband is undergoing cancer treatment, and due to his poor health, we were unable to stay stranded outside the accommodation for long. After a lot of struggle, we finally managed to enter the property, but I wasn’t aware that it was located on the second floor. There was no mention of the steep stairs, which made it impossible for us to bring our luggage up. My husband and I couldn’t manage the stairs due to his health, and our luggage was stuck on the staircase. To make matters worse, we couldn’t access the second floor because we didn’t know the code and had to call the property owner again. The entire experience was extremely stressful, and in the end, we were forced to leave and search for another place to stay. I kindly request that you review my case and issue a refund for the payment I made. We were unable to stay at the accommodation due to these issues, and I didn’t have the opportunity to report this sooner because we didn’t have internet access, and my husband’s health condition has only slightly improved now.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but it was fine for us. We ate out but facilities are there should you want to cook. Great communication from the host, all messages were answered quickly, and they allowed us to check in early. No toilet roll provided and only 4 towels.
• Anita (9/5): Superb - Modern & compact apartment for up to 3 adults. very well located near to many bus stops and underground station (5mins walking) and Paddington train station (10 mins walking). Easy to find, easy check in and check out with lockbox. Located on 1st floor with 1 flight narrow stairs. We asked for more toilet papers and they delivered it. They didn't provide bath mat which could be very slippery. The sofa bed for the 3rd person had no extra bed linen+blanket. Only 2 towels provided instead of 3 we requested. No oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and no body soap so we should bought it for ourselves when we stayed there for 7 nights.

The host was very friendly and when an incident arose he came straight away. We needed more towels. We were 3 people and there was 3 body towels, no face towels. The floor was not swept well (there was dust) and needed more toilet paper for the 4 days we stayed as well as garbage bags since no one comes to replace them
