• Svitlana (10/5): Наступного разу теж зупинюсь тут - Дуже гарне помешкання провели тут 2 ночі з дитиною і великим собакою! Зручно було всім! було абсолютно все необхідне: посуд, тостер, кавоварка, кондиціонер, хороший інтернет ! В шафці навіть були миски для собаки і ми могли напоїти пса перш ніж перенесли речі з авто!Старий атмосферний ліфт, ми були в захваті від нього ! Зручне розташування, зупинка трамвая прямо під будинком, без пересадок до центру! Поряд є красивий парк ( вхід з собаками заборонено), супермаркет, автостоянка! Прямо під будинком є зарядка для електро авто ( приймає карту Shell, 0,66 с за кВат) Зручне безконтактне заселення, автоматично виключає проблеми з пізнім заїздом, ніхто вас не чекає , крім ключів в сейфі😁

• Uma (4/5): Disappointed - • The property agreed to provide a baby cot upon prior request, which was appreciated. They also agreed for a prior check in time, which was very kind although the self checkin process was complicated and therefore we ended up spending some time figuring out keys and next steps before accessing the stay • The location is decent, with good connectivity to different parts of the city, even though it’s not in the city center. • The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. • The baby cot was provided without a mattress, making it unusable. We had to sleep our baby on the main bed, which was disappointing—it’s hard to see how a bare, unstable cot would be helpful for anyone. • The bathroom flush did not work properly and the bathroom has a sliding folding door - not a proper complete door. • The kitchen windows lacked blinds or curtains, compromising privacy. • The lift is oddly shaped and only reaches mid-landings, which meant we had to carry our luggage and stroller up stairs—rendering the lift almost useless. • The external shutters on the balcony doors/windows couldn’t be closed, and although blackout curtains were present, light still entered the room. • The main bed was a flimsy sofa bed and not very comfortable. • The area beneath the sofa bed had clearly not been cleaned in a while—there was a noticeable amount of settled dust. • It’s a self-check-in apartment, so there’s no one on-site to assist if you run into any issues.WiFi did not work for us / during our stay. • Noise from the street, especially trams, was quite audible throughout our stay.

• Zeren (7/5): Good - The host sent the instructions to enter the appartment with many videos, brilliant idea. He responded to our messages very quickly. Flat was clean and there was coffee tea and cutlery. Double bed was also sofa bed and was not much comfortable. Toilet paper would be good to have 😊
• Roberto (7/5): Good - The apartment is overall good for a couple traveling. Less amazing for a family with kids. Very positive was the cleanliness and the location (we were worried if it would be a bit outside the city, but there is a tram stop just in front of the building - so the connection is really good). For this price, I normally expect a couple of small nice things as facilities/equipment: - A shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom (it is not a hostel after all) - A bit more things in the kitchen (there wasn't even a tea towel to dry the dishes, or a kitchen roll, which is basic!) Furthermore, I might be old style, but I don't like this type of check-in that looks like a "escape room" (you do one step, then watch the video of the next step...). Haha I would prefer someone just to come and meet me as in the old days (especially arriving in the rain with small kid). But this is my preference, I understand that it is how it is nowadays.

• Dilyara (8/5): Very good - It was clean and nice apartment. Everything was great and comfy except the room temperature. I would come back It was freezing cold. They didn’t turn the heat on, even though we said that we arrive late at night. It was turned on only 1 hour before we left.

• Dominik (10/5): 100% recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Milan - We were quite cautious to book this at first because this is a new listing on booking.com and had no reviews, but we loved everything about this apartment, we booked it last minute at around 9pm and the host messaged us straight away and organised everything for us. The instructions to find the keys were straight forward. The complementary bottled water and coffee were a nice touch. -
