• Panah (5/5): Good and clean apartment for 2-3 people. - The facilities were modern and new in general, the house was clean. The staff was responsive and friendly, helped us check-in earlier than the hour stated on the booking. Also they brought us coffee as soon as we informed them about the lack of it in the apartment. We booked for 4 people, however they prepared the bed for 2 people only. When we informed the staff and asked them to send someone to prepare the sofa bed, they told us that there is nothing we can do, we have to prepare the sofa bed for 2 other people ourselves and the linens are in the closet. Even though the other sheets were clean, one had an unknown green stain on it, which was disappointing. Additionally, some lamps in the bathroom and corridor need to be changed.
• Veronika (10/5): - Thank you for a great stay at your place. The place is absolutely the best we have had! 1 minute from the metro and walking distance from all the sights. The apartment was clean and beautifully prepared. The only thing we would like to say is that for 4 people there is a very uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room, which spoils the impression of a stay for 4 people.

The cleaners forgot to give us coffee capsules and Anas very kindly drove over to pass them to us! He was very patient tea thing us how to use the machine and make sure we knew how to lock and unlock the door. Fantastic service! Nothing! It was per FD!

• Fatih (10/5): - The location of the house was fantastic—right in the city center, surrounded by cafés and shops. The house had everything we needed, and we had a wonderful stay. The windows of the house face the back side; it would have been perfect if they faced the street instead.

• Massimo (8/5): Tutto bene tranne un problemuccio alla domotica dell’ingresso in appartamento che ci ha fatto attendere un’ora sulle sca - La posizione dell’immobile, la pulizia. La poca illuminazione interna con tante lampade non funzionanti: si consiglia vivamente di sostituirle! L’acqua calda sanitaria ogni tanto dava problemi, non era continua!

• husein (10/5): Wij voelden er ons thuis, als we nog eens naar Milaan gaan kiezen we zeker opnieuw voor dit verblijf - Uitstekende ligging om de verschillende stadsdelen te bezoeken (zowel te voet als met openbaar vervoer) - een toffe wijk (Brera) met veel leuke horeca adresjes (op wandelafstand) - vlot bereikbare host met duidelijke info - ruim, lichtrijk, comfortabel appartement met alle faciliteiten zoals beschreven op booking - wij apprecieerden de afzonderlijke dressing met veel opbergruimte voor bagage -het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping aan de achterzijde van het gebouw dus rustig, ook 's nachts om te slapen. er valt niets negatiefs te vermelden

• Concepcion (10/5): - Apartamento moderno es un sitio privilegiado, muy cerca del Castillo de Sforzesco y a un paseo de la Catedral de Milan. La atención ha sido muy fluida y la anfitriona muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. Si tenemos la posiblidad de volver a Milan no tendriamaos ninguna duda en volver a repetir.

• Cody (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. Missing a few things at check in - Location, overall cleanliness and comfort. Toilet paper and coffee pods were missing at check-in. The vanity light in the bathroom was broken.
• Rault (7/5): Emplacement parfait, quelques améliorations possibles - Emplacement parfait pour les visites dans Milan, arrivée autonome avec bonne communication. Bonne isolation phonique, climatisation appréciée. Nombreuses tâches sur les murs, plusieurs spots ne fonctionnent pas pour la lumière, ménage correct mais minimal, tuyau de douche très sale, machine à laver non utilisée car sentant vraiment l’humidité.

• Bassnt (8/5): It was good and kind of satisfactory with some issues and I would say it was kind of overrated - The property location is premium walking distance to the domo and all shopping streets as well as the restaurants and nearby metro stations , customers care were super well and supportive with on time support without any delays The pillows are just 4 with our number no chance to find extra pillows - the flat cleanliness wasn’t perfect done as under the coach was huge amount of dust and some socks and sweets related to previous tenant , the price was the same for 2 hotel rooms in milano central which is also great area so I assume that is overrated for a flat not a hotel room with room service

The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Everything was well-organized, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The location of the apartment is exceptional, right in the heart of Brera, one of the most elegant and vibrant areas in Milan. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable, with a modern and welcoming design. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the warm days. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Plus, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, making it easy to stay connected and work without any issues. As for the downsides, the bathroom was a bit small compared to the rest of the apartment, and I noticed some mosquitoes in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient. However, it’s a minor issue compared to the overall comfort.
• Maggy (10/5): Perfect - Perfect stay, the host is very helpful and responsive. The room is clean and has everything we needed. Definitely will reserve again every time we r in Milan. The lock of the door is a bit complicated but once u tried it , it’s ok .
• Gudula (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment in Brera – great location. - Spacious apartment in great location (close to restaurants, stores, and Metro; 15 min. walk to Duomo). Very comfortable double bed. Lots of shelf space and room for luggage. Very comfortable dining chairs and table. Check-in is online and requires providing detailed information and paying tax by credit card. It is best done prior to arrival, rather than at the door. Once checked in, you receive an e-mail with further instructions, which gives you freedom to arrive as late as you want. Fast and easy communication with management (on arrival there was no frying pan, which we communicated to the management; we received a frying pan the next day). Dishwasher, washing machine, and oven/microwave available. Only a few small things: Occasionally there is noise from glass getting dumped into a container in the courtyard; otherwise quiet. We had to search for extra pillows (finally found them under the couch). No toaster (we used the oven instead; had to look for instructions online).

Had everything you need for a short (or long) stay. Excellent customer service And communication with the host. The washing machine and dishwasher were not working and neither was the black lamp. Other than that, all good!

Truly a pleasant place! - Amazing location, extremely spacious, really comfortable as though you were truly at home. Everything was wonderful! I need to stay here longer the next time I'm back in the city! One minor comment: there were no dinner plates in the kitchen cabinets.

But is very dependent on having internet and battery on the cellphone and that is a bit risky, although we always managed to get in with no problems.
