- Karina (8/5): - Easy self contained property where you can cook anything you like kitchen is fully equipped. A short stroll to the beach and a great little patio for my toddler to kick a ball and rider a trike. Been here a few times and I guess it depends on how clean the people before you are. Its like the cleaners only change the sheets and place out towels. Mopping and sweeping is up to the people staying. The 1st time I stayed the place was immaculate. 2nd time there was dirt on the floor through whole apartment and the patio hadn't been swept there was fruit loops cereal through inside and out.

I hope the owners take on the guest’s and agent’s feedback to after future bookings to an indust - Very Clean, great linen and set up, Port Stephen’s accommodation team great to deal with. The front Foyer door Slams shut until all hrs (property located opposite front foyer door). Laundry plumbing very smelly on entry (apparently cleaners have fixed issue for next guest). Poor hot water in shower (apparently the system has been serviced for next guest) however the hot tap has to be on full for the shower to be hot (tap issue) then you get n pins and needles from the below below average shower head. Bin lid closes but doesn’t open. Oven Blew up in my toddlers face due to faulty light and cut the power for our last day. 15% off our next stay was all that was offered.

- Cherie (8/5): overall very happy and have rebooked for April next year - great location and outdoor area. clean and well appointed inside and out. possibly the noise of being so close to the road but lessened during the night. a little unusual to incur a fee regarding makeup etc on white towels-perhaps use dark towels. next time we will bring our own 👍

- Rosheen (7/5): Good - The location was central and the bbq was great, it had enough gas . Bath towels were only given to the two people sleeping in the main room. The other 2 guests that had to share the sofa bed were not given linen. No soaps or shampoos and conditioners available as well. There were spiders and webs under the outdoor table.
