• Mark (8/5): Goede plek voor een workation - De ligging, met tram zo in het centrum en bij de zee; rustige buurt; rustig appartement. Grote eigen buitenruimte. Goed contact met beheerder. Oude potten en pannen in de keuken.

• ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΟΥ (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Είχε πάντα πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο και η γειτονιά ήταν όμορφη με καλούς γειτονες Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε βασικά πράγματα όπως κρεμοσαπουνο στο μπάνιο, σφουγγάρι στην κουζίνα, σφουγγαρίστρα (υπήρχε μόνο το ξύλο), και το ατμοσιδερο ήταν επικίνδυνο (βάλαμε νερό και έτρεξε από πίσω). Δεν το χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Επίσης οι τοίχοι ήταν βρώμικοι (σε έναν τοίχο υπήρχε σημάδι από πατούσα). Επίσης, δεν υπήρχε μπρίκι για να κάνουμε καφέ ( υποθέσαμε ότι το διαμέρισμα δεν προορίζεται για Έλληνες και αυτό θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται κάπου). Φίλοι μας που ήμασταν παρέα και κλείσαμε σπίτια στην ίδια γειτονιά, ήταν κατενθουσιασμένοι με τα διαμερίσματα και κυρίως με τις παροχές.
• Efrosini (5/5): Passable - The place had an elevator and relatively new furniture and plenty of coat hangers. Firstly we ordered a place with 2 double beds, we got one queen and one king single so we could not comfortably fit 4 people. The is no parking, besides street parking (but we didn't expect a parking spot). The walls were all damaged, there was a washing machine but nowhere to hang the clothes when washed. The toilet seat wasn't properly secured and the shower had no where to put the soap besides the ground, and one side of the shower tap got extremely hot and we nearly burnt ourselves. There was also no sponge so we could not wash dishes. Finally it had a massive balcony but only had 2 chair on it, so it wasn't functional. Overall it was all look and no substance, it is not a liveable apartment for 4 people.

• Seif (8/5): Very good - Good spacious apartment with all appliances you could need. 2 bedrooms (1 has a small bed and baby cot) and 1 bathroom. Huge terrace area. Very good location. Hosts were very kind to give us a late checkout.
• Els (10/5): quiet safe haven outside the busy loud cultural city center - perfect locaties! in a quiet safe area , a welcome quiet haven after a busy crowded city center . perfect place with lift ! and all the utilities we needed / perfect airco's / dolce gusto cofee machine / big fridge and freezer/ couldnt say a bad thing if i tried / tram T6 close by ( to the left to the beach to the right city center ) lovely restaurant close by.. shops in walking distance / neighbourhood... honestly... nothing !

• Ramona (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and peaceful neighbourhood, big apartment with large living room and a huge terrace, looks new and elegant, welcoming and had a lot of significant tools that make your vacation easier (in the kitchen you have everything for easily preparing a breakfast, also washing machine with supplies, coffee machine with supplies, hair dryer, iron board, etc), close to the tram that is easily taking you either to the beach, or down town, to Syntagma. Nothing not to like. Maybe some way of protecting the terrace which is wonderful, with some sort of green stuff or curtain, in order to have some privacy. The neighbour building is very close.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent! Apartment was perfect, clean and comfortable. Located in a quite neighborhood in Nea Smirni, a short walk to the train. Lots of grocery stores within a 5 min walk. Syntagma, beach and mall are within a 10 min drive. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re back in Athens!!
