• Shana (1/5): It was very unpleasant - The views were nice. the apt was clean. I was not happy with anything else. Misleading listing with several hidden fees. Advertised as a luxury apartment but it’s inside a hotel with mandatory resort fees and offsite paid parking not clearly disclosed upfront, pre booking. Unit was poorly equipped (not enough bedding), extremely hard mattress, paper thin fleece blanket, lumpy pillows, 1 trash bag for 5 day stay, locked trash chute, apt phone did not work to contact front desk, no hotel assistance since you are considered a resident and not a guest.

• MARWAH (10/5): A 100 Star Luxurious Apartment in Miami Downtown - I would rate this property a 100 star .. what an amazing and luxurious apartment with excellent view & location.. host is genuinely cooperative and helpful, which elevates our experience in Miami. (Located in Gale Hotel & Residence) A mandatory of 37$/day as resort fees (even if you won’t use the spa/pool/gym) .. parking fees may apply too!

• Ivana (10/5): A Perfect Stay – Exceeded Our Exppectations - This apartment fulfilled all our expectations and more. The view from the unit is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the floor-to-ceiling windows with such a breathtaking view was a highlight of our stay. The apartment is brand new, and we felt like we were the very first guests. It is beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed featuring a firmer mattress, just the way we like it. The location is excellent, with the Metromover just a few minutes’ walk from the building. The building itself is gorgeous, with great amenities including a deli and café on the ground floor and the Gale Hotel right inside. The gym and pool are must-visit features. Communication with the hosts was smooth and efficient. We requested an early check-in, which was kindly accommodated—thank you again for that! After a long and busy day, we couldn’t wait to return to the comfort of this apartment. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again! Busy reception in the lobby
