• Liset (10/5): We would take it again. - Location, it was clean, very practical. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but for one night if was ok.

Vor allem wenn man erst einmal in Ruhe frühstücken möchte bevo - Das Apartment Marvin lag in einem freundlichen und sauberen Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen, die offenbar keine Ferienwohnungen sind. Die Apartment war groß und großzügig auf zwei Ebenen in einer Art Altbau. Es war sehr gepflegt und funktional. Es hatte zwei WC s was sehr angenehm war. Das Sofa war gemütlich und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, sogar eine Spül- und Waschmaschine. Als wir ankamen gab es Kaffee, Tee, Olivenöl und Gewürze in Tütchen. Die Betten waren gemütlich und es gab viele Kissen (aber eine Bettdecke pro Bett wie in Italien üblich). Das Einchecken war problemlos. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß mitten in der Innenstadt. Eigentlich nichts, nur Kleinigkeiten. Ein Küchenhandtuch wäre hilfreich. Der Wasserdruck im oberen Bad war ein bißchen “mild”. Fenster zur Straße hin, daher laut, aber so ist es fast überall in Florenz.

• montserrat (1/5): Busca otro alojamiento, en este te engañan - No me gusto, nunca hubiera contratado un apartamento para 5 personas con 1 solo baño completo. No lo recomiendo. Contratamos 2 apartamentos, los dos con 2 baños completos, pero la primera sorpresa es que uno de los apartamentos sólo tenía un baño completo (el otro era un aseo), nos quejamos a la empresa Mamo y nos trataron fatal, no quisieron reconocer su error, ni siquiera nos pidieron disculpas, o sea, ¡muy mal!. Engañar en la descripción me parece un fraude. El segundo apartamento tenía 2 de las tres camas totalmente inservibles, se te clavaban los hierros de la estructura y los muelles estaban deteriorados, por tanto incomodísimos. Si está buscando alojamiento en Florencia, no elijas éste, seguro que los hay mucho mejores.

• Marius (9/5): Very nice location, clean, great support at any time of day and night. - Great location, walking distance from the main city activities, close to bus stations, close to supermarkets. We had 2 apartments, Bonnie and Marvin. Both very clean, with all utilities, washing machines, but no detergent for them :) It is a waste to have to buy a box of clothing detergent and only use it once. For the Bonnie apartment, the street noise is disturbing, because it was either people yelling or talking loud in the street at 2 in the morning, or chatting at 6-7 in the morning, or construction machines... just enough not to let you sleep.

• Alexandrina (8/5): Lovely place, but only for 4 adults - Great location, great big terrace, clean modern furniture. One house shouldn’t be advertised for 6 adults. Two of us were on a sofa bed which is ok, except we had no access to a bathroom. Bathrooms were in one of each bedroom on the two floors. This is a perfect place for four adults with a shared living room and terrace.
• Juan Pablo (8/5): Great place to explore Florence and its surroundings. - The duplex layout makes it attractive; public transport stations are all nearby. You can walk to the main tourist attractions. Accessing the apartment was frustrating; you have to call a local number (hence need roaming service) to have the building main door open and they don’t have a WhatsApp chat available for this process. Only one bathroom has a shower, and the greca coffee maker requires some know-how to operate. We found complimentary sachets of instant coffee, but a pod-based system would be a definite plus for tourists.

Avendo avuto dei problemi la gentilezza dell’assistenza per cercare di trovare una soluzione ai problemi riscontrati Dalle foto sembravano esserci due bagni entrambi con doccia , invece solo in uno c’era . Poca pulizia , bagni ciechi , cattivo odore in cucina al nostro arrivo , mancanza di specchi tranne quelli dei bagni nell’appartamento. Ascensore scomodo e lento . Rapporto qualità prezzo non equo . In uno degli appartamenti si staccava L intonaco dal soffitto a travi che cadeva sul letto dove si dormiva . Wc incrostati , un letto aveva il materasso talmente sfondato che sembrava di dormire sulle molle. In generale spazi angusti e un po’ soffocanti
• Ruben (9/5): 7 потрясающих дней во Флоренции - Для нашей компании, состоящей из пяти человек, место было выбрано удачно, соотношение цена-качество - супер. На 100% оптимально для 4 человек (двух пар). Пятый спит в комнате, комбинированной с кухней, и должен пользоваться санузлом нижней спальни. Это подойдет не всем. Квартира находится немножко на отшибе большого центра, в спокойном месте. Если идти правильными улицами, через 15 минут можно оказаться у Дуомо, то есть в самом сердце Флоренции. Но можно проехаться и на автобусе, благо, автобусная остановка чуть ниже по улице. На втором этаже большой балкон - терраса, где можно приятно посидеть вечером в тёплое время года. Кухня снабжена всем необходимым, описание оснащения квартиры в букинге адекватно.. Единственным недостатком в самой квартире были незначительные неполадки с душевым краном на втором этаже. Открытие воды сопровождалось сильными звуками, похожими на работу дрели, которые потом исчезали. Хозяин обещал оперативно решить вопрос. Небольшое неудобство доставляло отсутствие супермаркетов в непосредственной близости. Самым близким оказался супермаркет Карфур на параллельной улице.

La ducha extraordinaria...tiene dos baños ... Si bien es cierto la dirección es Mattonaia, la entrada es a dos pasos por Gramsci. Hermoso el Apartamento y sus cuadros....Excelente !!! Todo nos gustó

Il proprietario su mia richiesta ha mandato due copertine, ma non sono bastate. A quanto pare, c'è un riscaldamento condominiale che non può essere acceso individualmente e che nei nostri 2 giorni di soggiorno è sempre stato spento. Mi si sono ammalate le bambine..non ho altra da aggiungere.

• Alinocica (9/5): Recommend - We stayed in two lovely apartments located at the side of Florence. The area is safe- it’s a must. The apartments looked just like in pictures- well equipped and comfortable. One thing to note: the location is quite far from the city center. Some reviews mention a 15-minute walk, but in reality, it’s more like 30 minutes on foot. We ended up using the bus frequently, which worked out fine once we got used to it. Overall, a great stay if you’re looking for comfort and a quiet atmosphere away from the busy tourist areas.

• Wendy (10/5): Exceptional - We were 2 sisters travelling together, and the apartment was perfect for us. The rooms were comfortable, and the air-conditioning was brilliant. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location to town was perfect as everything was in walking distance. There was a Carrefour nearby and a couple of restaurants and bars at the end of the road. Great communication and very easy to find and check in and out.

Sin embargo mi hija tuvo vomito toda la noche y yo tenía un dolor fuerte de cabeza. Pasamos una noche más en otro lugar en Florencia y no olía a gas el agua. Tienen que revisar eso.

The MAMO team is always quick to reply your queries on WhatsApp. The main bed is quite comfortable - a welcome aberration from all other typical hotel beds. A relatively peaceful corner of Florence. Heating is quite weak even when turned up to the maximum. The sofa bed is pretty flimsy and perhaps good to sleep only one person.

Everything was perfect, especially amenities in the kitchen like coffee and bottles with water for welcome! It would be great if there were heavier duvets available. Sofa-bed for children was not so comfortable.

• Chrissie (9/5): Excellent if staying a few nights 😊 - Location was good plenty of Restaurants nearby. The Bedroom & bathroom facilities were perfect. Kitchen was extremely small and lacked cutlery and poor choice of glasses but appreciated the sachets of olive oil etc . We had problems getting access with no internet on our phone.

• Charlotte (8/5): Lovely apartment with easy 20 min walk to the centre of Florence. - Great location with an easy walk to the centre but far enough away to get away from the crowds. We enjoyed the terrace too. Lovely little cafe opposite and we visited the restaurant around the corner for dinner twice. Also good to use the local train station. The beds were pretty uncomfortable - one really soft and the other incredibly hard. There was an odd assortment of cups and glasses, bowls etc but all manageable.

• Sarah (9/5): A very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our group of three friends. - It was a great location. Very easy to walk to all the attractions, quiet and felt very safe. It could use a few extra glasses as there were only the bare minimum for a group of 3. There was also no chopping board in the kitchen, which made it difficult to prep food. There was nowhere to drain dishes if washing by hand., but there was a dishwasher which was great.

• Tejas (1/5): Horrible - Nothing really that I can think of that I liked. Parking is a problem. They want to collect $45 per night for parking but it is free in blue and white lines designated area outside from night o 8am. My wife and daughter got locked out there. They could not open the door. We lost 6 hours. They sent their basic guy who does chores for them. After spending 30 + minutes and When he could not resolve it, he called his maintenance tech. He spent an hour and was working with some locksmith. No one speaks English and they did not have the courtesy to call and let me what what is happening and what will be next. After waiting another hour, I call polizia in Florence. They send fire fighters who arrived after 1:30 hour. No phone call no apology. My wife and daughter were hungry and thirsty inside. These apartments are also not easily accessible. They are on second floor. It was a nightmare
