• Qian (9/5): Overall a good stay. - Flat is pretty spacious and location is good. Tram stations and nearby, also supermarkets. Host team is very responsive. Some small issues like toilet cover is loose/misplaced, also the damage deposit is a bit annoying.

• Lenneth (9/5): Overall, superb! They also have luggage storage if you come before check in or if you want to leave your luggage after c - Very spacious, neat and tidy. Lots of space in the kitchen, love it! No lift but we were warned upon booking.

• Samir (9/5): - The appartement was very nice and clean. Parking is around the corner from the appartement building. No elevator in the building but that seems normal in Europe. They charge a damage deposit which seems a little sketchy, but luckily for us we got the whole amount back. I can imagine this being an issue for some as you have to pay outside of the platform and just hope they refund it. Also you get plenty of reminders to pay and without paying this you will not be allowed in, regardless if you have a confirmed booking.
• Taline (10/5): Amazing location and spacious apartment. - Location was great. Close to trams and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Having a washing machine was also a bonus. We had the windows open for air circulation and you could hear the trams and people but we could’ve closed them if we really needed to.

• Leonhardt (4/5): Alles optimiert zum Vorteil der Vermieter - Sauberkeit des Apartments Sehr hoher Preis, dafür nur 3 Weingläser obwohl wir für 5 gebucht haben. Insgesamt versucht man mit möglichst wenig Aufwand (die Seife im Seifenspender war verdünnt) einen sehr hohen Pries zu erzielen. Auch die Check-out-Zeiten sind nicht gerade Kunden-freundlich. Der Check.in-Prozess ist recht mühsam. Man bekommt pausenlos Informationen, die teilweise schon nicht mehr aktuell waren und daher eher zur Verwirrung beigetragen haben. Es gibt Beitreiber, die die Vermietung ihrer Apartments viel besser im Griff haben.
• Gerald (10/5): Enjoy the visit - The property was very clean and it is in a very good location. There is no a/c but with all the windows open the breeze helps on the warm days. There are restaurants, bars, and grocery stores and both train and bus access all within 2-5 mins. The communication with management team was answered within a few minutes. Checkin procedures were the best I seen. They included videos on how to access the apartment. Only thing I would recommend is a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The one in the living room really made a difference. It was very warm during our visit. Nothing of any concern.

• Jia (10/5): Convenient and lovely place to stay at! - Loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The host was super helpful with any questions and was really quick to reply as well. The apartment was clean, homey and really lovely. There was no elevator but since it's only located on the first floor, walking up the stairs is super easy. Would stay again. The door lock was a little challenging to use but once you get the hang out it, everything is easy.
