• Winston D (8/5): Comfortable Stay at Kaya - It was that time of the year when the annual reminder that another year as passed by and at least you should treat yourself even if it is just as a reminder that you made it through another year. I had decided to make a lifetime trip onto the Bernina Express train through the Swiss and Italian Alps passing over 196 bridges and 55 tunnels, climbing to an engineering incredible 2,253m. We stayed at the Kaya Apartments on a one-night stay and found the apartment clean and comfortable with clear and easy instructions to gain access to the property. The property was easy to locate and close to the essential amenities. It was interesting to see the Tramsheds across the road and we did not find this an issue and if anything added some character to the neighbourhood, there is a good selection of restaurants nearby although prepare for a dent on your debit/credit card as dining out can be expensive. All in all a nice clean and well decorated apartment, my only criticism would be the 10am checkout time which is an hour earlier than most.
• Debra (9/5): - Location was great (we were visiting a friend who lived close by) - lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we were able to take a train to a hike, the train was about 25 min walk away. The apartment itself was just what we needed - comfortable for 4 people and clean. Hosts communicated frequently and responded quickly. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Would recommend. Only thing to note was that check-out timing was not communicated upfront, I had to ask hosts the day before we left to confirm - they responded very quickly, though wish we had the information upfront as it was a bit earlier than expected.

• John (7/5): Convenient location to transport & old town. - Flexibility for check-in greatly appreciated. Good space & heating. Location not appealing re tram shed opposite. A little noisy at night & morning. Sparse cooking utensils.
