( definitely needs to drive to reach ) .The accommodation is a bit further . Though there are malay entries nearby, other than that, there is nothing much.

Beds are really comfortable and the room is bigger than expected, overall a pleasant stay! Cleaning was done well too, thanks for the stay! The TV was a little small but other than that, everything was good!

- Jovina (4/5): Ok but won’t choose this property again. - None tbh Heavy traffic jam going to the location. Accdg to some grab drivers, it’a really a jam area. It say 5mins to Midvley but it’ll take more than 20 mins by coz of jam. Then the accomodation when we go toour room in level 15, the incense smell in the lobby is too strong. When we open the door to terrace there’s a strong foul smell maybe from the stagnant river. Also in the lobby area there’s a strong foul smell.

Only bad thing was the pool was out of bound.kids were looking forward to swimming altho its just a simple pool. All was ok... comfortable stay. Arrived pretty late as it was a last min booking.

The location & overall facilities provided within the apartment is functional & really worth the price. The host is friendly, very helpful & responded promptly to queries & problems👍 The carpark lot looks a little too quiet but I did notice the presence of security guard doing their rounds.

- Phan (1/5): Unscrupulous businessmen - This is the first time I have encountered this situation. The price of the room I chose was MYR 300 for a two-bedroom, one-living room with two single beds and one double bed in the lake view area, but they gave me two single beds. I paid for a bed, a mattress and a sofa bed, and then said it was my own problem. There are 4 of us, but two single beds are not enough. Isn’t this bullying?

- Tan (5/5): Homestay in Johor - Simple and basic studio unit with 2 Single beds, sofa bed and mattress. Can't expect much. This condo is deep in the mixture of low rise apartment, condo and landed estate near the river area. Very Quiet in the night. Unable to move around without any vehicles.

- Shiting (8/5): Very good - It's a comfortable stay and had the basics available: comfy beds, air con, TV, kettle, hair dryer, body soap and shampoo, etc. There is a swimming pool as well which almost looks like an infinity pool but is not. The place is not well-maintained. The sauna feels like it's not in functioning order. The pool is nice but somewhat feels abandoned. The water feature at front of resort is not working. Pity.

- Amirul (7/5): Good place but... - The location is close to Midvalley mall and Sogo. There is a "Restaurant" but it is more of a convenience store per se. Not sure if it is halal but they do sell maggie cups and noodles. The price of their items are reasonable. The room itself is fine. Has a lot of beds and plently of place to walk around the apartment. Quiet too. The toilets has amenities like shampoo, body wash and toilet papers. The water pressure is great. Feels like getting a massage(not kidding). Toilet is bigger than singapore HDB so no complains! Balcony can fit 5 people no issues but might be a bit squeezy. Careful of the hot water as it gets really hot! Very fast wifi so no problem doing work if you have to! The TV could be better to be frank. The whole 2 days stay we did not use the TV as there wasn't any Netflix and so on. Please Mr Ng, take note of this. Very limited power outlets so please bring a multi plug if you have atleast 5 people over! Our room was not facing the river so that was a let down as the pictures showed we were getting a room facing the river. The single bed at the living room is too hard to sleep on. Feels like there is no padding at all. The king/queen bed are the most comfortable beds. The lighting in the room is very random. What I mean by this is sure it lights up the room but thats it. Does not help create any ambience e.g like time to sleep or eat. The aircon in the living room is too weak. It takes awhile to make the room feel cold even when I put it at 16 degrees. The first night we stayed there, one of my friends woke up to the sound of someone walking and knocking the door but I suspect some fella did it. When we wanted to go to the mailbox, we entered the 1st lift to the door and when we wanted to go to our apartment, we went to the second lift which was supposedly under maintenance but it opened. The lift lights were flashing and it went down a bit. It was a very very scary experience. The lobby was dead as in there is no aircon and lights. During the day they turn off the lights and try to get the natural lighting but... . Overall, good place to stay for no more than 3 days 2 nights.
