Casa spaziosa, letti comodi e due bagni con doccia, più uno piccolo di servizio solo con il vater che , essendo in tanti, si è rivelato molto utile. Acqua fresca disponibile dal frigo americano e macchina del caffe' con capsule a disposizione. La metro a 10 minuti a piedi e l'autobus a 5 minuti. L'ultima sera, quando siamo rientrate, era saltata la luce e l'host, che abbiamo contattato, non è stato in grado di aiutarci. Non è venuto lui e non ha mandato nessuno, non sapeva che c'era un secondo contatore fuori dell'alloggio e da sole siamo riuscite a riaccendere tutto andando per tentativi e cercando i contatori della luce dentro e fuori casa. Nel farlo abbiamo toccato il pulsante dell'allarme (avevamo chiesto se funzionava il primo giorno e ci era stato detto che era stato disattivato da tempo): ha iniziato a suonare la sirena, prima quella interna e poi anche esterna. Anche in questo caso abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci cercando di spegnerlo, senza nessun consiglio utile dell'host, cercando di capire quale potesse essere il pulsante giusto in piena notte e ancora al buio. Essendo pero' evidentemente difettoso l'impianto (motivo per cui era disattivato?) le sirene hanno suonato ogni 45 minuti circa per tutta la notte e ogni volta bisognava toccare il pulsante difettoso, premendolo o estraendolo dalla sua "cassetta", andando per tentativi. Oltretutto il vano in casa dove c'erano contatore luce, caldaia e allarme era stretto e di difficile accesso (abbiamo dovuto usare una scala per arrivare ai tasti), con cavi staccati a penzoloni e cassette tecniche aperte o mezze rotte. Difficile l'accesso anche al contatore che abbiamo trovato all'esterno (di cui l'host non conosceva l'esistenza) e che ci ha permesso di riaccendere le luci: era in uno sgabuzzino nel giardinetto sotto il livello della strada ed era stato usato come "ricovero" di alcuni sacchi forse pieni di panni da lavare. Visto come erano stati pigiati dentro quello stretto spazio, è molto probabile che abbiano premuto contro il contatore abbassando la leva che regolava la luce del nostro appartamento. Li abbiamo dovuti spostare noi per accedere e spostare la leva.

• Zdeňka (5/5): Ubytování není vhodné pro 10 lidí! - Poloha ubytování je super Čistota je velmi špatná, sprchové kouty otřesné, nádobí jsme si museli umýt než jsme ho mohli použít, myčka nadobí tak znečištěna, že jsme raději nepoužili. Přistýlka nešla použít, je zničena a na rozkládacím gauči se 4 děti ve věku 9-15 let pohodlně nevyspí.

• Anna (10/5): Great home away from home to base your vacation out of! - The property was located in Chelsea which is a great quiet neighborhood with plenty of local restaurants and shops. The property itself was very comfortable and spacious and full of extra little amenities. Having 3 bedrooms with big beds to accommodate my family was worth it alone. We felt at home. Dean who manages the property was very responsive and helpful. Nothing.

The bus station and two little markets near by. The photos don’t do justice on how nice this place is . We would definitely book again our next visit to England. Nothing .

Had everything anyone would need in the kitchen or bathroom, especially us, who were 2 families with small kids. 1. Not very clean (bathroom, stains on the walls etc.) 2. Bathroom and other areas needed some refresh / refurbishment. 3. Styling of apartment too eccentric and one bedroom dangerous for kids (mirrors on bed with edges etc.) 4. Person who showed us the house was in the bedrooms (with carpet) without taking off shoes.

• Asparouh (10/5): Amazing property! - Very good location and a flat full of amenities. Perfect host - very kind and responsive. The doors do not have handles and you have to push/pull them to close and create noise but that is the only thing that we di not like.
