- Castañer (9/5): Apartamento muy agradable y bien situado en Battersea, muy cerca de la estación de tren - ES un piso con muy buena ubicación en Battersea. Está muy limpio y las camas son muy confortables.
Las toallas y ropa de cama muy agradables y limpias. Estuvo todo bien.

- CaStel93 (3/5): - L'emplacement était agréable et pas trop éloigné du cœur de Londre. De nombreux mail très long avec beaucoup de consignes préalablement à notre arrivée.
La demande de l'hôte de communiquer notre heure d'arrivée alors que la clé se trouve simplement dans une boite à clé et que personne n'est là pour nous accueillir.
Appartement assez sale avec beaucoup de poussière.
Demande de déposit de 300 Livres sterling.
Le radiateur bloqué en mode anti-gel. Il faisait 17,5°C à notre arrivée. Nous l'avons signalé à notre hôte mais il ne nous a pas expliqué comment mettre en marche le chauffage. Nous avons passé notre première soirée à chercher comment déverrouiller le thermostat et nous avons pu commencer à chauffer l'appartement à 22h00 quand la température intérieur était tombée à 16°C.
Pour résumé, des hôtes dérangeants et intrusifs avant notre arrivée, de nombreuses règle à destination des clients alors que les hôtes ne respectent le minimum pour pouvoir accueillir une famille dans un appartement propre et chauffé.
- Ans88 (8/5): - Fijn, ruim appartement in een leuke buurt. Transportopties zijn ideaal, je bent snel op vrel plekken in de stad. Parken met speelgelegenheid dicht in de buurt. Ideale uitvalsbasis met (kleine) kinderen. Wifi wekte niet toen wij er waren. Hier werd verder ook niet op gereageerd.

- Anders (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location, close to restaurants/shops and Clapham Junction station. Everything was good until last contact with host when we were initially being accused of having made damage to the flat.
- Megan (8/5): Very good - Great sized flat, good bus services and close to rail station. A bit noisy on weekends. TV didn't work. Messaged us multiple time for checkin time and made it sound like we had to meet some one, but actually it was just a lock box so not sure why they messaged so many times asking.
Did not like that he deposit was off the booking.com platform.

The flat was convenient for our planned family get together. Plenty of shops, cafes and pubs nearby.
Although the flat is on a main road, it was quiet with very little traffic noise.
The flat was clean, bright and airy. It was also nicely decorated. Good sized, well equipped kitchen.
All required household essentials were there (dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, and much more).
Good shower and plenty of hot water.
The managing company responded quickly to queries that I had before our stay.
We were greeted on the walkway outside by a friendly black cat which delayed our entry into flat by several minutes!
Also, whilst we were there, we saw in passing two of the residents from neighbouring flats, both of whom were extremely friendly. The address supplied was a bit vague with no additional directions on how to find the flat.
Despite following the written instructions, we could not get the television to function - just an error message.
Just a small point, the written info stated that there was a complimentary bottle of bubbly in the fridge, but this was not there (no problem to us but might be for other guests!).
There was what appeared to be an old blood stain on the bottom sheet of the double bed - again not a massive issue, everyone understands how difficult it is to maintain white bedding and this is an observation rather than a “didn’t like”.
I do think that a £300 cautionary deposit is a large amount of money to find on top of the price of the flat and the fortnight that it is retained before refund seems to be a disproportionately long period of time.

- Anup (6/5): Mostly enjoyable but with some drawbacks - This Flat has some very positive locational advantages, well connected by Bus and the overground train. It lies in a very lively area with plenty of takeaway food, Restaurants, and shopping easily reachable. It also comfortably sleeps 4 adults with its 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is sufficient to serve up breakfast and an occasional dinner too. The key handover with a key safe was quite convenient. We could return the keys the same way on our way out. The flat was clean and tidy, there were enough towels and bedclothes. There were enough Kitchen utensils for our needs. There was a very helpful welcome document with many useful descriptions. However, there are some drawbacks too. Being directly on a main road means that if on a warm day, you need to sleep with the windows open, you need to have a high noise tolerance. There's heavy traffic 18 hours of the day. The building numbering is not immediately easily understood by people not living in the UK. It's just one entrance for 5 house numbers, (but that's just the way it is!). If on top of that, you find that the TV, as well as the washing machine, don't work-- the customer service is rather distant, reacting on average once a day ( not counting the standardized automatic reaction mails). Having no TV isn't a crisis but having no working washing machine really wastes a substantial block of your limited time as a family of tourists, leaving a rather bitter taste. It's advisable to get a confirmation from customer service in advance that everything is really working.

- Grzegorz (10/5): very good place, my whole family felt great - the stay was pleasant in the apartment. the rooms were comfortable and the space was sufficient, the beds were comfortable. kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. lots of shops and restaurants in the area. bus stop right next to the apartment exit. to the center by bus about 30 minutes depending on traffic jams. very good contact with the owner. If someone forgets the European plug adapter, there is a shop next door where you can buy it. Nothing
- Angela (8/5): Good location, spacious flat - The location was good, about 5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station. The flat was well furnished and spacious. One flight of external stairs to get into the flat and inside, both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The living room and main bedroom face a very noisy road but there are two windows to block sound. Unfortunately, it was hot and at night, you couldn’t leave the windows open. But they do provide portable fans. A bottle of Prosecco in fridge was a nice touch. The flat is at the end of the balcony corridor, so we could leave our door open to try to cool the flat. The entrance is awful. The common area of the stairwell has a garbage shute that was completely full and smelled horrible.

- Cade (5/5): Okay location, but not what we expected for the price. - With the windows shut, property was quiet. Overall location of unit is very close to the shopping area and high street of Clapham Junction. Keys were easy to access. Facility felt safe. Bed was comfortable. It was not the best for a young baby. It would have been okay for people without kids or kids that are old enough to climb the stairs on their own. I didn't realise there were stairs to access the facility. We got by okay with carrying our pram up and down, but it was difficult with a baby. Carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty. Built up dirt on top of cabinets in kitchen. This was extremely annoying as there is an added fee for cleaning of the facility and they charge a retainer of in case of damages, which I don't think was posted in the original booking. The facility is clearly not getting their money's worth for the cleaning service or they are not actually paying for one. The curtains were in poor condition as well. If it is too hot and windows need to be opened, there will be a lot of noise from the street. The welcome documents noted a 'bottle of bubbles' in the fridge, but the fridge was empty. I didn't expect any champagne, but don't offer if you are not going to provide it. I have stayed in other units in the area and for a little more money you can get a nicer place.
- Simigoras (9/5): Perfect appartment for families! - A very convenient location in Battersea (nice & interesting part of London) close to Clapham Junction railway station from where you can easily reach Victoria or Waterloo or Gatwick Airport. It was a perfect appartment for the family of four (or two pairs). Cleanliness of the flooring.
