Siamo uscite presto ma al rientro i prodotti erano già stati portati via senza durante il rifacimento della camera senza averne usufruito. Sarebbe stato più corretto lasciarli almeno fino al giorno successivo considerando che erano inclusi nella prenotazione. Rivedrei posizione della Tv, per vederla dovevi dormire in orizzontale :)
• Chidapa (10/5): a perfect spot for visitors. - The hotel is in an excellent location conveniently situated between Tiburtina Station, ideal for those arriving in Rome by train, and Bologna Metro Station for traveling around the city. Both are just a short walk away, making Il Magnifico Superior Rooms a perfect spot for visitors. The room is new, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The nearby breakfast is also great, and Francesco is very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

• F (10/5): Fantástica y agradable ! - Todo fue impecable Marica fue una anfitriona atenta,muy bien ubicado cerca de los ttansportes fácil para llegar desde el aeropuerto, metro cerca,bus en la puerta para ir al centro histórico de Roma, el barrio de tiburtina es seguro ,lindo,tiene muchos lugares cerca para ir a comer cerca, sin duda volveré nla habitación es impecable nueva las sábanas los colchones y las camas perfectas muy limpio tenes todo a tu disposición gracias! • Alex (1/5): Buona colazione fake - Camera molto bella e spaziosa, posizione ottimale Arrivati alla struttura il parcheggio non siamo riusciti a trovarlo nemmeno a pagamento, ho dovuto parcheggiare alla rotonda. Suoniamo il campanello e nessuno ci ha aperto, alchè chiamo al cellulare e mi hanno risposto solo dopo 15 minuti. Il b&b se non sai dovè stai tranquillo che non lo trovi, zero indicazioni. Arriva la “buona colazione” che con una scusa che il bar era chiuso ti liquidano con questa colazione preparata già dalla sera precedente con 4 fette biscottate, due crostatine, succo di frutta e altre robine confezionate. La macchinetta del caffe era presente ma senza le cialde. Ci siamo fatti allora una tisana e ci siamo trovati tazze mal lavate e non c’era nemmeno una spugna e un po’ di sapone per piatti. Direi esperienza pessima. Non ci torneremo sicuramente.
• Martin (5/5): Würde ich nicht mehr kommen. - Eigentlich nichts! Man kommt nicht einfach rein. Man muss telefonisch dort anrufen damit jemand die Tür per Fernsteuerung öffnen kann. Kein Personal vorhanden. Soweit ich es gesehen habe nur 4 Zimmer. Die Fester Aussicht ist aus dem Keller sprich man sie die Menschen in die Füße die auf der Straße gehen. Kühlschrank war sowas von verreist. Klohdeckel war defekt. Zimmer war teilweise sehr verstaubt. Vorhänge decken nicht einmal das ganze Fester ab.

• Valentina (10/5): Quality / cost good deal - Clear and professional approach of the place. Cost/quality ratio is well worth. A clean room, easy to get to, all needed is available: a kettle with tea, coffee machine with capsules, iron, even iron mini desk, air conditioner, small but nice shower, toilet and even bide. A comfortable bed with good quality sheets. We also left luggage after checking out to visit Rome light and picket it up in the evening prior the airport. I’ve read the other comments and noticed that some guests complained on breakfast. Our experience was good: we got hot good cappuccino and fresh croissants. Owner did all with smart sense for keeping the good price, nothing to complain.

• Raju (10/5): Great price, Magnificent room with all great amenities. Best place to stay in Rome. - Location was great. Right next to a bus station. Breakfast was good as it included coffee and a bread. It was a great property. Out fo all the other places we lived during our 14 days trip, this was the best place.

Creo que repasaban la limpieza y me cambiaron las toallas cuando lo solicite pero nunca tendieron la cama ni realizaron limpieza como se acostumbra en los hoteles. Estuve 5 noches. Pondría excelente si no fuera por este detalle.

Parking facile, je n'ai pas eu de difficulté à me garer. Environnement sécurisé et calme. Accès plus au moins difficile mais après tout sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner est limite, quelques viennoiserie que du sucré (Gâteaux de grande surface) et du jus d'orange pour enfants. On ne peut vraiment pas appeler cela un petit déjeuner.

Ligger godt i forhold til metro. 5 min gå til både Tiburtina og Bologna metro. Francesco var god til at kommunikere over telefonen og spurgte ind til os. Så vi følte os taget godt i mod. Der er ikke noget at sige negativt.

There was a cleaning service every day, the hygiene was at the highest possible level, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet and safe environment. The connection to the center is excellent, just a few minutes to the metro station. My son liked the size of the TV the most, he was delighted. I definitely recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay in Rome.

• Narcis (10/5): Clean, new, comfortable and convenient. - We stayed 5 nights in April and it was the best choice for us. Rooms are new, cleaned daily, huge TV. In front of the building there is a bus station and the metro is 5 minutes away. In Rome, you don’t have to stay in the city center because the public transport system is very well thought. So I recommend this property anytime. -
• Nataliia (10/5): wonderfully - The rooms are located close to the metro and the railway and bus stations, which is very convenient. The owner prepared the room for our early arrival and we were able to relax from the road and have a coffee. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. After checking out, we were able to leave our suitcase in the apartment and pick it up in the evening. Breakfast is Italian, in the coffee shop next door. The place is quiet, nice, the blinds close well. We would be happy to stay here again. The only wish is for a couple of napkins, but everything is fine without them.
• Efi (9/5): Clean room and nice hospitality - We had a very nice stay at this apartment. The location is perfect since it is only 7 minutes away from the metro station. The staff was always available and friendly. We really liked that the room was cleaned every day. The room itself was exactly like the photos, cozy and super clean. We appreciated that the breakfast was provided by the host on Sunday since the bar nearby was closed. We would definetely recommend. We would love the breakfast to be me something more than the standard italian breakfast (cappucino and croissant). It would upgrade the experience for sure. We would prefer to have the sheets changed after 2 days but this is minor since the room was thorougly cleaned every day and new towels were provided.
• David (6/5): An interesting experience. - The building itself was very nice, location was decent too as it was a short 5min pleasant walk from the subway. Room was clean and the TV was also modern-ish so our kid could watch Netflix. Communication was slightly tricky since the first moment we arrived the front desk lady did not know English and spoke to us only in Italian ( understandable since we're in Italy so this is not a negative, just a mention ). The only complaint we would have is like others have mentioned here, the breakfast. You have breakfast in the morning at a nearby little bar that's probably under 50 m away, once you get there you have your choice of one croissant and a coffee, if you don't drink coffee, anything else like a tea or hot chocolate will cost you extra. We arrived on Saturday and we were greeted with an assortment of Italian little snacks on our table inside the room. I asked if this was complimentary and the lady at the front desk said it was, so we had a few of the snacks that day, The next day we had a couple more snacks and then we left for a walk. When we got home later that night we noticed that all the snacks from our room were gone, ( including an open milk that we placed in the fridge) I would say approximately 50% of the snacks were still left over but somebody took them. I reached out to reception and they said that because the bar was closed on Sunday those snacks were supposedly our breakfast which is understandable. What's less understandable is the fact that they removed all those snacks that were left over to save a few Euros and presumably give them to the next person that checks in on a Saturday. We've been through over 50 hotels in the past couple of years and I just haven't seen something like this before, it's not necessarily about the money, The leftover snacks were probably just under a couple of Euros but it's something we were looking forward to after walking for the past 6 hours. - Also, the walls were pretty thin, on our last day we got woken up by someone in the next room swearing and yelling on the phone.

• Antonios (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is only 10 minutes (with metro line B) from Roma termini in good neighborhood. The manager is very friendly and helpful to everything you need.
• Faith (7/5): Clean and Good Location - The room was very new and clean. Ample amount of towels. Room had air conditioning which was needed. Great location to Metro and Railway Station. Had some difficulty checking in with regard to room booked, amount of people. For breakfast, you were given a card to go to a local shop where you received a coffee and croissant. Not good on Sundays and after a certain hour in the morning so we were unable to utilize that. Staff was kind enough to put snacks in the room but what was not eaten was taken back. Quite surprised. Guests in adjacent room were very noisy.
• Ilona (8/5): Very good - Hello, I liked most of all the cleanliness and comfortable mattresses, good location. However, I didn't like the fact that after returning from a short trip there were clean towels in the room and my wallet was missing. I can't blame anyone because I didn't see them, but the wallet with my payment cards and my driving license was gone. It's very sad.
• Luis (9/5): Great place for a short stay - The property is situated in an excellent location, just a short walk from a major metro station. It was spotlessly clean, and complimentary snacks were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast vouchers are provided, allowing guests to have breakfast at a nearby location. The bed was a bit small for two taller people. It was manageable for a short stay, but it might be less comfortable for a longer stay.
• Sinisa (6/5): Clean apartment but useless staff. It is not a hotel - It is very clean and furniture is new. Subway is near. Calm and quiet area. Online check in was fast and we had good instructions how to enter It is not really a hotel as it says here, it is more like an apartment which we did not want for this trip. Third person gets small kids bed and the mattress is very hard there. Soundproofing is very bad and we were hearing all night neighbors baby crying. The staff did not want to do any effort to call a taxi for us, to book us a ride to the airport. All we got was a screenshot of their google search with sponsored adds. Well thanks for nothing. Also the breakfast is not a real breakfast, it is organized in a small bar near our building, which has about three tables. You can choose between sandwich and croissant.. so if you are on special regime you should be prepared. My sister is diabetic on insulin and all she could choose was a sandwich with white bread which she shouldn't eat but it was less harm than sweet croissant . As it was a short 3-day trip, we made peace with this. But, this bar doesn't work on Sunday and nobody told us this. They just left a sweet food in our room day before without telling us anything. We tought it was a very nice gesture to leave us Nutella jam and cookies after lunch. But had no clue it was our breakfast lol. So tomorrow morning after we kissed the closed door of the closed bar we were wandering the neighborhood looking for anything to eat and it was all closed. It got too late already and my sister had nothing to eat wandering the city with low blood sugar which was extremely dangerous...she could fall into coma. If they only told us a day before we will not have breakfast it will not be any problem because we would organize ourselves and buy something we can eat. But they knew she is diabetic and did not give a damn to warn us or even leave us a decent breakfast. They left a few bites full of sugar for diabetic person as a meal while did not even told us it was a meal- which it couldn't be under any circumstances

• Fabio (9/5): Super! - This B&B is the Top! New and cared for in every detail, the TV in our room was practically gigantic, the bed was very comfortable and then the wallpaper frames everything else. Excellent location, all transport is close by: Station, metro, and bus. Tutto ok!
