Chua (10/5): Wonderful place to stay and highly recommended. - One of my best stays in Europe. Apartment was comfortable, clean and cozy. The host was quick to respond and always available to answer my questions. The location was surprising more central and vibrant than I thought and close to the train station too. Will come back to stay next time I am in Zurich. Nothing, it was perfect.
Sophia (3/5): Shower didn’t drain and dishwasher broken on arrival. - I have never written a bad review before. I would not recommend staying at this property. During our stay our shower did not drain. The whole bathtub filled up when more than one person attempted to shower. We contacted the managers of the property that claimed they were reaching out to staff to resolve the issue. Nothing was done or communicated to us. Upon leaving we attempted to tidy up and put dishes in the dishwasher. In two corners the cabinet that was fixed to the dishwasher were clearly just screwed directly into the appliance. They fell off immediately with just opening the appliance. The managers of the property took our entire security deposit of over $200. Only when contacted did they give a partial refund, but were very accusatory.
