• Rekha (7/5): - Beautiful view and being able to hear the ocean which was the highlight of this location. Didn't use any of the facilities due to our short stay and inclement weather. Hosts gave clear instructions which made check in easy. Cleanliness of the place was disappointing, sticky kitchen surfaces and small dead bugs throughout given there was a significant cleaning fee which I hadn't encountered before on this platform. The one frying pan in the kitchen was in separate need of replacement. A throw or a blanket would be useful to have if the weather is cooler.
• Wendy (7/5): Pleasant stay on the Great Ocean Road. - The apartment had a wonderful view of the Great Ocean Road. The gas fire was great as it was quite chilly when we were there. It would not light to start but Carolyn was very quick to get it fixed - thank you! The cost to rent for 3 nights before the cleaning charge was very reasonable. Furniture is old and quite uncomfortable. The dining room chairs were too large for the space, would be much better if at least 2 of them were removed. The cleaning charge (AUD 245) was too high given the level of cleanliness of the property at check in. Whilst on the surface it appeared clean, it would benefit from a deep clean.

• Slawomir (4/5): Dirty - Location, sea view, room size, wifi, 24h contactless check-in I usually rate places I stay top high, but this time I really can’t. The place was dirty, really dirty, towels and linen delivered for sofa was clean but smelled like an ashtray (really strong cigatette smell) the sofa was bad, not ready and very uncomfortable, coffee machine as dirty as a public toilet in Kinshasa, I guess that happens when you ask your guests to clean. Maybe they are understaffed,

• Josh (7/5): - Location was great. Good layout out of space in accommodation. No milk or milk capsules provided with coffee, was unable to use. Bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom had some hairs in places.

• Louise (10/5): Amazing, cosy and super relaxing ☺️ - Beautiful setting and atmosphere we just fell in love so cosy and relaxing we wanted to stay another night and would have but they were booked but we will be returning very soon! Highly recommend great stay and escape 🥰 Nothing at all just prefect

• Saurabh (7/5): Good - I like the location and view. The recreation room offers great activities for families to enjoy together. I recently stayed at this property, which is in great location, close to everything I wanted to see. However, my stay was unfortunately marred by the lack of cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned , with noticeable dust and grime. The outdoor pool water was very dirty and not at all inviting. Despite the great location, I was really let down by the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the property.

• Jeremy (2/5): Disappointing... - The ocean!! cigarette smell throughout the entire apartment on arrival. We advised the host. However, they ignored our complaint, saying it was likely a cooking smell or the Glen 20 used to clean the apartment. We had to buy some nice smelling candles to defuse the smell. It was absolutely discusting, to say the least! -the beds were a 0/10. It was like sleeping on concrete.

• Natalie (7/5): Overall, good accommodation. 15 minutes from Apollo Bay central. Enough space for two people to stay - View of Ocean is incredible. General arrangement of space okay. The furniture is basic, and did not fit the space. Could tell it was ex office furniture. The bed was fairly uncomfortable. Would be worth changing the direction of the lounge sitting, and getting smaller dinning table chairs. Location, although striking views, I was not aware no swimming sand beach across the road. Kitchen had basic equipment. Some cooking oil in the cupboard wouldnt go astray.
