Shannon (4/5): There is nothing stylish about this apartment. - The key collection was an absolute joke! The staff at the little store where you collect the keys could not even help with directions to the room as they had no idea. Finding the room was painful and inconvenient. I was disappointed with the whole experience from start to finish. I was constantly messaged to provide details of our stay which is no ones business and to pay the $300 security deposit which I found ridiculous. We stayed at the Crown Towers prior to this stay and it was only $200. The cutlery and dinnerware is cheap and the knives were flat out cutting a tomato. The bed was small and uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved and the pillows were terrible! The room was very noisy and everything echoed. You can hear a lot of outside noise and other room doors slamming. There seemed to be a lot of rules and regulations with the room which was rude considering that we were the ones on " Holiday " and we were paying to stay there. I requested an early check in and it was denied due to the room being cleaned which if it was, they didn't do a very good job. The kitchen island bench had like a fine white/grey powder all over it. We stayed 4 nights and will not stay there again.
