• Tracey (10/5): Very enjoyable stay. - The location was good, walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and a local supermarket. Train and Bus station within walking distance. There was code instructions for the apartment and the door of the apartment. Staff communicated quickly and apartment was clean and welcoming. Nothing really.

• Sabrina (9/5): Je recommande cet appartement et les hôtes pour un séjour en toute tranquillité à Québec ! - L’appartement est très propre, avec tous les équipements listes dans la description de l’annonce. Toutes les instructions étaient claires et l’hôte était disponible en cas de questions. Le garage en sous-sol est un vrai plus ! De plus, les arrêts de bus ne sont pas loin si l’on souhaite se déplacer en transport en commun. Rien à signaler

Розташування чудове - близько до жд станції, ми дійшли за менше ніж 10хв. Поряд великий супермаркет та близько до старої частини Квебеку. Якщо машиною - паркінг тут критий і зручний. Власники швидко відповідають на питання та допомогають. Вид з вікна дійсно на паркінг, але ми приїхали на екскурсію, тож тільки ночували. Тож для нас був не суттєвий мінус

• Loic (8/5): Appartement pratique et moderne, non loin du Vieux Québec. - Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, moderne, lumineux, bien équipé, idéal pour 3 adultes avec ses deux chambres Son emplacement permettant de visiter à pied le Vieux Québec et sa place de parking au sous-sol de l'immeuble est très pratique. Le gestionnaire INITIAL est réactif. L'appartement donne sur un grand parking aérien dans la rue arrière, la vue est totalement bouchée et il faut garder les voilages baissés. Pendant notre semaine, il y a avait des travaux dans ce parking dès 6h du matin. Difficile de dormir avec le bruit des engins. Supermarché à proximité mais le quartier n'est pas très agréable.

• Maria (6/5): Bom local para visitar a cidade - Localização é ótima e a dimensão do apartamento também é muito boa A limpeza era muito fraca. Havia migalhas de comida dentro dos armários e os pratos foram guardados ainda molhados. Havia alguma sujidade visível junto às máquinas de lavar a roupa.

• VALERIE (9/5): Un appartement agréable - L’appartement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Le parking en sous sol est un plus, ainsi que la piscine chauffée et la terrasse. Ce n’était pas gênant car nous n’étions sur place que le soir mais c’est vrai que la vue n’est pas top.

• Jeannine (9/5): Très bel appartement - Bel appartement spacieux, confortable, tout équipé fidèle au descriptif. Nous n’avons juste pas pu tester la piscine ( maintenance?). Supermarché très proche. Accès aux escaliers pour rejoindre la citadelle. Le parking inclus est très étroit. Attention aux voitures familiales. Le quartier : faire attention le soir, pas mal de sdf.

Supermarket nearby. Parking can be tight at place. Low on dish washing powder. View outside not very good. But these are minor thing.
• Gilbert (9/5): Superb - New, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable and dishwasher, washer and dryer were some of the extras that made the stay relaxing. Many homeless in the immediate area and the in ground parking was too tight for my truck, had to park elsewhere at extra cost.

• Laura (9/5): I liked that we had off street parking in a secured garage and restaurants were close by. - Directions were very specific so it was easy to access. Restaurants were close by and a short drive to Old City which was our primary destination. All the linens and towels were provided and I appreciated the hair dryer provided as well. I would suggest some kind of shelving in the shower fir your toiletries? The only drawback was the living room furniture wasn't as comfortable for lounging for a party of 4, after a long day of walking we wanted to relax for a movie after, and the chairs were more stiff for sitting, not lounging. But, the place was very accommodating and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay.

• Annie (8/5): Lovely space for a city break. - Great space for 2 couples to explore city. Washing facilities great. It overlooks a multi story car park. So light in rooms limited and no view of anything.
• Irene (8/5): Convenient, but not a favourite - Comfortable and clean There’s a large open parking structure right outside the bedroom window. Very loud, light streams into the bedroom at night. There also a homeless shelter around the corner with more noise, smells etc. essentially, the windows must stay closed at all times.
• David (8/5): Nice, but it wasn't perfect - The unit inside was clean, and the bed was very good and comfortable. A nice secured building. The A/c didn't cool the 2 bedrooms as we would have like. The exterior environment in the back of the building was less desirable compared to the front street.

The pool and the view from the rooftop are amazing! And the location is good, just 15min from the city centre. Absolutely nothing!

• Rupa (8/5): Overall was a great stay! - Location - about a Km to the Chateau Frontenac area/restaurants. Very clean and beautiful apartment with pool/terrace access. Had all basics we needed for 3nights. Metro plus grocery store is about 200m away. 350m to our hop on bus stop too! We were there during the hottest days of summer. Hence the bedrooms need fans if not more ACs. The vents aren’t enough. Parking is a little tricky in the basement of the building- narrow n slopy. A lockbox for the garage fob would be better than having to go all the way up - temporary parking could be an issue on busy days.
• Jianping (8/5): a decent place to stay close to the Old Quebec - location, walking distance to old Quebec and grocery store Metro both bedrooms are closely facing to a big parking garage, the bright lights from there can’t be blocked off by the window blinds, a sleep mask is recommended if you are light sleeper like us.

• Julie (7/5): Comfortable apartment - The property is close to the old city. It was comfortable, modern and well equipped. The parking is small and a bit tricky to enter with a big car (we had a Nissan Maxima and could hear that the bottom of the car rub the ground at the entrance of the parking). Although we found that the property was nice, it is - to our opinion, expensive for its size and what it offers. The homeless shelter is only 150m around the corner, which makes the area less appealing.

• 현미 (10/5): Amazing Place — Definitely Recommend - Clean, beautiful, quiet, and close to the popular area in Quebec. There was good security and the place came with items such as plates and utensils that we could use during our stay. Parking was underground, making it safe. This was a wonderful place to stay at. Parking entrance is a bit tight if you have a larger car or SUV. Be careful and drive slowly!
