We got clear instructions before arriving, the self check-in was easy and quick, and the location helped a lot with getting around. The host was responsive and made the whole process feel simple.

Il y avait 6 oeufs, du fromage, du jambon et du lait dans le frigo et du pain de mie dans la cuisine, ce qui a permis de ne pas s'embeter avec le petit-déjeuner le premier matin. En lisant des avis, j'ai eu peur que l'appartement ne soit pas aussi bien que ce qu'indique l'annonce et j'ai tenté de faire annuler la réservation, ce qui n'a pas été possible. J'aurais dû me battre un peu plus car : - l'appartement fait 55 m2 à tout casser, pas 120, comme c'est indiqué sur l'annonce - il n'y a qu'une chambre, ce qui est appelé 2e chambre est en fait le séjour surchargé de 2 lits. - les robinets de la salle de bain sont difficiles à ouvrir / fermer, la baignoire est vieille et très usée - les parties communes sont sales (voir photos) - l'appartement est mal entretenu, certains meubles de cuisine partent en lambeaux, il y a des moutons de poussière un peu partout (surtout dans les placards, voir photo) - les lits sont inconfortables - le canapé mérite de prendre sa retraite. - dans les consignes, il est indiqué qu'il est interdit de dormir dans le salon, pourtant il y a 2 lits et 1 canapé-lit (voir photo) J'aurais dû me douter qu'avec le tarif, l'appartement ne pouvait pas être aussi merveilleux que ce que vend l'annonce. Si vous aimez le confort et la propreté, passez votre chemin.

• Libor (6/5): - Perfect location. Near to London centrum. Very good communication with Lucas, flat manager. Perfectly described how to go there, how to find a flat key. This flat is "very tired". Problems with water tap on bathroom. It was almost impossible to sleep on sofa. There was step between mattresses.

Die Betten sind für unseren Geschmack zu weich bzw. durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden. Wenn oberhalb geduscht wird, tropft es von der Decke, was dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt wurde.
• Lisa (10/5): Great value for money! - The location was amazing. So close to some highlights, which made it super easy to find by the underground, bus or cab. The supermarket and many restaurants were nearby. The kitchen was super well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. It's so good to have multiple plates, bowls and cutlery. It was great to have a TV, dining area and the shower was lovely (with some good instructions). Breakfast provided was amazing, so nice to have something waiting for you in the fridge. Great communication possible with the host. The noise was definitely not bad for being so close in the city center. I think some of the reviews are a bit unfair on those parts, because the sound of cars is so normal in a city like London. We would absolutely recommend a stay! The beds were not super comfy. The apartment could have probably used a (deep) clean under some things, but we were not bothered. The positives definitely outweighed these points.

• Bookikihome (5/5): Bien situé mais certains équipements ou services non fournis - Appartement spacieux, bien distribué et équipé en cuisine notamment. Literie confortable et propre. Mais ce qui suit met en évidence une annonce que Booking doit revoir avec l'hôte. - il est clairement écrit "bain à remous, hydromassage". C'est totalement FAUX et l'hôte l'a reconnu ! - la robinetterie de la baignoire est dans un état déplorable (vétusté) : il m'a fallu passer plusieurs messages WhatsApp avec l'hôte, car les 2 robinets chaud/froid sont très durs à ouvrir et l'inverseur pour la douche en haut est très dur à faire fonctionner (et de jongler avec les débits). - les 2 balcons étroits ne sont pas accessibles. Les fenêtres à guillotine sont très lourdes à remonter car très usagées, et le cadre d'un des panneaux de double-vitrage intérieur est tombé, la tranche de verre est coupante donc dangereuse ! - les 2 TV ne fonctionnent pas. J'ai passé 3 jours sur 4 avec l'hôte pour lui signaler, et découvrir finalement qu'il fallait utiliser mon numéro de compte Netflix, auquel je ne suis pas abonné !

• Filip (3/5): Marsikaj od opisanega ne drži. - Lokacija, enostaven dostop do ključa s pomočjo videoposnetka. Opis na booking platformi ne ustreza dejanskemu stanju apartmaja. Apartma je majhen, zastarel, niti slučajno prostoren in udoben. Prepih skozi okna, neudobne postelje, vodovodne pipe se težko zapirajo, na žalost smo imeli težave tudi z zajtrkom (bolezen lastnika ni zagotavljala dopolnitve hrane, ki je puščena v hladilniku za namen zajtrka) alternative ni bilo. Hrana je bila dostavljena z dostavno službo, kar je pomenilo obvezno prisotnost nekoga za prevzem. Definitvno ni vreden cene ne glede na izvrstno lokacijo.
• Hongkang (8/5): - 位置很好，距离市中心距离很近。 第一天晚上到达后自己找钥匙，有点波折不过花了几分钟处理好了，楼梯比较宅，我们有几个大行李箱拿到二楼很费劲。房间条款相对齐全，设施比较旧，不过基本都是好的。房东准备了转换插头，比较贴心。冰箱有房东准备的早餐，主要是面包、牛奶、鸡蛋、肉片、黄油、果酱，基本够三天的量，我们自己去超市买了几个鸡蛋和蔬菜补充。 房间里有一张大床、两张小床，一个沙发，可以住三至四人。厨房可以自己做早餐，有简单的厨具，比如微波炉、电磁炉、烤面包机、咖啡机、冰箱，浴室相对简单，浴缸的龙头需要用大力才能关紧。有阳台，但从房间到阳台不太容易。卧室的玻璃窗不太能关紧，有一道缝窗户关不严，冬天估计漏风会冷。 第一天WIFI有故障，无法使用，房东电话打不通，在线留言几次后房东说有故障，第二天下午回来WIFI故障处理好了。 房间临街，晚上室外机动车噪音比较大。两间卧室的窗帘有一些问题，不过勉强可以遮住光线。

Gentilezza proprietario, disponibile a fornire la colazione che era inizialmente scarsa per 5 persone. Pulizia nulla, arredamento fatiscente e alcuni arredi pericolosi ( grosso tavolo in vetro pericolante e non fissato bene sulle gambe, sedie con chiodi sporgenti), mancanza di illuminazione nel bagno ( mancava lampada) stoviglie cucina sporche, nessuno spazio dove sistemare tutte le cose nel soggiorno dove possono dormire 3 persone ( per come dichiarato). Divano letto rotto e sporco.

• Leah (9/5): Lovely short stay - Excellent location for exploring central London. A mum's and daughters trip to Coldplay at Wembley and the tube was in a very convenient location. The apartment itself was clean and was fully equipped with various amenities. The host provided a continental breakfast including ham, cheese, eggs and a loaf of bread. Tea and coffee also provided. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch.

However one can tell the staff relays to much on guests to keep the facilities clean in general; - Bathtub: faucets are extremely difficult to turn on and off, and consequently, it's difficult to manage the water temperature. Good pressure, however.

The host kindly sent all the explanations with pictures and a video upfront. The building and the flat are a bit worn out. The advertised hot tub is in fact a corner bath and the shower gel was empty. The breakfast was fine (eggs, ham, cheese, milk, bread and butter) but maybe fruits/cereal/yoghurt would add some choice for everyone's tastes - also read the documentation as it's 2 pounds extra per coffee pod!

Cleaned and big enough for 6 people. Everything was ok in the apartment, with wifi working well. The host is polite, so collaborative and available to questions, he provided more breakfast for us than expected (we’ve got 4 children) and he did it very kindly. We could also leave our luggage at the apartment after checking-out. The apartment keys were in a box well described, that allows you to arrive at the hour you need. Great experience, I am sure I will come back again at this flat with my big family. Thanks again! Small space at the end of the double bed to pass through

Key was in a box with a good describtion how to find it. breakfast was in the fridge and we could order more every time. location was close to Baker Street Sherlook Holmes), Hyde Park, Kensington palace and if you walk a little bit to Chinatown, Soho.... buckingham palace. 5 min to underground Station with access to lot of destinations. if you arrive with stanstead express , there is a direct line between Liverpool Station and bakers street via kings cross. it was clean but esp. the kitchen and also the bathroom was a little bit old ... need renovation

We were excepting breakfast. Did not realize that breakfast was bread and sliced ham. We seen several roaches in the apartment.

The Flat is really outdated and the furniture in a bad condition. The breakfast is ridiculous and there is no elevator .

I am not soppuse to ask him if there will be more supply and than to do be concered with the delivery. ,He needs to set it all of it in advance The drain in the buthtab ran very slow. To deal with the keys everytime. Can't he arrange 2 sets of keys ?
