• Jeanie (8/5): Highly Recommended - Location: the house was in a quiet location and within a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive to the shops (incl supermarket), beach. The property itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were there for 2 nights, with 4 adult family members to attend a wedding. We all had our own room. One of the guests was my 92 yo mother, who cannot climb stairs. It is difficult to find self contained accommodation for a large group without stairs in the area, so the house was perfect for us. The property was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen/bathrooms, 3 TV's (2 separate living areas and one in master bedroom), BBQ and large outdoor setting. We had access to the garage, which also included surf/body boards, a bicycle, and a Tesla charging station. Highly recommended. It was pricey. Not so bad if the costs are shared. This is comparable to other accommodation places in Ocean Grove. Nothing is cheap in that area. No complaints about the property itself - great place!
• John T (10/5): Lovely modern large spacious comfortable home to relax in - It was spacious and airy. We were 3 couples. (6Adults) and never felt like we were on top of each other. Good sized bedrooms. Great bathrooms. Big spacious kitchen and dining area. 2 lounges to relax in and a great covered outdoor area with big table A remote control for the garage would be helpful, but otherwise everything else was great.

• Danni (10/5): Spacious, comfortable, well equipped beach house. - We stayed at Madeley for 10nights over Summer. This is a fantastic house with plenty of space for family members of all ages. Many rentals don't provide enough comfortable lounge seating for the amount of guests that can be accommodated. Not the case at Madeley. Madeley has two living areas, each decked out with comfortable 3/4 and 5/6 seater sofas (+ 2 occasional chairs), providing adequate seating and relaxed living spaces for a multi-generational family. The house was exceptionally clean and importantly the beds were comfortable. Ref Air Con/Heating throughout the home will ensure you're comfortable during Summer or Winter and the small but secure yard was perfect for our dog in between our beach walks. Host on the Coast were efficient and accurate with communication and check in/out was so simple with the use of a door code. N/A

We enjoyed the extra tv room area as not everyone wanted the same movie etc Close enough to walk to shops and the beach .
