• Alexander (5/5): - The apartment is very close to the beach and bus station, from where you can take a 35 minute-ride to the Athen centre. There is also a spar express right next to the apartment which made buying groceries really pleasant. Due to the street there is a lot of noise caused by traffic day and night. Also there was an permanent unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom. We recommend closing the door and leaving the window open as much as you can. Also if you want to use the dishwasher and washing machine frequently, bring your own detergent since there is no in the apartment.

• J (5/5): Passable - Nice apartment, spacious and handy for the bus stop and spar. The air con was handy and lovely spacious balcony. Received all our information eto check on on time and well explained. Views are amazing and lovely beaches nearby. Was like sleeping under a bridge on the M6, could do with sound proofed windows. Cafe underneath had people pulling in at all hours. Not enough pans to cook with and lots of ants. Yes the drains smell but this is solved by the covers. Didn't sleep too well with all the traffic noise.

• Sarah (9/5): Great views and location, big apartment. - Large apartment, plenty of space to relax in. The views of the harbour are beautiful out on the terrace. Bed comfortable and great location if you don't want to be in the middle of Athens for all your trip. Yes there is some noise of the road outside and a faint smell from the shower area without drain cap
• Ruth (7/5): Met my needs for one night. - The apartment was well located across from the marina where I was meeting my friend. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Great view from the balcony. The air conditioning works fine The persistent sewer smell that others have mentioned. The heavy traffic noise that keeps you from enjoying the balcony. I realize these may be out of the control of the landlord, but perhaps should be reflected in the price.

• Damian (3/5): Poor - 1. Beautiful views of the sea and mountains. 2. Good location. Apart from the mentioned views, it is close to the beach, restaurants, and cafes. 3. The bedroom was relatively clean. 4. A TV, quite a large refrigerator. 1. The apartment is located next to a six-lane highway and the windows are far from soundproof. Personally, the noise was so persistent that we slept with earplugs. Therefore, opening a window or stepping out onto the balcony felt like attending a concert of noise, honking, and screeching tires. 2. The apartment was dirty. We understand that the climate is dry and there are sandstorms from Africa nearby, but still, the cleanliness did not meet the standards. The pillow on the sofa, which I wanted to lean my head against, was dirty with something brown... In the bathroom, there were women's hair under the shower and the tiles were slippery/greasy. 3. Smell. There is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. There are some rubber plugs to block the drain, but that doesn't completely solve the problem. 4. My favourite - tenants that were not mentioned in the contract. Booking.com allows you to rate the staff, so this point might as well include that. Thus, the staff entered my bag with a baguette and started eating it. Literally. There were ants in the apartment. A lot of ants. Around the trash can. Then, as I mentioned earlier, they invaded our meals. 5. No disposable slippers for guests and lack of basic toiletries (we had to buy toilet paper, which is both funny and sad).

• Michele (9/5): Great stay in Athens! - The apartment is bright and spacious, nicely renovated and conveniently located both to access the beaches and to get into the old part of Athens. The noise from the big road right under the building is truly annoying: one can stay out on the terrace for a quick cup of coffee but nothing more. Luckily the double-glazed windows quench some of the noise, and it is quieter inside the apartment. The smell from the bathroom has been reduced by using rubber caps on the drains: if they are put back in place right after the shower, the smell is under control.
• Argyro (7/5): Central newly renovated apartment in Alimos - The apartment is very central, exactly opposite to Alimos tram station infront of the main street Leoforos Poseidonos. The apartment is newly renovated and looks exactly like in pictures. The living room is big and spacious, the kitchen is good and the bathroom is newly renovated. There is a big balkony that overlooks to the sea side - the Marina side. Apartment was very clean on my arrival. There are few things that can be done to improve the experience. First, there is a strong smell from sewer coming from the bathroom and often expands to rest of apartment, if bathroom door is not closed. Second, kitchen does not have all the kitchenware if needed to cook a proper meal. Third, while location is central the windows are not soundproof that leads to continuous hearing the street buzzing.
• Yuanyuan (9/5): nice flat in a perfect location. - New flat in the perfect location. nice and clean. beautiful sea view. 5mintues walk to the beach. bus stop is just downstairs. 30minutes to city center by bus. very convenient not much kitchenwares. there is a coffee machine but no coffee. oven was not cleaned when we were there. to use hot water you need to switch the boiler on yourself. it is inconvenient. the owner is helpful but a bit delay in replying calls and messages
