• Anneli (6/5): - Location great, two bathrooms Code to get in had changed, the kitchen facilities were very sparse (no fry pan, no coffee maker, no working micro…) and the stove did not work the first days (a switch in the bedroom…). Ants on the floor
• Dorota (3/5): - Absolutely great location, Good size apartment, Fully equipped, Easy to check in and out, Nice table dinning table set up, Fresh and ironed bed linen, Clean towels! The toilet in main bathroom leaked so we could use only the toilet in the back of the apartment. ALSO we had ants in back bedroom BUT ABOVE ALL my children was sleeping in the middle bedroom and got bitten by spider OR bed bug (because was 3 bites next to each other) not sure what was that but when we was trying to find out and we lift the mattress it was just shocking.... the state of the mattress and how dirty was it.... shocking! We didn't use this bedrom again and has to squash in 2 beds (family of 5). So when we back home we didn't dear to put our language home- we just put all in the garden and has to wash EVERYTHING to make sure to not bring ant and possible BED BUGS! If the host just change the mattress, put the ant trapp, fix toilet, add kitchen towel then would be a nice place to stay.... as "looks" clean (kitchen, bathroom, bed) until we found the insects and check under mattress!

• emily (6/5): - It was clean and only 5 minutes walk from the tube station The pull out couch in the living room was horrible, rock solid and lumpy. There was a leak in the main bathroom, whenever the toilet was flushed water leaked out the side of it.

It looked like it was being currently updated. A few things were in need of painting (for the first time) or a refresh. It was perfectly acceptable, but could be a lot more presentable with a few of these things completed.

Ventilateurs à disposition. Petite cour extérieure. Lit 2 personnes assez petit. Voisins du dessus TRÈS bruyants après 22h30. Mauvaise insonorisation. 0 meuble de rangement/ table de nuit. Manque cruellement de finition (mur, sol, etc). L'entrée sent mauvais et aurait besoin d'aménagement.
• Jack (10/5): Great property with great location - Property was clean and location was very good. Easy to check in and hosts were great with fast responses and getting back to us. Very spacious and great value for a group of people who want to be in central London with easy access to everywhere and plenty of space. Some little toiletries would be good such as shampoo and shower gel etc but that’s all I can say.

• Ellie (6/5): Just about pleasant stay - The property is in a great location! About 15 min walk from Hyde park, and about 8 min from Paddington station. It has a fairly modern design inside, with a great size TV. The dining table is nicely laid out as well. Within the property, and many other reviews have said this, there are a vast amount of flies which is quite disgusting. Some bits of bedding had stains which is unfortunate. The bedroom at the back, had a draft coming through the doors which made the bedroom cold. Also, we went to the shops and when we come back at 9:30am the cleaner was there with the front door open about to go in, however we were checking out at 11am (this is something to be massively aware of!!!).

• Sathik (2/5): Convenient location - Very near to Edgware train station and to M&S and Sainsbury's. Good kitchen with all cooking facilities and washer and dining table. The toilet in the main room was simply too small. I have never seen a smaller sink in my whole life. Water pressure was slow and no soap/shampoo. No ventilation at all. It was a basement room.

Aziz really went beyond to render help when needed and was so kind, humane, considerate and caring. I recommend this property to anyone who wishes to lodge there
• Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - Great location Comfortable place and worked for what we needed. A lot of lies in the bathroom. No basic cooking items supplied i.e coffee, salt pepper or dishwashing materials meant we could not cater for ourselves at the property without buying them.

• Daeyoung (1/5): This is a nightmare - Nothing I've never seen this kind of rent home. This house is captured by dirty flies, which usually live near a septic tank. This is not a cleaning or special event, but a fundamental problem with this house, and I think it is a scam to rent a house like this without notice. My kids were scared to stay this apartment, so we almost ruined our first trip to London. I would spread the information about this rent house to my relations to avoid my bad experiences.
• Elenice (5/5): I wouldn't rent it again. - Close to station access. check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we only managed to get in at almost 4pm because they were cleaning. Upon arrival we found the cleaner who was still there. House with a lot of humidity, there was no face towel in the bathroom or soap. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen. We cooked and there was nowhere to dry our hands after washing. It has a dishwasher but there was no soap. Then we put the dirty dishes in the machine and leave them there. It's a good thing we only rented it for 1 day because otherwise we wouldn't have any dishes to use the next day. In the early evening it was uncomfortable to stay at home due to so many mosquitoes in the bedrooms and bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms the bathtub was closed for use.
• Sergienko (4/5): Disappointing - The flat is spacious and in a good location. It includes almost all accessories. The beds are comfortable, and there are two bathrooms. The flat is an "English basement." The sewage was jammed, and rotten water was present in the "sunken courtyard," leading to a foul smell in the bedrooms. There were many "Psychodidae" flies in the bathrooms. The neighbours were making repairs. The fire alarm was accidentally turned on twice. The toilet was making a loud gurgling sound. After taking a shower, a small pool of sewage formed on the floor of the corridor. No wardrobes or nightstands almost at all.
• Shana (10/5): Exceptional - Was very spacious and homely On first approach to accommodation a huge fight broke out where 3 police cars were called. Which put us on edge a little but no reflection on accommodation.
• Mel (4/5): If you like sharing your bed with flies, it is the place for you. It was easy to get to on the underground and bus and a - It was easy to get to on the underground and bus and accommodated 5 of us. The host were communicative right up until we arrived, then the problems began. Unfortunately the apartment was FULL of flies that were dying everywhere. There must have been at least a hundred of them on the floor, walls and curtains and landing on us whilst we were in bed and the dying on the sheets. Also both toilets did not work well so we had to use a pan full of water- the main front door did not close so it was left open all night.

• Dr (10/5): Excellent - Very friendly helpful host. Excellent location . Very nice clean cosy good equipped flat with enough space for 5 adults . We stayed in the flat only for 45 minutes and as the host noticed while showing us an electrical fault in one of the kitchen bulbs he upgraded us to luxurious flat in same area for same price.
