• Winnie (9/5): It was okay. - The security and reception were very helpful. The check in process was not good. We waited for an hour to be given the keys. The host never responded to our check in request and there was no number to contact her on. The tv was not working and the WiFi code was not left in the property for us. We had to call to ask for things.

• Shazeel (1/5): Bad - There’s no aircorn in the whole apartment yet it says air conditioning. There was one fan which was also broken by the plug and couldn’t work. When we checked into the apartment the apartment was dirty and there was dirty plates and glasses in dish washers. There was a bunch of hookah accessories lying by the window sill. No cleaning was done before we checked in. When I phoned them and told them about all this they said it’s because I booked late meanwhile I booked a whole day in advance. I booked on Thursday morning and checked in on Friday night. The owner was also very rude and didn’t want to listen to anything. The apartment number that I stayed in was 813. 8th floor. 2 bedroom apartment

• Kgomotso (7/5): Not bad but not sure I’ll go back - It’s very spacious and homely No aircon and no daily cleaning of the place until check out
• Matamela (6/5): It was fairly Okay but could have been perfect without the stench of weed throughout the entire unit - The property is well situated in the heart of Sandton and very easy to locate. The apartment is convenient as advertised, The Host was responsive even the caretaker was somewhat helpful even though she can do better with regards to cleaning and making sure not to leave behind wet laundry on the washing machine, Commendable security treatment and safe. However, the most disappointing and disheartening moment was when we enter the apartment and welcomed by an unappealing odor of weed yet there was a bold NO SMOKING sign hanging on the wall, the very unpleasant smell was too strong and fresh to a point we had to take Aspirin to manage. I am immensely disappointed on that part.

• Seaya (1/5): Nightmare Experience. Bad & Unprofessional. - Place is a SCAM (I’ve attached pictures)! There wasn’t much to like the host was very unprofessional and the unit you get will not be the same as the pictures. Let me explain shortly as you all can see the view from the pictures shows clouds and trees and a nice view. The unit you will get is NOT the same. Maybe photoshopped. To pay this amount there is much better apartments that don’t scam you in the same building. The host is very unprofessional she was yelling and hung up in my face. Check the attached pictures everyone.

• Parsons (6/5): We loved everything about our host and the apartment. Would stay here again. - Great location! The host was very responsive and tended to our needs immediately. The apartment had everything we needed, a smart TV, Netflix, Backup Power, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The electric blankets during the cold season were a bonus. Loved it! The restaurant on the ground floor gets very loud and rowdy on weekends. Hard to sleep if that is not your thing. The parties that take place over the weekend did not appeal to us, so maybe that place is not suited for us. The sofa was not comfortable at all. Could do with a new one.

• Rowena (3/5): Poor - The location is good. The room was not cleaned properly. Old food left in the fridges and cupboards. We had extremely hard pillows. Wet laundry was left in the machines, and nobody came to clean during our stay.

• Reusuc (7/5): It was okay - The comfortable bed, Good views and clean apartment I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait in the lobby for 1 hour, running around and calling to get the keys to the apartment. I went during a cold and rainy weekend, would have been nice to have a fully functional and not broken heater .
