- ALEJANDRA (8/5): Good stay outside city center - The apartment is located in a nice area. It has two bedrooms and a complete kitchen. The building has elevator and transportation towards the center of Hanoi is very convenient by bus and grab. Not enough supplies for a 7 night stay. Inexplicably there is a fully functioning kitchen but not garbage bin.My request for additional supplies were ignored. I don't like surprises so I wasn't thrilled with the expectation to pay cash for the stay on arrival, when I had already used my credit card to book.

- Mariana (9/5): Cozy, fantastic view and lots of light - This apt is located in the center of Ocean Park just minutes from the bus stops of Vinbus. You can go to the Old Quarter for free on OCT2 or some other cheap and comfortable bus. We liked the location a lot because of its quietness and good infrastructure. There are plenty of diners around (mostly local food). The apt is not brand new but cozy, with a fantastic view of the Brighton school. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed having a washing machine on the balcony. Great shower with hot water, hair dryer, kitchen, dining table. There is also another working table if two people are working. WiFi was ok for calls. To sum up, it's a light spacious apt worth its price. Tuan was extremely helpful and answered quickly. He even helped us with the SIM card, although he didn't have to. We would stay here again. Probably the cleanliness was not ideal. But still, it was way better than in a few other apartments in Hanoi. And I would stay here again :)
- Nika (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful 😊 The hosts were so nice, their patience with all my questions and requests were top notch. The place was so homey we wanted to stay longer. Everything you need is provided (hot water, comfy beds, entertainment etc) they even have a laundry, clothes iron and even steamer. The kitchen and bathroom were complete with amenities too. There were free buses going to Mega Grandworld and Old Quarters so that was a bonus! We would love to stay again 💖

The place is quiet and the surroundings have a lot of markets, coffee shops, restaurants and convenient stores. It is less hectic than the city center and more private. Besides, the owner is kind, gives you help and information if you need it. I like everything
