• Alta (8/5): Close to everything - How close it was to everything. Very comfortable Building has different name was confusing, also many locks on rails bit challenging.

• Richard (6/5): Good location, but hygiene and communication issues - The location is excellent—just off the Hollywood Walk of Fame, making it convenient but slightly removed from the busiest area. Despite being central, it was reasonably quiet, with only occasional sirens. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment generally appeared clean, and the kitchen seemed well maintained. The host was mostly responsive to messages. The main concern was hygiene. When removing the bedding at checkout, we found there was no mattress protector and the mattress underneath was heavily stained. This was quite off-putting and not what we would expect in terms of cleanliness. There were some other cleanliness issues. The bedroom ceiling and fan were quite dusty, and turning the fan on spread dust into the room. There was also an unexpected attempt by someone to access the apartment for maintenance without prior notice. We did not let them in as we hadn’t been informed. The host initially seemed unsure about this before later confirming it was maintenance. Advance notice would have been expected. There is no luggage storage, which may be expected for this type of property but is less convenient compared to a hotel. One question about this required a follow-up before getting a response.
• Alessia (2/5): inakzeptabler Zustand, Lage ok. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral, jedoch würde ich mich nicht noch einmal für diese Gegend entscheiden. Obdachlose, Drogenabhängige und skurrile Personen prägen das Straßenbild in diesem Viertel. Selbst als Großstadtkind aus Berlin waren es ungewohnte Erfahrungen, die ich vor Ort gemacht habe. Die Unterkunft war in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Das Bett wies Flecken und fremde Haare auf, und die Bettdecke wurde uns schlicht vergessen. Das Sofa war ebenfalls stark verschmutzt — darauf zu sitzen war eine Zumutung. Es befanden sich überall Staubflocken (Lampe, Ventilator, Pflanzen). Wir haben selbstverständlich sowohl den Vermieter als auch Booking.com informiert, wurden jedoch nicht angemessen unterstützt. Die mangelnde Reaktion von Booking.com hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Zum Glück haben wir unsere Tage in LA mit Freizeitparks und Sightseeing-Touren gefüllt — so mussten wir so wenig Zeit wie möglich in der Unterkunft verbringen. Ich würde das niemals erneut buchen und bereu mich nicht im Vorhinein weiter mit beschäftigt zu haben.

• ROBERTO (4/5): Si salva solo per la posizione - La posizione della struttura è ottima, ad 1 minuto a piedi sulla Walk of Fame Abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone ma in realtà l'appartamento è massimo per 4 persone perché ci sono solo 2 letti, il terzo letto è un materasso gonfiabile che bisogna mettere a terra in mezzo al soggiorno, spostando divano o tavolo, tra l'altro è un materasso che purtroppo non regge molto infatti piano piano si sgonfiava e a metà nottata andava gonfiato nuovamente e per gonfiarlo fa un rumore assurdo che sveglia tutte le altre persone. Alla fine la quinta persona ha dovuto dormire a terra utilizzando i cuscini del divano come materasso.

• Holland (10/5): Exceptional - This place was perfect,right in the heart of all the tourists destinations. I was hesitant because I was traveling with my three kids,but we felt safe.the place was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was perfect.

• Dan (8/5): Great value and comfort in the heart of Hollywood. - The location of the apt was great, there is street parking available but we used a private parking garage right across the street for only $20 for the whole day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need but if you don't want to cook there are plenty of walkable food/drink options available. The check-in / out process was smooth and easy. If you have more than two guests the only other sleep option is a blow-up mattress or small couch which is hard for all of us tall guys. Don't forget toiletries as none are provided with your stay.
• Tk (6/5): The stay was good, the parking situation and communication wasn’t to par. - The property was exactly how the pictures were. I liked the location and the safety of the building. We were told parking was going to be $10 a night at a parking structure (that didn’t exist) and we ended up getting ticketed $80 for our stay just for parking. I wish the host would’ve answered the phone, we tried to call ~8 times and straight to voicemail.
• Gabriel (8/5): Very good, fair priced place with a great host and perfect location. - The location was amazing, close to major touristic points, a gym, grocery store and parking. The apartment had internet working, plenty of space and everything you need for a stay. The host is amazing, providing all the help we would need. There is laundry in the building. Even though it wasn’t planned, there was a problem with the drain in one of the bathrooms. The host, however, was very quick in getting someone to fix that and we didn’t have any problems.
• Natalia (10/5): Nice apartment next to the walk of fame - Nice and spacious apartments. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed during our visit. The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from the Walk of Fame. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and all the necessary appliances (couple of pots, kettle, frying pan), making it easy to prepare meals. The host was very responsive and easy to reach, quickly solving any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described. No complaints.

• Natalia (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment near to walk of fame. - really nice place, all clean, they have an extra mattress if your party is more than 4 people, the location is amazing you are just half of block of the walk of fame, what makes you save a lot on parking or Uber, the communication whit the host was really good and he let us check in early so we can enjoy our time with out worry about baggage. The building was clean but had a strong smell of dirty cat litter, only in the lobby area, at the end of the stay we have to take out all the trash, we didn't know until check out when we were trying to keep everything in order and we were in a rush, if we pay to stay there, the cleaning should be included (like in an hotel room).

The description of the rooms is wrong: 1 room with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed another room with queen bed. The beds are 2 only! We were 5 people and we used an inflate bed...Please change the description. The apartment is not for 5 people.
• White (10/5): Very pleasant and comfortable with easy access to all things Hollywood. - The apartment was very nicely furnished and only steps away from Hollywood Boulevard. Parking was convenient, in a secured garage and even the laundry facilities were functional and easy to use.
• Steven (8/5): Very good - Location, clean, ok neighborhood, comfortable beds. Clear directions for check in and check out. Limited furnishings in the kitchen, access to dumpster confusing, one of the bathrooms is very small with a very small shower. Had to buy ice trays in order to have ice.
• Selin (6/5): For short period, and just for sleeping, nice to have - Location is great you can reach everywhere from there. The host was attentive and polite, and I was able to get immediate answers to whatever I asked. The cleanliness was good, clean towels, sheets and the shampoo, soap and toilet papers waiting for us were carefully selected. We did not use it, but the kitchen is suitable for cooking, there are all kinds of electronic equipment you may need. Having 2 bathrooms made us feel comfortable as we were 4 people. There is a bad smell in the house and the general apartment that does not go away even if it is ventilated. The second room of the house, which normally looks like a two-room house, actually has no door and is divided by a curtain. It's as if a part of the kitchen was separated by a wall and converted into a room to accommodate a bed. The inflatable bed at home keeps deflating, one of our friends literally slept on the floor for 2 nights. The living room of the house is extremely small, 4 of us had to constantly bump into each other.

• Isela (8/5): Very good - Clean and very convenient located. The inflatable mattress does not work and parking is complicated, be careful when leaving your car in parking across the street, neighbors think they own those spots , somebody put toothpaste all over my car just for parking there.
• Lucretia (10/5): Awesome stay! - The location was walkable to a lot of things to do. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The manager was great at communicating everything. There is $180 cleaning fee that I feel like should be adjusted if there is really no cleaning to be done after your stay. I am a person who keeps things tidy, so washing bed linens and sanitizing after a stay shouldn't cost that much of a cleaning fee. I would stay again.

• Stephanie (3/5): Disappointed. Post says can fit 6, not true! - I liked that its super close to all the major Hollywood attractions. Just a 2 min walk to Hollywood blvd. Many restaurants and stores to choose from. Quiet street. Host is also responsive to questions. Theres 6 of us is our family and the post specifically said there were 2 beds and 1 sofabed that will fit 6 people. When we got there I asked the host where the sofabed was since the couch didnt look like it was, and he responded that it was the inflatable bed in one of the closet. This is really disappointing. Had I known that my 2 kids were gonna sleep on an inflatable air bed, i would have booked a different property or just went to book a hotel. This ruined our stay overall. To add to that, the air bed would deflate throughout the night so come morning, my kids were almost on the floor. I would not recommend this for family of more than 4, unlike what they had posted. Parking was also not convinient, unless you park on the street which theres barely space anytime. The garages around the property closes at night so if you choose to park overnight (~$10) you wont have access to your car until the following morning.

No laundry in space- down in the basement. Couch would be fine for a tiny person but not viable to sleep on.

• Kathleen (9/5): The place was great, not so big but it was very functional. The host was quick to respond if you have any concerns. The - Amazing location. Walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame and other spots. Easy access to the building and apartment . The 2 bathrooms was a be help especially if you are a family of 5. I would say the parking. There’s are a lot paid parking that are so close. But we did street parking the 2 nights we were there. but you have to be very patient to look around coz it may take awhile. And you have to really read and understand the signs posted . Because there could be more the 3 signs posted and can be confusing to some.

The parking across the street was $25 a night. Also, the elevator was quite small. But again, nothing on the apartment or host, just minor difficulties with the facility.
