Christopher (10/5): Es una pieza de hotel casi de lujo dentro de la misma ciudad . - Departamento muy amplio y bello, y dentro de la misma ciudad de Venecia. Cerca de la estación del tren y Locker para dejar el equipaje antes y después. Es como una pieza de hotel, es solo para estadías cortas, ya que no tiene para lavar ropa ni cocinar.

Stephen (8/5): It was fine for two day stay. - Great spot and quirky character. Beds were comfy. Large rooms. No knifes, forks and spoons. Not enough bins to put rubbish.
Hope (7/5): Good - Location is very convenient Looks old. The passage way towards the room after the main gate was very dark.
Ines (4/5): Disappointing - There was no kitchen at all. There were no spoons, knifes or forks. The glasses were not clean. Not enough toillet paper. There were no soap in the toilet for washing hands.

Rose (9/5): Wonderful property! Easy location. - The place was very clean. The window views are wonderful. And just having the balcony was awesome. You could get a real feel of Venice life. Close to bus and trains. Easy convenient access into the property. Plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again. Water bus station right in front of the apartment. We could not get the downstairs air conditioners in the unit to work. We had no problem keeping the windows open but then bugs came in and several guests got bit by the mosquitos while sleeping. We ran out of toilet paper. I messaged the host but did not get a response. And we were surprised that one of the bedrooms was upstairs. Kitchen could use a dish towel or paper towels.
Teresa (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing so close to the vaporetto! And the consumer support was flawless: we had issues with the A/C and they responded quickly and were always ready to help out! Otherwise good, nicely equipped with TV, free coffee, towels, blankets, toiletries, etc. Airco was not working and there was no window in the living room :( The pictures were also a bit different from the actual room we got. It was also weird that we all slept in one room (we would prefer my parents to sleep in the room / us in the living room!)
