• Loris (1/5): Noise and unsanitary. - Spacious room. Despite a spacious room, the experience was disappointing. The sound insulation was nonexistent, making the nights noisy. Hygiene was lacking: worn-out equipment, unclean bathroom, and trash on the terrace. We even encountered cockroaches at the entrance. One bath towel per person for 5 nights was not enough. The location, despite promises, turned out noisy. As it stands, I do not recommend it.
• Aryan (10/5): Amazing and will definitely come back - Everything was amazing. Place well located, Ac cold, ammenities complete, clean and comfortable beds. The fact that it had only one toilet. Everything else was amazing.

• Ariane (8/5): Good booking - Very nice bed, we slept very well ! The appartment is spacious and well equiped. The location was cozy too with two kombini very close and metro and bus station. Shower was good, furnitures were good, slippers cool, very clean.... Its very noisy we werent expecting this. You can hear everything in the street and even more in front of the thin door ( too thin) it was current to hear people coming back late and speak very loud. There was also a randop bip sound one night, randomly activating and we couldnt figured where it was from (somewhere in the roof) Overwall it was nice.
• Doru (9/5): It nicely met our need in a central location of Tokyo. We would book again if needed. - It was spacious and comfortable for our large group. The area had some trash in the corner of the street.
• Qian (10/5): Incredibly spacious studio — a true hidden gem. - Soaring ceilings and incredibly spacious — perfect for a group of 4–6 family members or friends. We absolutely loved our stay. Fantastic location, just steps from the subway, Starbucks, convenience stores, and beautiful parks. The bathroom felt a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation.
• Matthew (4/5): Location is not great for the high price - Cleaner was very friendly and accomodating letting us put our bags in the room before check in. Thankyou The toilet, wet room and kitchen are very dated and not very nice for the price this is below average.

• May (10/5): Spacious and clean, great location! - Clean and spacious, nice size for my family of 5 people. Many good restaurants walking distance, the Metropolitan and sinjuku station walking distance and our tours began near by at the love point statue. Nice clean elegant and quiet area. The toilet room was smaller then the airplane toilet room. It was irritating that the door kept hitting our knees. This can be easily changed with some modification by the owners.

• Sonia (10/5): Amazing spacious sanctuary in the heart of Tokyo. - Very spacious apartment, lots of space for a family of 4. Host was very helpful, detailed instructions were provided in English and check in was straightforward. Location is excellent, easy to get around. We visited in August and it was extremely hot, the air-conditioning (AC) was not very effective making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The toilet and shower, as in previous reviews, was functional but a little dated.
• Raymond (10/5): wonderful - Privacy is protected and very spacious! Location is perfect. nothing special. washstand looks a bit old.
• Gurjot (8/5): We felt very comfortable staying here and recommend to others. - We enjoyed the large accommodation. The room was very large as indicated by the picture and the place was clean. There were many restaurants nearby, Japanese, Indian and western choices (McDonalds, Dominoes, etc). It is also near a beautiful park area. The host was also polite and would respond quickly to questions. The washroom is dated. We would have enjoyed a more modern toilet/sink area. The area is a bit outside of the tourist area of Shinjuku with the nearest subway being about an eight minute walk.
