• Asta (4/5): - Kambariuose jaučiama ypatingai didelė drėgmė, kambariuose šalta, nors buvome šiltu pavasario laikotarpiu. Kondicionieriai neveikė, juos įjungtus išsijungdavo. Nors turėjome 3 vonios kambarius, tačiau viename padėta tik skystas muilas, kitame tik dužo želė, tečiame irgi tik muilas. Kaina neatitinka kokybės.
• sian (6/5): Lovely apartment, very clean but not well maintained. We’ve had no reply since being home regarding the overpayment of c - Great location. Very spacious. Walls are paper thin and you’re not aloud any noise after 9.30pm, even talking. Leaking air conditioning outside one bedroom and a fault on the boiler which beeped constantly. Tried charging us for a damaged pipe under a sink that was apparently missing a part and leaking. We would’ve noticed a lump of metal missing and wet floor! We were also charged a different amount of city tax to what booking.com stated.
• Jafervil2 (9/5): Mi paso por Barcelona - La ubicación cerca a la zona de playa Los alrededores, de noche un poco solo. No encontramos fácilmente una buena variedad gastronómica alrededor.
• karina (7/5): Nice location, plenty of room, good hosts - The location is very good, the apartment is really big and can host 8 persons without problems. The connection with the host worked ok both at check in and check out. The apartment needs some refreshments and maintenance. There can be done improvements so that it does not feel like an outdated place
• sara pisani (4/5): - posizione ottimale, di fianco alla rambla l'appartamento era umido, i letti scomodi, i bagni ciechi, piccoli e sporchi. Faceva freddo, dai condizionatori non usciva aria calda, i termosifoni non andavano e non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza in tal senso. c'erano finestre solo alle due estremità dell'appartamento quindi non c'era mai luce.

Just 1 minute to vibrant La Rambla and 5 minutes to the sea. Everything nearby: Gothic Quarter, restaurants, Boqueria market, shops, metro. Fully equipped, cosy, with everything needed to feel at home and super fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend – thank you for a great stay!

• Maria (6/5): The flat is nice, but the landlord / agency was not there to help with the problems - The flat is very well situated on a quiet street but in the very centre. The flat is nice and comfortable. There was no contact with the owner/agent at all since we arrived. A guy who was responsible for checking-in was very helpful but then when we told the agency about some problems that we had (there was no hairdryer which was supposed to be there and the intercom didn't work), they never replied and didn't try to solve the issues at all. I tried to contact them through Booking, through e-mail and through the guy who helped with check-in: there were no reply. Another problem was the water in the bathrooms: it was constantly switching from hot to cold and back. It was also not very clear from the pictures, but one of the rooms (with the double bed) is tiny and does not have a window at all. The living room is nice but quite dark, since the window looks at the tiny courtyard. Several lights in the flat didn't work (luckily there are plenty of various lighting and some of it worked). It was also rather inconvenient to have only three sets of keys for 7 adults, but we knew this before we arrived. Overall, the flat is nice, but it is very important that the landlords/agency are in touch with their tenants and ready to respond to possible problems in the flat.
