• janice (9/5): Ideally located. Short walk to supermarket, restaurants, lake front and CN Tower. Longer walk to rail station. - Very clean and modern. Very well equipped. High rise and surrounded by other high rise properties - no view. Check out time was 10:00am. As our flight from Toronto Airport wasn’t until 8:45 pm, we asked if there was anywhere we could store our cases for a while. We were told that we could leave them in the apartment if we paid for another nights stay. We thought this to be excessive. We left them at Fort York reception while we took a tour and had a look round. Cost nothing.

El dpto estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para hacer uso de dicho equipamiento. El anfitrión muy amable. Solo podría mejorar las almohadas. Pero el resto está todo muy bien.

Unexpected Cash Deposit The day before check-in, the host suddenly demanded a $350 cash deposit, which was not mentioned in the original booking. This last-minute request left us with no other choice but to comply, as finding alternative accommodation would have been impossible, the day before. Privacy Concerns The host took photos of our identification without explanation, raising concerns about data protection and privacy. I have no idea if he has deleted it Inconsistent Communication Despite promising a pre-checkout walkthrough at 7 PM the day before departure, the host failed to appear and later denied making this arrangement. This lack of reliability was frustrating and inconvenienced us all, we had planned around it. Then he sketchily suggested he'd be there at 10 AM the next day, I think he hoped we would have an early flight and not be there to collect the money and he would just pocket it for himself. Inflexible Check-in/Check-out The strict 3 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out times were problematic, especially considering the building lacked facilities for luggage storage or waiting areas for guests with early arrivals or late departures and for whatever reason the hand over was done in person. Unprofessional Checkout Process On the day of departure: 1. The host arrived later for the now rescheduled 10 AM walk through. When he was asked about why he changed the time for the walk through and RETURN of our sudden cash deposit he became irate and angry. He threatened to withhold our deposit because he didn't like "my tone" 2. He demanded we move our luggage out to the hallway without explanation. 3. We were forced to wait outside during his inspection, despite one guest having an injured leg. 4.
• Jacob (9/5): Superb - Very nice and helpful owner, basic essentials such coffee and tea already present, perfect location and clean rooms! Perfect spot for your stay in Toronto. I would recommend this to everyone.
• Luis (7/5): Almost well - Comfortable and quiet apartment. Complete equipment with easy-to-use dishwasher and washing machine. All that's missing is a non-stick pan to make the eggs. Why the score 7 instead 10? Because for the rather high price, it would have been normal for the 2 bedrooms to be equipped with queen size beds. This would have corresponded to the standard of the apartment. Size of beds. Beds no confortable.

Good facilities provided such as household goods. Could do with a lamp in small bedroom as there is no natural light. A clothes airer would be useful because not all clothes can be tumble dried.

• Susan (9/5): If you want downtown Toronto near attractions, this is the apartment for you. - The location was excellent for public and uber transport. The harbour front was in walking distance as was the CN tower, Rogers Stadium and other attractions. We will try to stay there again. Loved the amenities in the flat. The owners were very approachable and welcoming. There was nothing missing from our requirements at all... once we worked out how all Canadian faucets work( It was our first visit to Canada!)
• Cathryn (10/5): Would happily recommend to anyone wanting a place for a up to 4 people in Downtown TO. - A modern, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Quiet and away from the street/rail lines. The area is perfect for anyone wanting to visit downtown Toronto and the waterfront. 10 minutes walk to the Blue Jays/CN Tower, 20 to the Raptors/Leafs. Plenty of great bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. 30-40 mins drive from the Airport ($50-70 depending on traffic). Hosts excellent to deal with, friendly and informative. Beds comfy, all you need for a short stay in the kitchen, better washing and drying machines than I have ever owned! Windows are over the huge internal courtyard of the complex, it's a large open space but no great views. The 2nd bedroom has no window so little natural light. Neither is a big negative, just to let people know the situation!
• Kamran (10/5): Highly recommended - Very very clean and perfect equipment and well supplied materials and goods that are normally needed such as bulk amount of fresh coffee, tea bags, detergent and dishwashing machine tablets, even supply of air freshener spray, razor,... . Also smart TV was set with active accounts including Netflix Too early check out at 10 am and late check in at 3 pm
