• Lorraine (10/5): My family and a friend got to stay in this home and it was very suitable for our needs. - It was situated to everything we needed in walking distance. The stairs because I’m old and stairs are hard for me.

• Lisa (6/5): The space was comfortable and having a kitchen is great. However the place is let down by lack of extra items that make - It was a nice size for a longer holiday stay. A private car park was excellent. The neighbours are just so loud. One of the nights the noise went until 2am. A little more comfort items would really increase my rating for this property for example we were staying 4 nights but was given no extra toilet paper. No hand soap in the bathroom. Only one towel for each person and only one pillow for each person. It is these lack of attention to details which make the difference between lush and lacking
• Stephen (8/5): Very good - Great location 2 minutes from Broadway shopping centre. Large clean space that fitted our party of 9 easily. Two separate bathrooms. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Be good to have some basic cleaning products for cleaning up spills etc. This will ensure the house is in good order when a person leaves.

• Lee (1/5): Poor sound insulation and noisy neighbours. - Bathrooms were decent, kitchen area was good. Noise, no sound insulation, next door having a party until 3am. Lack of sleep ruined our holiday. Left the property after the first night and requested a refund for night 2 but none given. Sofas stained and beds poor quality.
• Gillian (7/5): Easy access to most places via public transport - It was very spacious. Lots of room for a family of 5. The furniture was lovely and the sofas and beds were very comfortable. It is only a 20 minute walk from central railway station. There is also a bus stop on broadway, you can catch a bus to circular quay. Stay next to a big shopping centre. It is opposite a university so had to keep blinds shut in bedroom for privacy. The bathroom and the kitchen appliances need a bit of a deep clean. Bins full of rubbish outside which attracted the magpies who were very noisy

• Paul (9/5): Very comfortable and clean with all ammenities required. - Very comfortable and clean. Stairs. Not that it was too big an issue but as we are in our 60s/70s it was a slight effort.

Unfortunately would not recommend it - With the single glazing and walls we could hear people talking on the balcony beside ours late into the night. We also had issues with the neighbours which made for an unpleasant stay The downstairs bathroom was not very good leaked onto the floor
• Alexandra (5/5): Spacious, but very loud - Good communication from the property, kitchen had plenty of amenities (coffee, oil, salt and pepper etc), spacious area for our group of 5. Handy to have two bathrooms. Exceptionally loud neighbours that were up partying and screaming well into the early hours of the following morning, very thin walls with the neighbouring property meant that even with earplugs (and all windows shut), we all only got a few hours of sleep. Whilst two of the bedrooms had AC, one was without, as we had to shut the windows due to noise, it meant even after trying to cool it down all afternoon, it was incredibly hot and stuffy. Lots of noise from the street- the property is in need of investing in some double glazed windows (and soundproofing in between walls of the neighbouring property). Cleaning wasn’t overly thorough- the bathroom and kitchen floors were both quite sticky, the property needs a though deep clean.

• Janine (5/5): Great location - Location, fantastic amount of beds. 2 fold out sofas and 3 bedrooms with double beds. Super comfy beds. Great wifi. Plaza very close Sadly there is no upkeep of the property from the second you get to the front door. 2 full rubbish bins infront of the gate, dusty over grown porch. Inside very dusty, unclean. Bottom room courtyard is filthy. Mould in all wet areas. Egg inside kettle. Not much items to use to keep kitchen clean, 2 tea towels, very minimal equipment, no cleaning sprays etc. Lovely communication from host. just lacks care in cleaning. Would stay again if better maintenance is achieved.
• Zali (10/5): Relaxing, worry free and perfect location - The property was very clean and tidy, also very spacious for a group of people. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful and prompt with replies Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Eres (7/5): Good - Centrally located, provided sufficient space for a family trip We had to prompt the agency to provide, water and wine glasses, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap as they were either out or only had 1 or 2 left for a family of 7 staying 3 nights. As soon as the staff were aware they attended to it immediately which was fantastic. There were very loud, disruptive and abusive people (share home/ permanent renters) next door that had a party on 2 of the nights we were there. Of course they didn’t take our polite and respectful warnings well. We had to call the police on one of the nights as it was absolutely unbearable at 1am.
• Kelli (8/5): Plenty of room for everyone and comfy spaces. - There was enough room for all of our guests. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. When we had an issue with one of the fans it was fixed straight away. The location was great and located conveniently near a shopping centre. There needed to be more cutlery and glasses in the kitchen as there wasn't enough for the amount of guests. There could of also been a bit more linen- hand towels and bath mats.
• Dawn (8/5): Suits family for short stay in Sydney. - Great location. House on 3 levels which comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Upstairs bedrooms were very warm and there was only air con in one of them. The other had a fan, but it unfortunately didn’t work.

I understand that the bar flies are difficult to eradicate but there were 25-30 in the kitchen and more throughout the house. Would’ve been helpful if there was some spray available to kill them

• Jake (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the house. It felt very open and was the perfect size for my group of guests. The house for the most part was clean and well kept making it comfortable to stay in. As the house is of an older model, there were some areas where the house looked very worn and dirty. However this didn't hinder the enjoyment of our stay.

Group of longtime friends down for a 25 year function. - Location was great was able to walk where we needed We thought cleaning was not as good as we expected. Some of the dinner ware needed to be washed but this would have been previous occupants. Balconies & courtyard just a little attention to detail, first impressions even coming through front door.

Although being asked for a picture of myself with my ID was a little off-putting and there wasn’t any explanation as to why it was needed.

• Pradeep (9/5): Superb - I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The location was fantastic—clean, well-ventilated, and conveniently close to shops and cafes. The host was excellent, maintaining frequent communication and being readily available to assist us when needed. We did encounter some difficulty opening the lockbox upon our late arrival, as the porch was not well-lit and the box was a bit tight. However, the host promptly guided us over the phone, which resolved the issue quickly. The property was peaceful, with no outside noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it's a great value for money in a prime location. One downside was the lack of basic amenities like napkins and paper towels, which made cleaning a bit challenging. Additionally, the bathroom door was a bit wobbly, but otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

• Sophie (6/5): Expect to get what you pay for - Great location, can walk most places. Good value for money. The garage is small, we couldn’t fit our car in there. Downstairs has a damp/mouldy smell. The street/Laneway was filled with bins and junk and didn’t look appealing from the outside. Weeds around the front door. Is a good family home, however not good for young kids as two sets of stairs. Not much in the kitchen, cupboards were pretty bare so made it hard to cook and eat at home. Some minor maintenance required. Cupboard doors off hinges, upstairs bedroom door doesn’t close, downstairs sliding door doesn’t slide on rail.

• John (10/5): We would not hesitate to re-book if visiting Sydney again - The apartment itself is spacious, bright and airy and well supplied in the kitchen in respect of equipment, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery. For those opting to eat out, there are also many places covering different cuisines within easy reach. The contact with staff on booking was excellent, with clear instructions about the apartment’s location and means of entry provided very quickly after booking. Excellent In All Respects
