- Nataliya (7/5): - Я читала,что мылв,шампуня нет.Но надеялась,что персонал учел предыдущие замечания.Но нет.В настоящее время в любом общественном месте есть мыло для рук.В апартаментах есть микроволновая печь,но нет ни одной тарелки.Нет стакана даже налить воды попить.Соответственно нет и чайника. Матрас очень жесткий,подушки не удобные. Я не рассматриваю это место для будущих поездок

- Saida (6/5): It’s pity that staff are not interested in the clients and reputation even it was a dead period for tourism, not many cl - First night we have stayed in a very cozy, clean room, but next booking was bad experience, room was with a very bad smell, and it was very cold inside , actually it is NOT possible to stay in the room even one hour Very bad experience, smells damp, staff didn’t change the room even we asked to pay more, we have left the apartment and staff refused to return money, when they need something they are kind, if it is not their interest they don’t want even to reply for messages, they said that it was not working hours but they have replied for another messages and accepted new booking as we wanted to change the room and we thought if we will make another booking somebody will reply.

- Sandra (7/5): Gemütlich und alles in der Nähe - Es war sauber und die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und man hat alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße, war für uns jetzt kein Problem. Für unsere Reise war das jetzt genau das richtige, in der Hochsaison wäre es nichts für uns gewesen. Kontakt war super, es gab eine genaue Erklärung wie alles funktioniert und wo man Müll entsorgen kann über WhatsApp mit Videobeschreibung. Super freundlich. Die Küche ist zwar vorhanden, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit sie zu nutzen, alle Schränke sind leer. Kein Geschirr, Besteck oder Töpfe vorhanden. Für die Klimaanlage gibt es keine Fernbedienung. Es war etwas kalt.

- Arzu (7/5): - It was very cold in February when I was staying there; the usage of AC was not included in the smart stay price and the apartment was not well heated.
- Lamia (1/5): WORST STAY EVER - Nothing Worst stay ever honestly. The place looks ok in pictures but when you actually stay there its just ridiculous. First of all its freezing cold inside and if you even think about turning on the air conditioner (which they say is “extra”) you have to PAY MORE. Like seriously?? Its already cold and they still want money for basic temperature control. And don’t get me started on the kitchen. They actually charge you to use cutlery and plates. What kind of rental makes you pay extra just to eat with a fork? Next thing you know they’ll charge for breathing the air too. Everything is about extra fees, extra charges, extra rules. It feels like they try to squeeze money out of you for every little thing. Totally not worth it and I would never stay here again. Save your money and avoid this place
