• Guðný (10/5): Great place to stay - We where there in 32 degrees and the nights where comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and the beds comfortable. The location is superb. All communication with the host went smoothly 😊 All beds haf one large duvet. Would have been nice to have the opportunity to ask for 2 smaller ones since we where mothers and daughters travelling together

A falta de qualidade das almofadas, o facto de a televisão do quarto não funcionar (não se entende porque colocaram televisão nos quartos), o facto de a internet não funcionar no piso inferior, o facto de a casa ter focos de infiltrações em várias divisões.

• April (10/5): A perfect home base in the heart of London—beautiful, comfortable, and hosted by someone truly easy to work with. - We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect—right in the center of everything and just a short walk to the Tube, shops, and great restaurants. The flat itself is modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe throughout our stay. Chris was easy to reach and great to communicate with, which made everything smooth. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Would definitely stay again. - Excellent location in Covent Garden, beautiful apartment that was perfect for three couples all bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Third bedroom didn’t have wardrobes or long mirror but wasn’t a problem to us.
• Marion (9/5): Great house, fantastic location - Really nice home in brilliant location. Hip little corner of Covent Garden away from the tourists. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the sitting room plenty big enough for us to gather. Kitchen was more than adequate too. It was very hot and despite having controls on the wall there is not air con. Not a major deal but a bit confusing at first as we tried to work it out. The picking up the key process was not as easy as it could be. I think earlier communication about that would have helped. Otherwise all was great.

We’ve been to London many times but this was our favorite trip of all, mostly due to our accommodations. We were 3 couples celebrating a big birthday. Perfect for a family or couples. Chris, the owner was only a text away if needed. Key collection was straight forward and we used a luggage storage spot just around the corner that Chris gave us the details of. We will definitely book every time we come back. One of the ensuite showers was too hot and the temperature couldn't be adjusted.

• Emma (7/5): Great apartment in the centre of Covent Garden which is beautifully decorated and spacious - Beautifully decorated and very spacious and in a great central location. The key has to be collected from a nearby location however we weren’t given the correct code to collect the key and so had a delay getting into the property. The three bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious however one of the showers was scolding hot and couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature. The middle bedrooms en suite had an awful drain smell which was so bad we didn’t use the room. I have notified the owner of the issues so they should be rectified for any other visitors

• Halenur (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic. the host has invested a lot in the apartment and made it very luxurious. The location is excellent. I received the check-in instructions late from the host. Additionally, having to go to a separate location to pick up and drop off the key was unnecessary. The towels were brand new, but they hadnt been washed and shed a lot of lint. The water temperature in the bathroom was difficult to adjust, fluctuating between hot and cold and there is a smell in the shower in the middle room. Despite increasing the heater, the rooms didnt warm up properly. There was also a small water leak from the ceiling. the price-to-value ratio was good but not perfect.

We don’t have any bad comment at this point - only one thing we would have loved to have a tea kettle in the kitchen
