• Andrei (10/5): Удобный заезд. Связь с владельцем 24/7. Можно хорошо отдохнуть, т.к. есть роль-ставни на окнах. - Очень чисто. Всё на месте. Ничего лишнего. Моментальный нагрев горячей воды. Очень удобное расположение в городе. Сам объект очень хорош. Расположение может огорчить в вечернее время. Днём Вы понимаете, на сколько всё близко и удобно расположено. К сожалению близлежащие земли в плохом состоянии.

• Steph (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Clean, Modern, Comfortable A full length mirror would be useful, a safety latch from the inside of the door would make me feel a little safer.
• Tudor (2/5): Horrible - Nothing. Everything was horror. We didn t have hot water to make shower and the owner didn t answer at our messages. The chairs are broken , all the wall very dirty, the dressing was not complete , horrible everything!

• Carlos (3/5): No signs of detail - Modern apartment with no luxury but all you need for a place like Limassol The “hall” did not exist. It’s an old building with no lights or signs of the apartment. You will only get to the apartment if you have the flashlight on, is all dark in the night and smells really bad in the entrance. I did record some videos but can’t upload

• Edite (6/5): Conflicting - I am very conflicted about this accommodation. From the positive side, it was relatively cheap for 4 people to stay one night in Limassol. Just what we wanted, we did not go around much exploring the location and the beach in this particular neighbourhood because we already had plans. There was an electric kettle and TV, ac was working well, we struggled a bit to find the switch for the living room ac, but later did find it. Overall it was okay for us. Did not see cocroaches. So let's start that the building looks like an abandoned and ruined building from the outside, honestly like from a horror movie. I would be afraid to walk there alone. There is trash everywhere and it stinks. Once you get to the flat it actually ir surprisingly good. The flat was dirty, there were hairs all around, even on bedsheets, small pieces of broken glass/hard plastic(?)around the living room, dirt in the shower, crumbs on the chairs and sofa etc. You can definitely see that the place had not been even swept through before us. The bedsheets were okay though. And then random stuff - there was quite a big hole in the floor under the bathroom cabinet, it was fully open to outside and you could see the trash from outside through it, we packed it closed because we were not comfortable with what bugs could climb through there. There were incense sticks burned in the kitchen (what was left of them was sticking from the backside of the cabinets to the hall with burn marks on the wall). And the contact for electricity was fixed to the wall in its plastic packaging. Overall weird. The place served us okay as we were there only for one night, the ac was working well and if you can put up with the rest, it will be okay for you.

• Gina Damianou (1/5): - Extremely disappointing experience – Reservation not honored I had booked this apartment for the weekend, but as soon as I arrived with my child at the address provided, I called the landlord who told me that he could not offer me the apartment after all. I was left without accommodation, with a child, and had to find another place last minute. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If a property cannot honor a confirmed reservation, it should not be listed on Booking. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
• Barta (7/5): - Peaceful surroundings, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We knew when booking that the building was somewhat dated and could use refurbishment. However, everything else functioned properly and met our expectations.

• Ok (2/5): Uncooperative host, dirty and uncomfortable building - This apartment has two major drawbacks: The host, The building. Details below: We arrived early and requested an early check-in. Although the apartment was unoccupied, it had not been cleaned. The host declined our request and made no effort to assist, such as arranging for an expedited cleaning. As a result, the cleaning was only completed after 3:00 PM, and our check-in was further delayed. The location of the building is generally good, but the building itself is in very poor condition. According to residents we spoke with, it is considered a rundown or unsafe area — essentially a local version of a ghetto. If you're comfortable staying in what could be described as a "ghetto," this may not be an issue for you. Minor issues with the apartment include: – the washing machine was not working, – the shower faucet was leaking, – one of the three air conditioners (in the living room) was not functional, – the apartment had clearly been smoked in previously.
• Petros (10/5): Exceptional - ⸻ I stayed at a spacious apartment in Girne, a popular tourist area, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is huge, featuring one large living room, a big kitchen, and three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both well-stocked with shampoo and other essentials, along with fresh towels. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the apartment has a large smart TV with Netflix. The internet connection was reliable, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

• Franciscoagus (8/5): Interior 10/10 Exterior 1/10 value for money 8/10 - I was skeptical with the mixed reviews being so contrasting, but I was amazed that the apartment on the inside is been recently renovated and looks brand new. Top appliances, white and clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed, hot water working properly with decent pressure (rare in many places of Cyprus). So, the apartment itself is 10/10. If you care about the external appearance, then this property is probably not for you. The outside (building entrance and stairway) looks pretty bad. But nothing that paint and lights wouldn't fix.
