Tatiana (4/5): Needs better maintenance - It was perfectly located, easy access, nice neighborhood. The communication was clear and facilitated check in and check out. Overall, the place looked great in the photos, but in reality, the space is quite unattended and damp in the bedroom walls, a musty smell, and some of the furniture and accessories are in poor condition, broken. It lacks proper maintenance. For a four-day stay, they only provided a couple of towels, and the sheets didn't seem clean or good quality; there wasn't even a blanket for the cold.
