- Siew (1/5): Not a good accommodation. very disappointed. - first when I arrived when I found this place I was very happy BUT unfortunately not what I expected, I didn't seen where is the reception counter and nobody , I was saying to myself what I gonna to do now ? and I try to ask someone who live in the property how to check in ? one young fellow totally ignore me and the others say to me he is the one who incharge that property but he is in rush and walk away I feel so upset and so disappointed in the end I found the number in my email so I call and one of the lady pick up and told me how to get in and I successfully get in , once I get in the room I didn't expected NO AIR-CONDITIONING, NO FAN, matress is so soft , and the body wash, hand wash, man shampoo all seem like left over from the previous guest I really SHOCK and I was saying to myself is that all for me ? and where is the hygiene ? and I am saying to myself I pay nearly Aud240 per night shall I deserve all these for my first vacation in Sydney I am very upset + very disappointed . I am sorry I am sharing my feelings from my heart. that's all what I want to say .
