Unter den Sofakissen viel Dreck und das Eisfach im Kühlschrank total vereist . Badezimmer auch nicht sehr sauber , gemeint ist die Duschkabine .
- Veh-Chi (9/5): Great spacious flat in a convenient quiet location - Instruction on collecting the keys and direction were very clear. Spacious and clean flat in a very convenient and quiet location. Bus stops right in front of the flat, and train stations are within 10-15 min walks. Shops right downstairs if needed and coffee shops around the corner which makes it easy to pop down for breakfast. Communication with the host was easy and usually respond right away. There were 4 coffee pods provided (2 regular, 1 expresso and 1 decaf) provided for our 4 nights stay. Since the type of coffee pods are not easily purchased at stores and can only be purchased at Nespresso shop, it would have been great if more pods are available for the guests. Better iron and iron board would be helpful too :)

地下鉄の駅からは思ったより遠いと感じましたが、便利なバス停がすぐ近くでした。 しかもビートルズの伝説の横断歩道と音楽スタジオまでとても近かった。
静かな環境で窓から緑が見え、素敵。コンビニが目の前だし、すぐ前のパン屋さんのパンとスープが絶品でした。 わかっていたことですが、階段をスーツケースを持ち上げるのが厳しかったです。 ヒーターが誤れていました。でも連絡したら、すぐに対応してくれたので問題なかったです。

- Maryam (2/5): - When l arrived to this accommodation - l have noticed the hallway is dirty. There is a broken glass on the cupboard, cabinet is broken, stains on the sofa, dirt on the refrigrator & there is no sounds when l answer the delivery press the bell. There was not lifts. There was too much stairs. It was hard to carry the heavy items because of climbing too many stairs.

- Laura (8/5): A comfortable flat in a lovely neighborhood. - The location was perfect for our needs. The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and communication was always prompt and efficient. They went out of their way to meet our requests. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, which was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the flat was cleaned weekly. We’d definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. One issue we experienced was that someone attempted to enter the flat while we were away and our cat sitter was there. We believe it was likely a misunderstanding by another guest who confused the flat with their own, but it was still an unsettling experience for her. Additionally, we had specifically requested that cleaning only take place while we were present, as we have a cat and didn’t want anyone entering while he was alone. Unfortunately, during the final cleaning, this request wasn’t followed, which made us uncomfortable. Lastly, we had expected the flat to be on the first floor, but it was actually on the second. The staircase is quite steep, which made it a bit difficult to manage with large suitcases.
Apart from these issues, we were happy with our stay and would recommend this place to others.

- Elana (9/5): Great stay. Easy to communicate with the office who were very accommodating. Gave us an early check in as flat was ready - Great location. Well equipped. Comfortable bed . Nice toiletries and tea and coffee pods. We were told it would be serviced once a week for a long stay. It was only serviced once in 15 days . ( after 530pm).
A small shelf/ soap dish in the shower and a toilet roll holder would be a nice addition.
- Zena (8/5): Overall a warm, comfortable stay in a lovely convenient location. Would happily stay here again. - The location was great - on Abbey road with transport at the door and cafes and 24/7 small grocers right there. Liked having a coffee machine and the ability to open windows and get light into the apartment. The superior apartment was on level 2 and a hike up almost 3 flights of stairs.
The bed was a little too soft to our liking.
There was a bit of misunderstanding with agent as the booking.com advertises multi properties at one address whereas they in fact apartments in different buildings. This was very confusing and a bit off putting when we arrived as got a different apartment location to what we thought.

Only one window in the bedroom, the rest of the apartment without windows, the living room only has the door. No windows in bathrooms, kitchen or any place.

- Molly (10/5): Elegant Central London Hideaway - The flat (2nd Floor, Apt 2) was absolutely lovely! It looked exactly like the photos. There were so many thoughtful touches and the management team is truly wonderful. It really felt like home! There were no disappointments and zero surprises. I arrived and left completely satisfied.
- Matthew (4/5): Nice location, but very VERY noisy if you draw the short straw and you're in the basement flat - I was in the basement (which I was not expecting) and the noise from the apartment directly above was immense. I could hear every step, and every discussion, every cough. This was due to the thickness of the floors, or lack of sound proofing, not because the folks upstairs were being loud.

The Indian restaurant on the corner is excellent! The photos when we booked showed the upstairs flat with a big sofa. When we got there we'd booked the basement apartment with a much smaller sofa and darker living room with no windows to the outside, only the entry doors which had the blinds down all the time. It would be good if we were told when we booked that we hadn't booked the apartment in the photos, that was misleading, but the place was still great for what we needed.

- Chioma (7/5): Overall, the apartment served its purpose being a home away from home while on holiday. - 1. The one-bedroom apartment is cosy and a good spot to stay for a 2-week holiday. It is in a very quiet and residential neighborhood so only a few options for restaurants and groceries. However, the 139 and 189 bus stops are 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment to either take you towards Baker Street or Kilburn High Road.
2. Checking into the apartment and picking up the keys from the lockbox was very easy. The host was also very responsive to my requests and sent someone immediately to attend to all.
3. Wi-Fi is very fast, and Netflix is also available.
4. Availability of heating and cooling is also very much appreciated in London’s unpredictable summer. 1. The description of the apartment wasn’t very clear. I assumed the apartment was on the ground floor and didn’t realize I would have to climb steep stairs. I came in with my elderly mum, who has mobility issues, so it was very tough for her to climb up and down. The host should make this clearer in their description.
2. The shower area is very small, and uncomfortable to take a good bath daily. The hot water didn’t flow as needed in the first few days. It can immediately turn very icy cold in between a shower which is quite uncomfortable. However, it was immediately resolved once I brought this up with the host.
3. The host should look into getting a cleaner to come in more regularly (every other day seems ideal). It’s unpleasant to stay for two weeks, and the cleaner only came in once. Something also needs to be done about disposing of refuse more often. The council only picks up trash every Thursday, so you have to live with all your accumulated trash inside the apartment. Can there be a bin outside where guests can dispose of their trash often?
4. I was the first guest in the apartment as it was only just put together the previous day. This meant that lots of construction and renovation were ongoing on the upper floors, so lots of hammering and workers also assembling things downstairs. This also created dirt and construction material being left in the hallway.
- Guy (6/5): Basic, clean, no-frills accommodation. Well placed for Lord's. Price seemed OK. - Looks newly commissioned. Fresh (though a bit cramped) en-suite shower room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy towels. Good shower. Communication with the renting company was good. The apartment was clean, the bedroom was a good size. Best use has been made of the space available to also accommodate a small galley kitchen, a second toilet, and a study. The wifi was good, as was the TV. The company responded quickly to clean up the dust and debris which we found on arrival in the lounge - it looked like a roof slate had fallen down the chimney. I'd assumed the apartment was the one pictured in the property description, i.e. light and airy with windows to the outside. But it was a bit disappointing to find that it was a basement where the only outside awareness was the staircase at the front and a small yard out of the bedroom window. Perhaps this would have become clearer on deeper reading of the description but I had to book in a hurry. The key safe is just outside the door to the apartment, i.e. you have to go down the steps to find it. I assumed it was one of the three key safes at ground level, but when the code didn't work in them I had to telephone for help. The kitchen facilities listed mentioned a microwave, so my wife and I stocked up on 3 nights' microwave suppers. However, there was no microwave. This made it more involved to prepare our suppers. I did report it on the first night. I would hope St. John's Wood Residences might be compelled to make some kind of financial gesture to recompense us for this. Cost of the apartment seemed OK considering The Ashes was being played at Lord's though I have nothing to compare it to.
